This was my first time visiting Wingstop,I had heard great things about it from some of my friends and family, so I was excited to try it for myself. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by all the cashiers. There friendly demeanor and immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. "Angel" the friendly cashier who took my order was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the perfect wing flavors for my 20 boneless meal deal. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The manager there was making sure everything was running smoothly in the restaurant. He took the time to greet some of his customers. the management workers there seemed to look a little unhappy to be there and were arguing with the cooks while it was busy. I hope that they take note of having better customer service and strive to provide a good level of care and attention to their customers. Thank you Angel for making my visit to Wingstop enjoyable. read more

No way this place has low ratings, today I stopped by cause fat boy is hungry. It's a hot day they got the A/C running. Thank you. Helped by this Indian Young girl (Valeria) may be...she was very friendly, courteous and helpful. It appears to me that the whole team present were superb. I got 6 wings, hickory sauce with celery ranch and mild sauce and a drink. Perfect size cause even though I'm fat I actually don't eat a lot. To the crew THANK YOU. read more

Wing stop is one of my favorite fast food wing joints. Always come here for a quick meal while watching a game. Typically I order from door dash, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. Today door dash orders weren't working over the phone so I called for a pick up. The phone operators are professional and friendly, always quick and easy to place an order. They quoted that the food would be ready in 20 mins, i arrive around 25 mins later and the food was handed to me immediately after paying. Super quick and easy process as always which I love. Only thing they can improve on is the customer service at front. Whenever i asks questions the workers seem to be puzzled and never have an answer. But I don't expect anything more from a franchised restaurant. Will always be coming back to wing stop for a quick order of wings. Be prepared: wings either are super dry or highly over-sauced (I love over sauced wings). read more

My first time trying this location. Service was great, food was mediocre - not piping hot. Ordered a combo, the chicken could have been cooked a little crispier in my opinion but the fries were good. I'd definitely try them again as I mentioned before the service and staff was great- after that, I'd make a final decision on the food then. read more

What the fudge is this? You're better off ordering bone in at least you'll get a decent amount of chicken. The boneless is mainly breading with little to no chicken in it. For how much they charge Jesus Christ there's a reason their stock value is the price it is they're straight robbing you in broad daylight. Boneless used to have a decent chunk of chicken but not no more. read more

You are better off going to another wingstop location the kids here are lazy my wings are always tasting old cold and dry I much prefer to drive to a different location then to go to this one I don't think management is here at night I always have the same problem when I come here so I'm just going to drive down to Lincoln instead. They really need to retrain the cooks. Leaving this review to save people time and maybe they'll use it to improve. read more

Taste and ambience were okay. But rather expensive. Paid $17.xx for 8 wings, french fries, and a medium sized drink. Tables are clean and nice, but no sound deadening makes it rather loud. Service was okay for a order at counter, pick up at counter joint. read more

Just ordered for a third time during this pandemic. This is the second time I did not receive my drinks. The Doordash driver went and picked up a Soda for is. Props to Jeffrey for doing that. Well after opening up the bag and getting everyone's order. NO FRIES.... !!! What the hell..... Really. The order that was placed online was correct and they were glad to charge me for my upgrades on my order. BUT FAILED upon completing it correctly. I guess I will just have to pick up the order myself or find another location to go to and try their delivery. But I am even hesitant about doing that also. The website doesn't make it easy to make a complaint or a positive feedback. Just beware that if your ordering drinks that there is a really good chance you will not be receiving them. So save the money on drinks and just have something from your house. read more

Maria, the manager had the best customer service a manager can have! You don't really get a lot of good service nowadays. But I definitely did get it from her. The food was fresh and the ranch is good! read more

We had 15 boneless wing combo including large fries, 2 drinks, 2 ranch sauces, and 2 sauce choice for 20.29. We chose one spicy korean sauce and sweet hawaiian. We both like spicy sauce so we liked the korean sauce and the wings were fresh fried and tasted great. The fries are almost like In N Out burger taste. I am not really crazy about the taste. But the chicken quality is high grade. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered my food online for carry out, cashier was nice when I went to go pick up the food but honestly the only positive thing I can say about my experience. There was also no customers around lunch time which striked me as kind of odd but once I got the food I understand why nobody would come here. The wings were horrible, dirty and the meat was cold, they also forgot to put paper under half of my wings so they were placed straight onto the styrofoam, disgusting!! Fries were burnt and tasted like they were sitting out the whole day. Honestly can't say anything positive about the food. Don't waste your time or your money at this location, I've been to the one in Fullerton and La Habra and they were much better. read more

