DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WINGSTOP. EVER. AT ANY POINT. I placed an order for delivery for myself and some of my coworkers. We ordered a fair amount, but nothing crazy. The food was 20 minutes late which would not have been a big deal if not for what else happened. When the food got here, the fries we did get were completely cold. We were missing 2 orders of fries, so we called the restaurant. I was put on hold 2 separate times for 4 minutes each with no end in sight. The 3rd time I called, I spoke to the manager (I believe) named Vanessa. She apologized and said she would personally deliver the missing items herself which was very nice of her. Fast forward more than 90 minutes later; the food has still not arrived. I call WingStop again to speak to a manager. I get put on hold, and the woman who answered said "The manager isn't here, but she said that we got too busy to bring your food so we can give you 50% off". Many questions were raised here, including how that information could have gotten delivered if the manager 'wasn't there'. It would have been nice if they would have just called to tell me that an hour ago. I said I did not want a coupon for next time, I just didn't want to pay for the items that we never received. She told me that WingStop cannot refund me at all even though I never received what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. An embarrassing way to do business, and I truly regret ordering from there. This is my first time every eating Wingstop and although the cashier was very good, the boneless chicken tasted like it was made in old catfish oil. This has to be the worst wings I have ever tasted for a 20-30 minute wait. Change the oil or have more than one fryer. One to cook chicken and one to cook fish. I will never come back. This same lady while wiping tables looked up and saw customers waiting to place orders, ignored them until she finished wiping the table. Better than BWW, not as good as Wings Over. Hawaiian flavor was nothing special, very similar to teriyaki which I'd prefer next time. My husband said the mango habanero was just ok, and he'd probably just order the regular heat ones next time too. I also wish they had a honey mustard wing flavor instead of just a dipping sauce. The chicken itself was good, our to-go order was correct and took a reasonable amount of time, and the staff were nice, even giving us some plastic cups for water while we waited for our order to be ready. The manager was incredibly rude when trying to address an issue (found a bug in my food). She was yelling on the phone when I asked for a refund. She would not answer my question about how to find the order number on the receipt and instead said how can I refund it if I don't have the receipt. Warning: do not get delivery! Much faster and easier to go eat in and your food will be much better. For some reason, the app does not allow you to select what soft drink you want specifically. It just offers a choice between sizes. Confused, we called them after placing our order and told them what drinks we wanted. Lady said she was adding them to our order. More than 30 minutes after the estimated delivery, (which means a whole hour and a half of waiting for our food when our apartment isn't even five minutes away by car) our food finally came. Instead of the drinks she told us she added, they gave us two Sprites (neither of us ordered sprite in the first place) AND they were the wrong size. The fries were limp and cold and my wings weren't well done as instructed. However, the wings were still hot and decent quality. Lesson learned, never getting the delivery again.
