Ordered online & picked up in store. It was pretty clean inside except the drink station. The worker who helped me out was nice however, failed to inform the customers in front of us and myself that the drink station did not have carbonation. The only options we had were lemonades or tea. The food came out good and actually not greasy like usual. read more

I came looking for Lemon Chili Glaze... and apparently Wingstop said, "Best I can do is ginger." I walked into Wingstop on Fair Oaks Blvd genuinely excited to try some of the newer flavors. I wanted something different. Something flavorful. Something that would make me say, "Okayyy Wingstop, I see what y'all did here!" Instead... I was confused. I ordered the Lemon Chili Glaze expecting that sweet, spicy, citrusy flavor to hit me right in the taste buds. What I got tasted overwhelmingly like ginger. GINGER. At some point I started wondering if my wings had accidentally taken a wrong turn and ended up at a sushi restaurant. And unfortunately, the food didn't really improve from there. My wife felt like her wings were undercooked, which is definitely not something you want to question while eating chicken. The service wasn't exactly saving the day either--the help wasn't really helping, and the overall experience just felt off. The one bright spot? Those fries. The fries showed up like they had something to prove. Hot, properly cooked, and easily the MVP of the meal. Honestly, they were carrying the team. We came in hungry and excited to try something new. We left disappointed and reminded of why we already have a favorite chicken spot. So for now, I think I'll let Wingstop and I take some time apart. No hard feelings, Wingstop... but until further notice, my taste buds have officially transferred back to Bonchon. read more

Walked in to order our food. The staff were nice and attentive as soon as we walked in. My order took quite a bit time to come out online orders were popping out even though my name was on the top of the list. The inside was clean and I always love the decor. Once we got home to eat the food - the mild 10 piece was pretty gross. My daughter didn't even want to eat it and neither did I. So basically threw it away. We are from LA and we're heading back home so we weren't going to go back and trade the wings in. Sorry for the bad review but I think it's important that Wingstop is aware of this. read more

I rolled up in the wingstop hungry ash, and the worker Carlos got me and my friend right. Overall I would say he did a phenomenal job, with his service and attitude he made the food with great expertise and had it hot and ready for order. I would recommend him out of everyone here due to the great service I received. For the ambiance I would say it's clean and well kept, there was no sticky floors or bad smells, exceeding my expectations due to previous wing stops. read more

I've been to many wing stops and this one is by far the best one. Food comes out right on time and it's delicious so flavorful. The service and the people are so nice greets you while you walk in. When something is wrong with your order they fix it right away, especially the worker Tavy she's so sweet and so nice. Took our order and got our food out quick. Thank you Tavy you the best! read more

Given this location a lot of business in the year and a half I've lived in the area (at least 1-2 times weekly). It has been perfect up until the last six months where it has started to go downhill. Picking up orders the staff has been rude, restaurant filthy, opening bag in front of them and stating items are missing and they deny it. Ordered twice for delivery, both times they forgot half the order. Called and female employee stated it was all in one bag (it's not possible to fit fries and 60 wings in one bag in the first place) Spoke with their corporate and they told me they would reach back out within 72 hours, it has now been over a week. Personally I will not be giving this location or this company any more of my business in the future. read more

Upon arriving to pickup, I stood in at the front desk and waited for someone who was sitting in the back (but within my direct eye line)... he sat there for a quite a while knowing I was standing at the front. He then stood up and walked extremely slow to get my food. Not to mention I wasn't greeted, he just said "name". I was really disappointed by this interaction, and then I came home to find a feather still in one of my wings.... Not a great experience overall. read more

The company gave out these vouchers to the schools in town. My daughter was excited to use it. The staff was friendly but informed us we had to use the voucher online. This was a ridiculous ordeal with downloading the app because the website doesn't accept the voucher code. Truly ridiculous. Why make it so difficult for children to redeem their reward voucher? read more

Every time I come here, something seems to go wrong. Most of the time my orders aren't ready, but I've learned to adjust by setting my pickup time earlier than when I actually arrive. This time, I placed a large order for a party, and half of my sides and sauces were missing. I understand the team is probably busy and understaffed, but it's frustrating when a big order isn't checked before pickup. I really hope the store can improve order accuracy, especially for larger orders. read more

Don't waste your time door dashing from this location or even stopping by for that matter. They always burn their french fries and this last time we ordered lemon pepper. Fast service, great location and delicious food. I ordered the 8 piece half and half with hot honey on the regular wings and Hawaiian on the boneless wings. The combo comes with fries and ranch dip. I had a great experience from this location. The people behind the counter were so friendly, and the food was delicious.!

