Calling this food hainan chicken is a stretch. This place was quite disappointing. Rice was dry. Chicken wasn't moist and lacked texture. It was so thin and unimpressive. Also no ginger scallion sauce which is a staple hainan chicken condiment. I also ordered the spicy chicken. It was absurdly hot for medium. Which isn't the end of the world, but it also just didn't taste good. Again the chicken was so thin, mostly breading in this case. Whether it id eating in or taking out, the owner always has the biggest smile on his face and the most amazing personality! I literally called thirty minutes before closing to put in an order and he took my order with ease! I estimated time there to be 845pm and i was still five minutes out when i called at 848pm and he said no problem! He'll wait for me and it just makes me feel so special!
