It's a short driving distance from Knott's Berry Farm and also across the street from the Buena Park Downtown mall. We love coming to Chick-fil-A because of their famous chicken sandwich it's the best sandwiches around with fully of flavors in the sandwich. We also enjoy their salad amazing good but their fries are delicious good including dipping the fries in their savoring dipping sauces. Their breakfast items also very good in the morning. We enjoy their shakes especially their peach shake comes out during the summer only limited time. This is our first time at this Chick-fil-A location in Buena Park. I feel like I got lucky with a parking spot because they're actually aren't that many spots there to park in. Ordered today were the tasty and healthy Grilled Chicken Nuggets, along with a refreshing Frosted Peach Lemonade and their unsurpassed Peach Milkshake (seasonal, but the best peach shake I've ever had.) Not the first time they've messed up a mobile order for pickup so leaving this review to help others avoid wasting lunch breaks on this location. Today I was given someone else's order (name different than mine) in a bag with my name on it. Had to return to the location to get my order (wasting my lunch time & gas) the lady apologized & gave me a free cookie When I returned to my vehicle checking to be sure my order was correct noticed I was not given any dressing. Went back clearly frustrated & told them they forgot to give dressing & at this point just refund me cuz my lunch break was now over, I am late returning to work & had no lunch. The cashier "Leilani" on the receipt was argumentative that she gave me dressing to which i asked her to show me as I checked the bag thoroughly. There was no dressing. Other customers looked at me making faces & saying I didn't need to be rude to which I replied "I was not being rude I was hungry & upset due to poor service" this customer now started to go back & forth with me to which the staff did nothing to deescalate the situation Because she was feeling validated although she never admitted they messed up a second time by forgetting my dressing. Considering Chick Fil A is known for their great customer service, this location has been the worst I've had. I had went inside to place an order at the counter and when I first entered in, I saw a few people waiting at the right hand side of the wooden bar that's placed in front of the counter. I don't have familiarity with this location so I didn't know that customers are apparently supposed to wrap around and head towards the left hand side. Seeing that there were people waiting in line at the right hand side and no employees informed me to go left and wrap around the bar, I continued to wait in that area until a counter was available. A man then came in after me and wrapped around the bar and waited around the left hand side. Once a counter was made available, that man went up to the counter knowing that I was waiting there and cut me in line. I then quickly went up to him and very explicitly told him that I was there before him and that he was cutting me. He then responded saying that wasn't the way the line formed to which I responded that I wasn't aware of that and that he knew I was standing there and waiting so he's knowingly cutting me to which he said I was being rude. Up until this point, none of the employees are saying anything and standing there watching this whole interaction occur. No one stepped in and tried to take control of the situation or show some leadership in handling this dispute. Another employee then told him that she would take his order at the next counter. I placed my order and waited on the side in full view of this customer placing his order with the employee. I couldn't make out fully what the employee said to him, but she made a comment about me, something to the effect of what I said to him was uncalled for and that she hopes he has a very nice day to which he chuckled. To have the employees do absolutely nothing and then make it seem like I did something wrong because I wasn't "nice enough" and too direct and pointed in my approach in telling him that he cut me is wrong. I ended up speaking with either the lead or manager and I will give credit where credit is due, she did offer her apologies and said that she would "re-train" her staff which is questionable. There seems to be some issues concerning the staff here as I relayed my experience to another coworker who had told me that they've had subpar experiences here including missing or incorrect orders as well as a general attitude of annoyance from the staff. And behind the two cashiers, there is a whole giant team prepping the food, which they make only after we make the order, that's why there is a short wait. And why there is a small group of people waiting on their order. The chocolate milkshake is delicious. The WAFFLE FRIES are addicting. BTW, you get a free brownie with your yelp check in. It's kinda cool that with the name on the order ticket, there is a short description of the customer -- like purple sweater for us -- so that someone else won't be able to claim your order. Parking is not easy. You might make a few rounds, but you will eventually find a spot. This is the only fast food place (I don't even want to call this "fast-food" because the food is MADE to order) I know with fresh flowers in vases on the tables. Charming! read more

Always come here as they have the play area for toddler kids. Lately I've noticed that older and taller kids have been hanging out in the play area for toddlers and are rowdy and seem to be bullying toddlers. This area needs to be monitored as the parents don't seem to care that their kids are too tall to be in the play area. Also, the women's bathroom lavatory needs to be redesigned as it gets too messy with the paper dispenser too close to the lavatory and the soap dispenser on the right side needs to be moved close to the mirror so it won't be too cramped. I came here yesterday, and it was by far the worst experience i ever had as far as quality, attention to detail, and wait times are concerned. The plan was simple. Order a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich... nothing else. Simple, right? Wrong. They took my order after a few minutes, i could see they were answering many questions by the couple next to me. That was fine. All i ordered was a spicy deluxe sandwich, no meal. I stood around waiting for 20+ minutes, and i wasn't the only one. Suddenly, they tell us their system is down. I call BS. There were 10 employees standing around, looking confused and running around like chickens without their heads. The organization at this place was faulty at best. They were training a "new" employee, but even i wouldn't blame this tragedy on that one hire. It was messup after messup. Everyone was getting their orders rushed to them, including me. I did NOT receive a spicy chicken sandwich. I received an undercooked, half thrown together mess... without chik fil a sauce that i asked for. Nothing could save this order. Fast and friendly. It's always nice to walk in and be greeted with warm smiles. Almost as soon as you order, the food comes out. So it's always hot and fresh. Only wish is for the chicken to be a little crisper than it is. It gets soggy pretty fast with the pickles and veggies in it. Today I went with my two children in the drive- thru which says "use both lanes" but no one is out there directing traffic so someone jump in front of me in line and I had to edge my way back into my spot. There were stickers, coloring pages, and tattoos available for everyone to enjoy, which added an extra layer of fun to the experience.
