Being from Buffalo Ny, and also being the former social media director for the National Buffalo Wing Festival, and a personal avid chicken wing lover, I think it's fair to say I know a good wing when I taste one. The wings here are pretty good. The variety of options is not as extensive as I'm use to seeing. However, it's not fair to compare and knit pick on selections. What is fair is reviewing the taste experience of them. First the atomic wings are not even remotely near the level of schoval units they should be to be classified as atomic. The habanero wings are hotter than atomic. On the wall though it's spicy level chart they provide says it to be much weaker. Great fries, I really do like the food. I still don't understand why they refuse to have garbage cans available in the eating area. Wing stop is a decent place for wings. I prefer there boneless wings, but a lot of my friends like the bone in. My favorite sauce is the garlic Parmesan (make sure you order it wet). The atomic is also really good if you are into super spicy food, which I personally am not. As far as service, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the wait time for your food is pretty uniform. It is 11 minutes for boneless and 22 minutes for bone in. I would have given five stars, but I don't fee like you get what you pay for. They are very expensive wings, albeit good tasting. At 100 wings, the pricing is $0.57 per wing which sounds cheap but then you look at the wing and there's not that much meat on it. If you buy less than 100 then you're in the high 60's range. The lemon pepper is good but it's not any different from other wing places. The original hot is okay too but not very hot. I hate the garlic parmesan, it tastes like feet. I always order it then regret it. I think it's the parmaesan that they sprinkle on top of it...there's something off about that smell (then it lingers in your car.) If you do plan on coming here (dine in or out) look for coupons online. There are plenty. If you sign up for their eClub you get fresh cut seasoned fries which was okay (http://www.wingstop.com/email_club.aspx) but if you look on their Facebook page there are usually codes for 5 free wings (5FREEFB) or a few bucks off here and there. I'm just not a big fan of chewing off cartilage for some meat. -_- I will say that lemon pepper is my favorite even though they pretty salty. And you really can't go wrong with buffalo. But garlic parmesan? Ohh boy. They were "okay" going down but MY GAWD they have the WORST after taste. The parmesan really does take over. They grossed me out for the rest of the night.
