This place always delivers the best burgers for me, hands down. On top of the good food, the service is also pretty great. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are ready to help you out. Upon walking in, you can order yourself or head straight to the counter to place your order. If its a bit busy, it does take a little longer to get your food. Trust me, its worth the wait. There is plenty of seating inside, with a small outdoor patio offered as well. I usually sit inside where its cooler on these warm humid days recently. They offer combo deals right now which is a good offer for a burger, fries, and drink. Definitely check that out. I ordered a western burger yesterday. I used to love Burger Lounge, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food has gone way downhill. I ordered the protein bowl, and it was honestly awful. The salad didn't taste fresh, the new dressing was not good, and the entire meal felt like it was thrown together without much care. The service was just as disappointing. We waited an extremely long time for our food, and there was very little communication or sense of urgency from the staff. Despite the long wait, the food came out looking rushed and poorly prepared, which made the experience even more frustrating. To top it off, the ice cream was already melted by the time we received it, which only added to the feeling that quality and attention to detail are no longer a priority. It's disappointing to see a restaurant that I used to enjoy decline so much in both food quality and customer service. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning anytime soon. read more

It is not very often that I get taken by surprise visiting a burger joint. I had seen this place for quite a while, having driven past it on multiple occasions but never had the opportunity to go in. Well today I broke that streak and I am super excited that I did! The Burger lounge, from the outside, looks like one of those high-end burger places that promises the moon and delivers a lot less. But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in and was shocked by the quality of the food, the appearance of the establishment, the friendliness of the crew, and the overall meal experience! The exterior, gives the feeling that this is an exclusive lounge, which from the inside is very well appointed and I love the feeling and the casual vibe that it gives off. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming, and the place is clean as a pin. Definitely makes for a great dining experience. I love the fact that they have different options on the menu, I decided to opt for the house combo which was a burger. Your choice of fries or onion rings and a drink. I picked the single burger with no tomatoes but it came with pickles, lettuce, and your choice of onions. I opted for the caramelized onions and I am so glad I did! I ordered the onion rings extra crispy, and they turned out absolutely perfect! To wash it down, I opted for the hibiscus drink and was not disappointed. Absolutely excellent all the way around. The real star of the show however, was the hamburger. This is not the biggest burger you will ever see, but it is definitely good sized, and pax more flavor than you would expect. I mean for a little bit more than you would spend for a Big Mac combo at McDonald's, this burger blows it completely out of the water. It was fresh, well cooked, and one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time. I didn't even mention, that it's all delivered to you on a warm metal plate. A warm plate! It kept the burger hot when you set it down to have some onion rings and pick it back up and it's still nice and warm. A very nice touch. One thing I do have to comment on is the thousand Island dressing on the side, you're going to want about a quart of that because it is so delicious. Perfect thing to dip onion rings in or just slather on your hamburger because why not? The bottom line, now that I know about this place, I'm probably going to become a regular here. Do yourself a favor and if you are in Orange county and near the 17th Street area, go get yourself a bite to eat at the Burger lounge. You will not be disappointed. The kiosk has the full menu and is easy to use. Order, pay, take your number and sit down in a booth or outside in the seating there. Service was quick. Servers came by to see if we needed anything. Burger was flavorful and juicy. Fries came in a large quantity. The catsup was delicious that added to both burger and fries. They had a good selection from the menu including chicken sandwiches, fish, turkey burger and impossible burgers. I also notice how busy they are ALL the TIME. Even mid day, I know I am not the only regular lol! Something undeniably tasty about a grass fed organic real 100% beef patty. This place was pretty lit cuz they have a couple vegetarian options including plant based chicken nuggets, and they have the option to do 1/2 onion rings 1/2 fries (AS EVERY PLACE SHOULD!!!)! Love seeing chicken as a veg option cuz most places do not offer that. The onion rings were crispy. The fries were lowkey mid, some of them were like hard as a rock lol. But the ranch hit and overall was satisfied. Patio was nice for us to sit on with my dog, one of the employees said he's the cutest dog ever so we appreciate her. I asked why the website said it was ready and I didn't receive a response, I was just told to wait. After waiting, I received my food and walked out the door. As I got to the door I heard my name again and something very rude. When I turned around there were 4 employees laughing - but when they saw me they all stopped laughing and turned away. We came in to this place on a Sunday afternoon. Place looks clean, not a lot of customers at the time we arrived. We asked the cashier to recommend the popular food. We ordered the Lounge Burger and the Husky Burger. Both were double patties. We also ordered the onion rings. The burger meat is grass fed and should have a great taste alone. I don't believe they season it and if you're not used to that it may seem off. I thought it was fine because they add cheese, pickles, lettuce and onion. The onion rings are lightly breaded and very crunchy which I feel is a great counter balance when taking a bite of the burger. Let's talk about the price, it's on the expensive side for a "burger joint". BUT, this is a grass fed meat. This is a healthy option for those who want to improve their health. You are what you eat, right? With that said, the price shouldn't matter because it's better for you. I'm it sure about the onion rings but hey, YOLO! We also ordered their cookies and those were soft and tasty. I believe I'll be back when I'm back in the area. I recommend you give it a try and see for yourself. I've been told this was the place to get burgers that had superior taste, my visit proved otherwise. To be clear my expectation of a good burger is less frills and quality ingredients. I ordered the Western Burger and the half order of onion rings and French fries. Along with a Mexican coca-cola and a root beer float. My wife ordered the mushroom burger and fries. Our total was just above $50.00. To insure i would be able to taste the quality of the beef I ordered no bbq sauce on my burger. Instead the burger was slathered in a mayo based sauce which was confusing as to why that would be a part of the burger that would normally come with bbq sauce. The patty quality was good but not great. The burger patty was thin as if it were a smash burger. Secondly the western burger came with bacon that was book-marker thin and cooked well done. Which is quite the conundrum when you order your burger it is cooked to medium rare unless otherwise requested. So..... why not carry the same philosophy to your bacon? My only conclusion to the burgers is they are already losing money and trying to makeup for the costs by providing meager portions in regards to their proteins. Lastly I'm not a fan of locations that will charge you $5 for a drink and not provide refills. If this is supposed to be gourmet, then this establishment needs to step it up a lot more with non alcoholic drink options and better cook methods. Lastly the location has 5 customers other than us during our visit and yet the trash can managed to be spilling over and was passed by several employees not to mention one of them was in business casual, I'm assuming this was a manager or supervisor.
