Being from Buffalo Ny, and also being the former social media director for the National Buffalo Wing Festival, and a personal avid chicken wing lover, I think it's fair to say I know a good wing when I taste one. The wings here are pretty good. The variety of options is not as extensive as I'm use to seeing. However, it's not fair to compare and knit pick on selections. What is fair is reviewing the taste experience of them. First the atomic wings are not even remotely near the level of schoval units they should be to be classified as atomic. The habanero wings are hotter than atomic. On the wall though it's spicy level chart they provide says it to be much weaker. Great fries, I really do like the food. I still don't understand why they refuse to have garbage cans available in the eating area. This is the second time this location has completely messed up my order and the way they handle it is not very good either. This time all my food was completely cold when it arrived, and I didn't even get all of my order or the sauces I paid extra for. Wing stop is a decent place for wings. I prefer there boneless wings, but a lot of my friends like the bone in. My favorite sauce is the garlic Parmesan (make sure you order it wet). The atomic is also really good if you are into super spicy food, which I personally am not. As far as service, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the wait time for your food is pretty uniform. It is 11 minutes for boneless and 22 minutes for bone in. I would have given five stars, but I don't fee like you get what you pay for. They are very expensive wings, albeit good tasting. We've ordered wings for several parties now just because it's close, but it's not that good. At 100 wings, the pricing is $0.57 per wing which sounds cheap but then you look at the wing and there's not that much meat on it. If you buy less than 100 then you're in the high 60's range. The lemon pepper is good but it's not any different from other wing places. The original hot is okay too but not very hot. I hate the garlic parmesan, it tastes like feet. I always order it then regret it. I think it's the parmaesan that they sprinkle on top of it...there's something off about that smell (then it lingers in your car.) If you do plan on coming here (dine in or out) look for coupons online. There are plenty. If you sign up for their eClub you get fresh cut seasoned fries which was okay (http://www.wingstop.com/email_club.aspx) but if you look on their Facebook page there are usually codes for 5 free wings (5FREEFB) or a few bucks off here and there. The meal also came with a side (fries) and veggies. Drinks were separate though. Boo! Even though they are greasy as fuuuuu, I still enjoy the boneless ones a lot more than the regular ones. I'm just not a big fan of chewing off cartilage for some meat. -_- I will say that lemon pepper is my favorite even though they pretty salty. And you really can't go wrong with buffalo. But garlic parmesan? Ohh boy. They were "okay" going down but MY GAWD they have the WORST after taste. The parmesan really does take over. They grossed me out for the rest of the night. I vow never to get these again, no matter how good they SOUND. :( The fries were also just "okay" in my opinion. And I haven't read or done any research on the topic but I swear Wingstop is putting sugar on them! They just taste so sweet! It was okay here, small store, the wings that we got were lemon pepper which was really good crispy and crunchy on the outside and pippin hot on the inside. Cajun style was very salty even after dipping it in the ranch, and it was very sloppily wet. WARNING - stay away if you are on a diet, I used the napkin to absorb some of the oil from 1 chicken wing and it was still oozing oil! Fries had bbq sprinkle on it they had a hint of sweet- the fries were okay, not the best. Prices are okay. I prefer Hooter wings over these ones. But then again i've only tried 2 flavors. It beats all other wings places in virtually every category, including taste, size, texture, deal, EVERYTHING! My personal favorites are the lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and hot. Each flavor tastes just like the name. If you get lemon pepper, that's exactly what your going to get and it's freaking GOOD too. Their wings are perfect in size and it doesn't feel like your being jipped on the meat. Also, the skin is nice and crunchy. One of my pet peeves is going to a wings joint and being served with wings that have no crunch to them. What's the point? And for about 50 wings up to 3 flavors along with 2 sides, you only have to pay about $35. Sounds like an awesome deal to me. Their fries really stand out. It's funny because when you look at them, they don't appear to be anything special. Looks like a sad soggy french fry if you ask me, but when you bite into them they add a secret sweet ingredient and I am 99% sure it's sugar.
