What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was charged extra for radish. After such a significant delay, I would have expected some level of customer service whether that's a sincere apology, a complimentary side, or some gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Many restaurants go out of their way to take care of customers when delays happen, but that wasn't the case here. The manager guy "appears" and "sounds" nice in the beginning but no he's the worst. He will give customers attitude and the bitch look despite of any tips being given.
