Lousy, awful, terrible food. They soak their wings in some kind of oil, after just frying them dry. Then then packaged them sideways, so the oil soaked through the paper bag, making a huge mess. Food is standard Wingstop, which is good but my first to-go order after this location's recent opening was pretty skimpy. My boneless wings were literally the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. I've been here a few times. The place is always in excellent, clean condition, though that's partially because many people order take-out. The wings are a bit small, so the typical adult will probably need ~6-10. The tenders are roughly twice as large, and conveniently boneless. I like their juicy/wet wings and tenders so much more than the tissue-paper-dry ones at KFC/Popeyes. It's a good thing that they're better because their wings/tenders are more expensive. Do expect the wait to be super, super long. If you order online, add 10 minutes to the wait time. The last time I came, there were 20 people waiting on a busy morning. The poor lady next to me complained that she had waited 40 minutes. Everyone looked frustrated. I had actually ordered online an hour before, and my order was also 40 minutes late. Apparently, they lost my order in the queue. Fortunately, the manager made up by refunding my order, and I hope that was a one-off. I brought my daughters here for lunch today. They loved it. Me, not so much. I asked for the sauces on the side and the chicken came slathered with sauce. Although; I have been a frequent customer and never had a problem this is how my WingStop career ended: Saturday night I picked up a to go order. 3 Piece Boneless for my daughter and 15 piece classic (bone in) lemon pepper extra fine for myself. When we got home my daughters order was correct; my order however was 15 piece boneless plain. Not at all what I ordered. Still at this point it's not a big deal; I ate a couple and there just ok. He asked me if I'd like to come back. I told him I'm not putting a kid back in the car and driving back. I asked him keep my name on the ticket and I'd come in next week and would you please make it right. Refund or credit.... I was told the only way for that to happen is if I bring the wings that were wrong back to the store next week. I asked if he was kidding. He said nope that was store policy! Okay, this is my new favorite location. I ordered off the app and had it delivered. It was delivered through door dash, I love that I got updates and my order was almost ten minutes early. I ordered a ten piece combo, add 5 wings, and an order of veggie sticks with ranch. I only like wing if they are super crispy. When I got my food it was still hot, crispy and was topped generously. I personally own 2 restaurants and I hate to have to post a negative review because i kno how one sided most reviews can get but for a franchise that has over thousands of locations this is unacceptable. They need to train they're employees on how to be more sanitized and how to actually cook. They're fryer literally has a timer and the guy still manages to burn my fries and the fresh order he made aren't even cooked all the way smh . I tried calling three times but got put on hold each time for 10+ minutes each time. So I decided to drive back and show them the wings. This was around 9:15pm. I asked to speak to the manager. He was polite and understanding. He offered to remake my order and he even kept them in a little longer than normal to ensure they were crispy and cooked through.
