Food poisoning. I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and they came out covered in butter (this is unlike any other time I've ordered this same thing from any other location). I thought, cool, more butter more fun but no...within 10 minutes of finishing my food I felt sick and had stomach pains for multiple days after. Would never return here. read more

The worse place I have ever order wings from! I'm extremely disappointed of this place. I called in it order and they got it wrong. I order two combos of the classic wings with a side of hot sauce. They told me my order would be ready in 18 minutes. When I got there I only received one combo the cashier just looked at me clueless, didnt even tried to make my other order. DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR GETTING IT WRONG! horriable customer service!!!!. When I got home the wings looked dry and were flavorless.. I will never go back. It's sad to see places like this giving up on making the customers happy. No stars for this place. I had to put a star in order for my review to be posted. Smh! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cypress, California

This place looks like the POS it is from the street. Stay away I got French's, not French FRIES. raw potatoes seem to be on the menu. Whatever the estimated time is prepare to wait double that. The staff looks at you like a deer in headlights with any simple request. read more

This wingstop was HORRIBLE They messed up our order and charged us for another order. The girl answering the phones clearly shouldn't work there. She didnt give us the correct order. I don't suggest going here read more

I don't know what's was wrong today but I placed my order at 5:50 said it'll be ready at 6:12 Waited till 7:20 and nothing ..,,at least 50 people were waiting I got annoyed and just asked for a refund read more

Terrible customer service. Lazy people. Picks up the phone and hang right up. My fries not cooked all the way. Hardly any sauce on my chicken. Never ordering form this wingstop again. read more

I have still not received a refund, and what's worse is nobody at Wingstop seems to care. I've contacted their customer service representative and the district manager several times to reconcile this matter. I just keep getting the run-around. read more

I have came to this wing stop many times and has had good service but there has been a few times where they were not that great but today was different, I always call to place an order but I was put on hold for a while. So I tried calling another wing stop and the same. I was put on hold. So I decided to place my order online with this wing stop because I'm familiar with it. The fries are completely different from when I place it over the phone. I never specifically say what kind of fries I want because I'm never asked but they are always seasoned well but this time because it was placed online my fries are not seasoned. Also I expected their soda machine to be cleaned and stocked since they had so many customers in the store. But instead their sodas tasted chemically and I thought it was just me but I asked my partner and her mom to taste it and they said the same thing it tasted nasty I paid for a 32 oz soda that I didn't even drink. Also they had a lot of staff in today but I was placed on hold for a while and the soda machine was not stocked. I usually like going to this wing stop but they did not meet my expectations. I don't blame the workers but I do blame the manager on duty for not managing her store correctly to make sure things are done to make the customers experience good. I hope this can change in the future because this is the closets wingstop to my house. read more

Came here with my boyfriend Sunday night on the 16th and I felt nauseous about 2 hours later at home. I woke up with a headache and was sweating/low grade fever. I spent the rest of the day with waste coming out of both ends. I spent my birthday with food poisoning. I usually go to this location too but I'm gonna step back for a bit. read more

This used to be my favorite wing place, but I'm writing after just placing an order. Maybe it's my fault cause it was rush hour and I don't usually order during rush hour, but the chicken was rubbery and I could hardly taste the flavor of the sauces. It was very gross and I had to stop eating it. Also the last time I ordered wingstop they completely forgot my fries as well and I had to contact doordash to get a new order. I don't know if there's new management but ya'll are slacking. Not to mention the amount of times I've been told to sit out to wait, despite it being an empty restaurant with no one else in, cause I showed up a bit early to get my food, then the employees still don't come out to get me and I have to go in and get the food. read more

The customer service sucks !!!! When I got there all the girls didn't greet nor make eye contact . I work in retail and customer service is everything. Ordered a combo and asked for carrot sticks only , got fries :( ! I called just to let them know my order was incorrect and the girl that answered had sooo much attitude she cut me off as I was talking and puts me on hold I ended up hanging up because of how upset I was . Definitely won't be coming here again. read more

Once again there is an error in my to go order. I always check my food before I pay because of past errors at multiple Wingstop locations. Today's order had incorrect sauces/dressings. I guess I have to taste all the sauces/dressings I order before I pay now! Visual checking doesn't always work. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO ANOTHER WING STOP! I have been here a couple times & there hasn't been one pleasant experience here. The girls are extremely rude, have the biggest attitude and clearly don't want to be bothered with anything. The customer service at this location weakens the brand and after reading other reviews, this is visibly a problem and it hasn't been fixed. I don't understand how rolling your eyes at customers and speaking to people in the most disrespectful tone is okay. And in addition. arguing with your coworkers in front of customers during work. You're choosing to work there, please have a better attitude to your customers who are bringing you business and helping you maintain this job. read more

