My boyfriend and I were drawn in here by their All You Can Eat deal on Mondays. It's an absolutely crazy deal, so it's no wonder this place was filling up fast. However, we opted to just get 10 pieces each. Once we sat down we realized that we probably can't eat as much as we thought and didn't want to waste food. Our server was an absolute rockstar. This is a digital restaurant, so make sure your phone is charged before you go. The wings seem to be made to order, so there was quite a wait, but they did offer celery and carrots while we waited, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the Korean-style wings. The breading itself was pretty bland, and most of the flavor came from the sauce rather than the wing. However, the traditional bone-in wings were good and definitely the better option for us. We also tried the tots -- they were okay, a bit greasy and not very crispy. The quality of the chicken was excellent. Very meaty and juicy! The sauces are the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. We tried many different flavors and the best was still the traditional buffalo. The dry rubs are a bit too dry and not salty enough. The saucy parm was good but still not great. The mango habanero was pretty hot so be careful with that one. They offer 4 different types of wing styles: bone-in, boneless, baked, and even cauliflower, AND you can request for all flats or all drums at no additional cost, like stoppp. (Wingstop could never.) Lemon pepper was my favorite, and the cheesy Parmageddon works so well with the cauliflower, but the Mango habanero had us breathing like a dragon from the heat. I ordered takeout and went with two flavors: Parmageddon and Buffalo. Right away, the sauces impressed me. Parmageddon is rich, garlicky, peppery, creamy and bold in the best way; almost like a spicy alfredo. The Buffalo hits that classic tang with real depth instead of just heat. Flavor-wise, the sauces alone could hang with some of the bigger names in the wing world. But the chicken itself told a different story. The cook felt off across the board. The wings managed to be overcooked on the outside while still feeling under-rendered under the skin. The interior texture leaned rubbery rather than juicy, while some exterior spots bordered on burnt -- you can see those darker patches in the photos. It didn't feel like a "delivery problem"; this seemed like a kitchen execution issue. What made it more frustrating was that the sauces barely adhered. Instead of coating the wings, they slid right off and pooled at the bottom of the tray -- there was a whole lake of Parmageddon sitting there that I wished had actually clung to the chicken. The Buffalo suffered the same fate: great sauce, weak coverage, uneven cook. Value-wise, I can see why people rave about the all-you-can-eat Mondays and $1 wing Wednesdays -- deals like that probably make the experience feel far more worth it. But at full price, with wings cooked this inconsistently, it's tough to justify. If I'm craving wings and paying normal menu rates, I'm still heading to Wingstop -- it remains the standard in the area for consistency. Bottom line: Amazing sauces. Disappointing chicken. If they dial in the cook and get the sauce to actually cling, this place could jump from "pretty good" to "seriously great." I got no bad pieces of chicken in either BONELESS and BONE-IN options.
