It's been a good bit since I've been to Wingstop, but some coupons came in the mail and it put me in the mood. This location has some rough parking for sure, I don't know if it's the nearby Starbucks or what, but parking here is seriously a pain. Once you get past that though it's a fine. The place is clean, plenty of seating, the service was quick and the food was as ordered. I'm sure I'll be back, and you should as well. :) read more

Ahhh, you can never go wrong with Wingstop! I was craving the BBQ Boneless Chicken Wings, Fries, and Ranch, so I had to stop by! The flavors just hit the spot every single time. The BBQ Boneless Chicken Wings are so juicy, sweet, tangy, and delicious! They're even better dipped in Ranch. Something about the Fries makes them so addicting, the seasoning is perfect, and the Ranch is just out of this world! The Mango Habanero Bone-In Chicken Wings are yummy, with a good kick of spice that makes them super flavorful. The Veggie Sticks are great with Ranch too; they definitely cleanse my palate and feel refreshing. Overall, I love Wingstop! Great customer service! It's fast, easy, and yummy in my tummy! I also love the convenience of ordering to go or dining in with plenty of seating. Wingstop is definitely one of my favorite spots! read more

I want to give a big shout out to all of the staff here at the Cypress location. They are always smiling and so friendly! Today the cashier Samantha greeted me with a big smile and she's always very helpful and friendly. I appreciate her taking the time to explain their new rewards program, which is awesome. Excellent customer service and excellent food as always thank you so much Cypress Wingstop!! read more

I placed an order online for pick up. I called because I could've possibly missed the part where I can add a request. I wanted them well done. This isn't the first time this has happened. Every single time I order whether in person or on the phone or online I never get them how I like them. I spoke to the manager there she said it was no problem after I assured her that if it was an inconvenience I was understanding. But, here we are and my wings are NEVER how I like them. Wingstop is always delicious so no need for a long review of the taste. I come here all the time and always get good food. But today 8/13 at 3:15 i picked up my order and the customer service was astounding. So good that in my car im writing this review to make sure the crew working right now is acknowledged. From the register to the cooks everyone greeted me as i walked in. Told them my order and they followed every request to the T. Even communicated it would be ready in 5 to ensure my food was well done as requested. And they all had smiles on their faces. Idk about yall, but when the place im getting food from has workers in pleasant moods i feel like the food is made better. So salute to all of yall. Hope your manager sees this review. You deserve some recognition. read more

April 2025 I found this gem on my way back from running errands. The location is well maintained, with ample seating for groups. I placed an order in-store, and the wait time was minimal. The cashier at the front did a great job at going over the menu options as well as the pricing for the dips. I look forward to returning for other menu items in the future. read more

They really need to give bigger pieces of chicken on a 6 piece combo it's like you get the smallest pieces a rip off!!

Ordered 20 wings fries and carrots and received literally 1 single ranch like be for real... smh. Disappointing.

Been here several times. The boneless wings are ok, but very small. Fries are always under cooked. The ranch dressing is great and I like the new chicken strips. Wished their sauces had more wet options, especially Garlic Parm. Staff seems friendly and food is always fresh and hot. read more

This is late. My Residents and I came on 12/23/25 to eat. The service was okay. The food was fine. A few mistakes were made. We were charged for extra sauces. First time, experiencing this. At first, one of the workers was not very friendly. As time passed she loosened up a bit. The place was clean. I didn't use the restroom so nothing to report there. read more

I ordered for pick up, with a fairly large meal of 30 wings and 2 orders of French fries, and my order was done on time. The person who handed my order to me was very nice. I ordered the plain boneless wings and lemon pepper boneless wings. My favorite was the plain wings. I did not even need the ranch sauce, as it was flavorful enough. I did like the lemon pepper as well. They were quite generous with the seasoning, so I don't recommend this flavor, if you are on the fence about lemon pepper. The price was decent as well, spent $41 for a good amount of food. I was satisfied and will go back. read more

This place needs to get it together. I've ordered 3 times from this specific location and every single time the chicken is dry, small and way overcooked. Not sure if they pre cook a bunch of chicken prior to ordering and then just re fry it when it's order to warm it up cause that's what it feels like. Everytime I order they always quote us 5-10 min it will be ready which makes me thinks the chicken is pre fried and ready to go. The location near my home always has large juicy chicken and we always get quoted 18 min when we order. I'd rather wait and have fresh juicy wings then have it pre cooked and get my food withen 5 min read more

Love their original hot wings and ranch so bombbbb The fries are not great though - its like super oily and soggy and was fried in old oil or something . Just get the wings and ranch read more

Waiting for 30 minutes to pick up my order Saturday night. I ordered it online and went to pick it up at pick-up time but my order was not ready yet and they asked my last name. They asked me wait but no one called me for 15 minutes so I asked them about my order. Interestingly, it was ready already but those girls did not call me. Instead just talking and chatting each other not paying attention to customers in and out. Now I realized why they asked my last name and first name. Wingstop needs only one staff doing work seriously at desk at night, not three or four racist girls goofing around getting paid. Let me ask WingStop manager. 1. Is last name is required with first name to pick up order? 2. You don't need to let customers know when their order is ready especially waiting right next to the pick-up counter? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Treat customers discriminatively according to their last name. read more

Been coming here awhile, usually a good experience. BUT TODAY... after a long long day... my friends and I were excited to try the new loaded flavor box, but to our surprise and disappointment, apparently we can't get that without ranch or on the side ?? 1st of all does that not make it easier for you as a worker? And 2nd of all the why are you making it so difficult for no reason?? The worker with red hair and tattoos everywhere has some serious attitude problems. On top of the unnecessary hard time, one of my friends got her food way after we were well off into our meals (we ordered back to back btw). Finally came out in an ugly box after like 35 minutes. Horrible service and hospitality from the workers on shift Feb 11 around 10pm ESPECIALLY red hair tattoo girl only thing that made our experience okay was the music playing... it was kinda funny read more

I ordered twice here at this location twice in the last 2 months. The wings were too fried. Maybe they cooked it for too long. With the most recent order, I ordered 15 pcs and only 3 pcs were the flat wing and 12 pcs were drumsticks. The manager said if they ran out of flat wings then they will just give you whatever they have. I think they should disclose it so the customers can decide. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

Update : Manager reached out to me and asked if he could give me the same order I had last time for free, which I told was not necessary, but he insisted very strongly and wanted to ask me every detail about my last 2 orders (exact same items, the boneless meal deal)... So I go back to get the boneless meal deal, and basically it just keeps happening. From the 20 pieces, at least 3 of them are like little 1/3~1/2 sized crumbs. I really appreciate the managers effort to make things right, and yes they taste fine, but I wish they just get the number of pieces right for the customers. How much does extra few crumbs cost really? Giving couple more stars for at least tasting consistently correct, and good effort on the management to make things right for the customers. read more

Came to this place today and found a hair stuck with the oil at the bottom of my lemon pepper wings. My boyfriend went to tell the same cashier that had helped us at first but the cashier took the fork and wing from him and walked away to throw it away, without saying anything. My boyfriend and I were confused if they were going to remake the wings or were they just going to act like nothing happened. We were sitting down and the employees would've had the chance to make it right if they wanted to. Based on the mood at the environment, it seems like they had people who didn't want to work there. Gross and unsanitary, I should've checked the reviews before for coming here. read more