Good customer service and excellent menu. Prices are also reasonable. There are a lot of flavors to pick from. If you haven't tried their wings, you are missing out on a great meal. read more

So this is funny, I called Wingstop to see if the had the thighs advertised on TV. Yes we do but you can only order them through Door Dash. So let me get this straight you have them but can't sell them if I come in. No we have no way to ring them in. Wow, so we don't know how work a cash register to input something in a way to complete a order for something you carry in store and the company advertises something they do know how to sell in store. I was so looking forward to stopping in order some, guess not. One star review for not know how to think beyond technology. read more

Employees are nice! The manager or lead or whoever she is, is rude af! I won't return to this wingstop! When someone says "make their wings well done" leave the wings in the fryer for 18 mins like ALL the wingstop's in the hood do! I like my chicken crispy and crunchy NOT rubbery and chewy. read more

By far the most friendly and welcoming Wingstop I have been to. Amber, who took our order, was extremely friendly and wow what an experience from Wingstop. Blows all the other Wingstops out of the water. Will definitely come back for our late night post gym meals. read more

So i ordered wings through door dash , i opened the bag and while looking through my order , it wasn't complete. I was missing wings , therefore i called the store to whom i spoke to the manager named "cesar", on the phone it seemed like he really didn't care because after all i did pay for my wings to all be in the bag, i felt very disrespected and i get we all make mistakes but he couldn't at least apologize for the inconvenience. read more

I love wing stop. I've ordered from this location several times. Today I ordered a 6-wing combo. For some reason they decided to put 5 wings in original hot and 1 Wing in Louisiana rub. Why would you split the wings 5 and 1? Why wouldn't you split the wings 3 and 3? Makes no sense. What a pain! read more

I am acknowledging Destiny for being one of the best employees I've ever met!!!!! She was very patient with us as we were deciding on what to order and has excellent customer service skills. This franchise manager or owner cares about his customers. I had a miscommunication on my phone order where I had tried to sub veggie sticks for fries, it got messed up and I paid the bill already. He offered me 5 free wings for next time and let me keep the fries. Good fries too. Thx wing stop guy! Good customer service. read more

I love the customer service here! They always get my order correct no issues I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes max. One of the best two servers were Madison and Geralidina. Very patient and got my order correct. However, the manager Maria was rude, disrespectful to her workers, and very impatient. I would like her to be removed from this branch immediately. She's not a kind person and really needs to be removed. I feel bad for her workers. They are trying their best and I appreciate them! read more

Restaurant is very clean and is new. Placed an order online, it was very easy to do and website was simple to figure out. The website said my order would be ready in 20 mins, so I got my hair and my nails did, and hopped in my whip to go get my wings....arrive in 19 mins went to the counter and they had them all ready for me. It was Friday night at about 9:45pm....place was packed and there was a line.....so was glad I ordered online. Everyone was friendly and the place was running efficiently so its seems that in the couple days they had been open that management had ironed out the inevitable snafus that come with opening a new restaurant. So, I just give 3 stars mainly because the flavor of the wings themselves for me was just so-so. I got the Lemon pepper wings and the Parmesan Garlic. Nothing noteworthy about them. So i think if you are really into Wingstop this is a good location for you, but if you are a wing afficianado then maybe you might be slightly underwhelmed. I would come back and try the mango habanero wings....my homie said those are their best flavor.. read more

With the multiple times I have been here, I found this location to be better than other wingstops I have been to. As the location is newly renovated, the bathroom and service floor is spotless. While the space is small, it provides enough tables for about 15-18 small parties to sit in and dine. The wings themselves are spot on. I appreciate their extra use of pepper in their lemon pepper and are consistent (two separate occasions, same great taste!) Their teriyaki was too saucy in my opinion, but has that familiar Asian zing. I believe the customer service was satisfactory at best. The workers are nice and accommodating, but the flow and amount of customers inversely correlates with their attitude to customers. Overall, Wingstop is a great addition to the Cypress plaza, but requires some fine tuning to become a better partner to the community. read more

This Wingstop is located on the corner of Ball and Valley View in the city of Cypress. Located in a strip mall with various business, you can miss it-close to the Starbucks. Although this is a busy intersection, I've seen major food chains come and go. Hope they survive. I was there at high noon, and there was only 1 person eating inside-not a good sign for me, but decided to give it a try anyways. I got 2 orders-Spicy Korean and the Mango Habanero sauce. I made the huge mistake of bringing my lunch back to work, and the smell drew several of my pesky co-associates into the lunch room. Being the nice person I'm-I shared :) next time I will eat in the car. Taste was good, and lip burning. Will return another day, but will order online for faster service. read more

