Horrible Customer Service!!!! LIZ the manager REFUSED to honor a coupon from our local High school! The coupon states 5 free wings with any purchase. Seems like whenever we order to dine in (which is not really an option, only carryout or delivery), we are forgotten about. Placed an order for carryout, showed up and let them know we were there. We ask if we should wait up front, guy says no, I'll call your name. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. No name called for us. We finally go up and ask what's up, food is in a bag on the rack, getting cold and soggy. Ridiculous, not like there are 100 people. Maybe 10 total in the store. The parking here is easy. The restaurant is ADA accessible. They always get our order right and we do make it a little complicated. They are nice about changing the channel to a different sport if there is a different game on you'd rather watch. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is super delicious with just the right amount of spicy after-burn! 4 stars because it does get a bit loud with the music and whenever we request it be turned down they usually laugh a bit and tell us they cannot control the volume. If this is true, cooperate or the business location owner needs to change this, please and thank you! Also, I would suggest that when they are counting out the registers, they be a bit more discrete. The cashiers were just calling out how much they were short, and how much they had in certain denominations. Not okay for their own safety! Counting the tills should be a very quiet task. read more

Came to pick up and left and realized when we got home we didn't receive our large fry, called the location, where I was put on the phone with the manager and she questioned me as if I was lying. Sorry I don't need to lie about receiving fries, it's more of an inconvenience for me. Never apologized for the inconvenience. Get to the location, again THE MANAGER checked me out and never apologized, just pointed to where my bag of fries was at. I would've been fine with the mistake if it was handled differently, I'm totally understanding of mistakes happening but when your customer services is shit along with it you get a review. Massive shout out to Luis, the employee who helped me in a pinch. For context, a customer accidently took my order and ate some of my food. Luis came to my table later and offered me extra food to-go as compensation. Though I only requested extra wings, the staff provided me more than I expected: fries, a brownie, and the wings were flavored-matched to my previous order. Once again, huge props to Luis. Speaking as someone who also works in food service, he did a swell job reminding me how customer-service can transform a customer's experience. I felt real sad after getting a portion of my food. That offer from Luis helped cheer up my evening. The wings are solid. No complaints on flavor or texture. Fries are fine. Soda is soda. I believe the prices are reasonable if you consider how expensive wings can get. A $13.50 meal with 10 wings, fries, and a drink seems appropriate to me. $10 for the 10 pieces of deep-fried chicken and $3.50 for the fries and drink. It's rather good value if only think about it for 5 seconds. I've always like Wingstop enough to make occasional trips for almost a year. I suppose it takes another dude taking your food to motivate a 5-star review. By that logic, I would be giving Luis a 1-star shoutout on Yelp and 5/5 roast on Twitter after I steal another dude's wings in front of Luis. Also, get Luis a raise or a higher-paying position. I would never order "boneless" wings, as those are NOT wings. Those are what we call chicken "nuggets". If I want a chicken nugget, I will go to Chick Fil-A, not a chicken wing establishment. I ordered 5 mild flavored wings and 5 honey BBQ flavored wings. For dip, I ordered the blue cheese. I also ordered an XL beverage. I was extremely pleased to see they had a Coca-Cola machine with the dozens of drink options and dozens of flavoring syrup options. I started off with Minute Maid Light Grape, which is delicious. For my refill I went to a regular of mine, Coke Zero Vanilla. I enjoyed the wings. They were crispy and freshly made, but not so piping hot that they burned my mouth. I have been hooked on wing stop the past few weeks and ordering online every weekend! They always have my order ready on time and my fries are always extra well done! I like that I am able to order just 6 wings and then select 2 wing flavors and even how many wings I want in each flavor! Unlike at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they make you order even more wings if you want a 2nd flavor! I also like that they actually ask to see my ID when I pay with a card! I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Do not eat here I won't ever eat here or recommend them. A lady named Angel took my over the phone order and from the start had an attitude and told me that I gave her the order wrong and had to re- enter it; although I know for a fact she must have misheard me since she was too busy trying to rush me off the phone. I'll start off by saying wing stop is never on my list of places to go for wings as I love bdubs so much! On the way home from work I decided to try something new after a long day. I figured wing stop would be a good choice as I can grab and go. I placed my order online which was extremely easy and convenient. You can choose anything from a meal for one to even fifty people. I ordered the six wings, fries, and a drink. When ordering online you can customize your order whether it be extra sauce on your wings or extra seasoning on your fries. For my particular order of the six wings I went with the Louisiana dry rub. I'll be the first to admit I'm not the biggest fan of any dry rub, but to my surprise it was really good. The flavor was good my only gripe is I would've liked something a little spicier, but I'll save that for my next visit. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. They also have one of the new Coke machines with a plethora of options. I went with a cherry Vanilla Coke as I'm not much of a soda drinker and thoroughly enjoyed it. First of all... I didn't realize the cashier girl Natividad put my order as "to-go" when I asked for "dine-in." When my order was ready, another girl took it out for me, and I said "oh I asked for dine-in." She looked at the receipt, looked at Natividad who simply shrugged her shoulders, and then said "I'll change it for you." Neither of them apologized, nor smiled any time during the entire transaction. Second..... The food was kind of bland compared to the other wingstops I've been to. They didn't put enough seasoning on the wings or the fries. The one in Santa Ana is way better! I probably won't come back to this location anymore.