Be prepared to wait!!! Always order online and have NEVER received my food when promised. Most of the time they get the order correct, but it's always min. 10-15 min after time quoted when order is placed. Last night it said 16-21 min. and it took over 50 min to get my order. I had to ask 3 times about the status of my order. Walk-in customers were being told 30 min. really doubt that happened. I have no issue if they tell me 45 min, but don't say 20 and make me wait 30 min. You can do better..... read more

So, I ordered 30 wings in 3 sauces... I also chose the extra crispy and shame on me for not checking the package before I left, for I ordered and was told a 15 min window for pick up... I got there 4 min before the end of the window and still waited for over 15 min. It seems their phone orders take priority even when someone is standing there they answer the phone and take orders whilst I am standing in front of them. I have called businesses where they answer and put me on hold to most likely take care of the customer standing in front of them Now on to the wings.... WAAAAY. OVERCOOKED. Got them home and had to douse them in dressing to make the pallatable. Do NOT order"crispy"... That apparently means cooked the crap out of them. So I basically wasted $45 on these OVERPRICED wings which a surprise for husband for a pregame on his birthday. ‍ read more

LOOK AT THE PICTURE, wings were completely raw and ice cold! Unbelievable, I took a bite and spit them back out.. I would have drove back to have them replaced if we didn't live so far. Stopped to get them on the way home, and we will not be back.. Whoever is the manager of this location really needs to reevaluate how their employees cook the food here or at least the general process within this location. Someone can get seriously sick from eating raw and uncooked meats.. If you're going to go to Wingstop do not pick this location unless you want to get salmonella or E Coli.. Seriously disappointed, because I'm normally a huge Wingstop fan.. :( Steer clear people, head for open waters! read more

Let's start off with the fact my order was super simple and straight to the point. once Makayla took my order she proceeded to stand there in silence and was struggling, than proceeded to input the completely wrong order, than ask me 3x if it was for here or to go. my answer each time: For here. what'd i receive? my order to go. while my entire party also ordered for here they got theirs correct. not to mention she spelt my name so wrong it was a first ive ever seen that bad. also hawaii flavor is trash. read more

Yelp challenge 2016 One of the few late night muncharies in the area. One of the most unhealthiness too. The mister works late sometimes and nothing is ever open past 10:00pm in our little corner of Valley View and Ball in Cypress. Wing Stop is open till midnight. Service was friendly. Cashier was all smiles and willing to offer sugestions. This place is a carbon copy of any Wing Stop. Exact same menu consisting primarily of wings and fries. They have that cool Coke machine with the zillion combinations of drinks and some beer on tap. The food is just okay. Our fries were bathed in salt. Way to much shaking of the salt in the kitchen. I used a napkin to wipe some off. Our wings were a little overcooked. Gonna set you back about $10 a person. Monday and Tuesday specials on boneless wings, .60 with a 5 order minimum. Just okay in my book. read more

My family always orders the 75 wing FAMILY PACK from this location. They have overall been pretty good about having all wings accounted for. Trust me, I count. Sometimes we have even gotten more. LEMON PEPPER is our all-time favorite! ORIGINAL HOT is always a good choice. The GARLIC PARMESAN is awesome too. I find Wing Stop's BLUE CHEESE to be the best one out there. Wish it was available everywhere. If you like your wings more crunchy, order them EXTRA CRISPY. But be mindful that some wings may become too crispy, especially the skinny ones. Love the CAJUN CORN and FRIES. Ask for extra seasoning. You won't regret it (unless you are watching your salt intake). If you call ahead, they are pretty good about getting your order ready in 15 minutes. Sometimes parking closer to the restaurant can be tough, but there is usually space towards Chase bank. read more

I was craving wings, and I found this spot as Wingstop tends to be of faster service than BWW. Well, this was not the case today. I waited over 30 minutes for my order while people that ordered after me received their orders. The cashiers were quickly dispatching the customers, but the backend staff were struggling keeping up with the orders. The food was good -- bone-in chicken wings with plenty of sauce on 'em, well-done fries, and tasty pieces of corn. Provecho! read more

July 13, 2018 Minus 1 star a ZERO star. Ordered 5 parmesan and 5 lemon pepper wings. Neither had any flavor and were so gross with grease spilling out. I took a bite of each flavor only to be gross out. The wings we get from the other locations the one on Carson and Cherry has the best.....have grest flavor and crunch. Wtf was up, I may return these wings tomorrow for a refund. This was bad for the brand but we will still buy WS just never at this location. read more

To the cashier today, next time don't make smart comments. I asked for new fries because if I ate the ones I ordered ahead of time, I would've ended up with a stroke. To the manager on duty, I saw your side eye. Just inappropriate, I'm sorry if it comes out of your paycheck. When I walked in, I saw at least 5 employees at the front and not one single one of them greeted me, including the manager on duty, I just awkwardly waited there, I finally said "HI!".