I can't believe people are going to give bad reviews for their FIRST DAY of opening. Give them a damn break. Of course it might not run smoothly. It's very busy here and I'm sure some of these people are still trainees. Anyway, came here, obviously a bit of a wait but the cashier was friendly and service is good. Bigger location compared to most wings stops I've been to. Glad to see a Wingstop near my house. I'm sure this location will be here to say. Food was fresh and fries were amazing as usual. Despite the crowd it actually didn't take too long to get my order. read more

I'm really picky when it comes to wings. Since moving to the west, it's been hard to replace my beloved wing shop, however Wing Stop is pretty good. When I first came in, the woman who took our order was incredibly nice. We waited a little while to get our food (not too outrageous, maybe about a 10 minute wait). I got the garlic parm and boneless wings. The garlic were actually pretty good! I was surprised. The mild wasn't really as good, they had sauce but the wings were very dry. Not a bad experience, but I think I'll continue with my search of the next best wings. read more

This wing stop location is horrific. We ordered about $50 worth of food and there was not one thing right about the order except the carrot sticks with ranch. When I went to pick up the online order, they informed me they were out of cheese for the cheese fries. They showed me a plastic to-go ramekin full of cheese and said this was all they could get out. They asked if I wanted other sauces instead. I told them "that's fine I'll take it" and also said I would take some extra ranch dipping sauce to make up for it. I got home and started removing the 50 wings, two baskets of fries, basket of carrot sticks, and ranches... No ramekin of cheese to be found. The guy who paid for the order was upset. Cheese fries were and extra $4. There's no way the two extra containers of ranch added up to that. When we called the store, she said I didn't say that I wanted it. But, she would give us a 10% off credit toward our next visit. We opened the 50 wings (4 sauces) and started diving them up to eat. The person who wanted garlic Parmesan noticed that he only got 6 wings when we told them to divide it up so he would get 9. We called the store again after counting the wings and noticing they shorted us by 3. She upped the discount to 25% off our next visit. It doesn't end there. After eating only a couple wings, we all noticed how tough and dry they were. It's like they sat there under a heat lamp for hours. And, when we put in our order, they tossed them in the sauce we wanted and threw them in a box. I think they were the worst wings I have ever had. We didn't even bother to call again after that. It's obvious that the people at this location are lazy and have no pride in the food they are giving people to eat... And this location recently opened! Makes me worry what else happens to the food behind the scenes that we don't know about. Usually people become complacent after a long while, not after a couple months on the job. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Wingstop uses DoorDash for their deliveries. I placed an order through the Wingstop app for delivery and half my order was missing. They told me to call DoorDash and I don't even have a DoorDash account. Not only did they screw up the order, but they doubled down by refusing to deliver the missing half of the order, and insisted that we pick it up. There is no record of the order with DoorDash and I don't have an account. Very bizarre and horrible customer service. read more

I was driving by, noticed Wing Stop & decided to order lunch today. The cashier Kirya was polite, took order quickly. My order was a 6 piece classic combo, with veggies, and ranch, 2nd order was a 3 piece chicken tender, fries, and ranch, 3 rolls to go !! We were told our order would be ready in 16 minutes... time on receipt was 2:27 p.m. I noticed while attempting to place my order, there were 3 other female employees, just standing around behind the cashier who was helping me, discussing a customer who complained and was issued a refund .... hmm, they should've taken that Convo in the back, where other customers couldn't hear them. We filled up our drinks. I spilled some of mine on the counter, which I quickly cleaned up with the paper towels on the counter ... the problem was ... there are no trash receptacles in the restaurant !! There was just a paper wing stop boat with other used paper towels on the counter, so I discarded my trash there ! #GetSomeTrashCans! Along with straw trash on the counter. Around 2:45 p.m. I noticed customers who arrived after me were being brought their food, or walking out with it. I approached the counter ... 1 female employee avoided eye contact. The other female employee was handing another customer, an Asian male aside of honey mustard & rudely told him ... we are supossed to charge for this, they are not free. After she was done helping him, I asked about my order. She asked my name, I said Shawn. She replies oh yeah, I'm bagging your order right now. I sit back down with my 10 year old daughter ... sigh ... 10 minutes later ... she calls my name !! The 3 stars are for the cleanliness of the restaurant, the Cashier Kirya who helped me, and for the cool coca cola drink machine. MY THING IS THIS: DON'T SAY YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY IN 16 MINUTES, WHEN IT TOOK 32 MINUTES. Will I be back ??? Nah, I'm koo on this spot .... will keep going to Fullerton, Cerritos, & Glendale. Get it together .... especially if this location just opened !!! read more
