I'm here all the time, easily the best Waba around. Food quality and quantity is always consistent unlike other locations. Service is solid. Same woman at the counter every day and she's great. Just one problem...the place is freezing cold. Both doors are always open and the wind blows right through. It's like eating in a tornado sometimes. Have to keep a weight on your napkin to keep it from blowing away. In the winter you need a jacket, beanie and gloves to eat in there. The shrimp taco was pretty good too. Also added Serrano sauce, but should've had it just as it comes. The beef taco was my favorite. He has super long hair and doesn't even wear a hair net which was already very questionable. He greeted me with silence and a frown on his face when I walked in, which was fine, I figured we all have bad days sometimes and I was trying to give him grace but then he got my order wrong. I specifically requested a beef bowl with all veggies, no rice ( I'm trying to lose weight). So I requested all broccoli and beef because I'm really trying to avoid carbs and drop weight. He called my number, I walked up and noticed the white rice immediately and I was still very kind and gracious about it; I simply brought the mistake to his attention BUT he proceeded to argue with me that's when I finally lost my cool. He was so rude and obnoxious from the moment I walked in, he was silent and grouchy, the energy was negative; So when he started arguing with me, he was telling me loudly enough for everyone else to hear, "well you ordered it incorrectly", blaming me and arguing with me in front of everyone loudly, making a scene. So then his Hispanic supervisor walked up wondering what was going on and then the cashier starts talking to his manager IN SPANISH, he starts telling him that it's my fault because I didn't order my food correctly". Luckily for me, I speak Spanish and I clarified in Spanish: "NO, your employee is in a bad mood, from the moment I walked in, he looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me by saying hi, hello, good afternoon, NOTHING", and now he's lying to you and he's trying to charge me more money for HIS mistake". I said, "it's fine, I'll take this bowl, but I'm leaving you guys and bad yelp review for this". I was exhausted and starving from work, I was too exhausted to keep arguing. I have had the worst experience with this location, I ordered one bowl. Total was 14.66. Shared it with my daughter. Checked my card a few hours later to see I was double charged. I called back for a refund, was told to let it be for a bit so it wasn't pending and i was assured that it would go back into my bank. So I let it be over the weekend, let it be Monday. Still posted on my account today. I spoke with two woman there that told me I would receive the money back. Never did, called the store right now to be given the owners number for him to at first say, he was told I went in and received the money in cash, never did told him to check the cameras i never walked in, and then rudely told me to call my bank and mark it as fraud....... Like no I'm not about to get a new bank card because you guys over charged me. Proceeded to be rude, we went back and forth with him being more annoyed that I wanted my money back then trying to make a customer happy and then hung up!!!! Was in a rush, didn't have time to speak to a customer and that's the owner?! If I wasn't consistent calling back to get my money back, I would have never got it! So if you have to put your card in the reader twice or more, make sure you check your account! It literally took me calling and being rude to get MY refund back lol...