The workers at this wingstop are all very professional and courteous they are not the problem. The manager(s)/management here are very bad at running the restaurant. The store is always understaffed so the workers are overworked and the orders are rarely on time, especially during any event like every Sunday during football season. They should be aware football fans order wings and appropriately staff the store so that the customer experience is not what I experienced today. I ordered online and then went to pick up my food towards the end of the project time window, because I knew it would be a little busy due to it being a Sunday during football season. When I arrived I asked for my order with my name to pick up my food. Then I sat down, 30 minutes passed, I was wondering what was going on. I politely asked when my food would be ready just to check in and see the amount of time I needed to wait. Someone then told me my food had been ready for 30 minutes but I was waiting on my fries. I then went to my car to make a phone call so my friend grabbed the food about 10 minutes later. They handed him the wings that had been sitting for about 40 minutes by then and also an order of fries that were undercooked. The right thing to do here would have been to remake my order since it was sitting around somewhere for 40 minutes. A wingstop should not serve that to a customer that eats here several times a month. They instead gave me old food that was stale and fries that were undercooked and they lost my business at this location. read more

We walked in to order, they didn't look super busy but we could hear the to go orders pumping out. They said it'd take about 15 minutes, and really it took 40. We ordered boneless wings and got bone in- so our order was wrong but who wants to send it back when it took so long to get? Corn syrup with cheap flavorings poured over heavily breaded frozen chicken and very salted. I still teaste the sugar and salt. Food is fresh. If you order online and pickup it's better than ordering at the counter. Ordered a bunch of stuff without seasoning because of a low sodium diet, so it's nice that those options are available for the corn and fries. Other reviews complaining about the customer service don't understand how busy this place gets and how rude the customers are to the staff! I was waiting inside for my order, and I just see the staff hustling and still being friendly to the customers coming in. It's a Wingstop so it's basic decor. They always have the TV on sports games like the NBA playoffs or NCAA track, and football. My only issue is that they don't have regular napkins just a roll of paper towels. So I hope they get that fixed soon. Otherwise, I'll keep coming here. Good food and the staff hustle to get your food out and correct. read more

I made a phone order yesterday for pick up during lunch time. The young lady on the phone was attentive and pleasant. However, when I arrived the young lady at the counter wasn't as attentive or pleasant. She was super muted and didn't offer any friendly smile or gestures. When I said thank you, she just walked away. Hmm. That being said, my food was hot & ready. I had their 3 tender combo in mango habanero with a side of fries. I was actually given 4.5 tenders, probably due to the small size, but I wasn't complaining. I appreciate the consideration. The tenders were smothered in sauce, just how I like it. My fries were soft, but also crunchy. There was plenty of their tasty seasoning sprinkled around too! Not to mention it was a huge portion of fries! 0 star customer service, 4 star food & quality. read more

Extremely rude! Two ladies working when I went in, the smaller of the two was extremely rude to me and then told another customer to "F" off because he wanted his cold veggies and dressing in a separate bag from his hot stuff. To me that seems reasonable, not sure why anyone would bag hot and cold food in the same bag anyway. She was rude to me because I asked what is taking so long for my order. Upside - food was good, larger lady was very nice. read more

Pickup order was 45 minutes late and they didn't update their estimated time. Employees were ignoring anyone at the counter.

60 CENT BONELESS WINGS FOR THE WIN I'm coming off a 30 day fast and for my first meal I got Applebees off truxel and that shit wasn't good at all, food was cold and gave me stomach pains, decided to go to one of the only fast food places I go to, It takes me 15 minutes to get here and I have one closer to me BUT this worth it, so I got the I0 hot honey and 10 California gold wings they were so good, real fresh and it takes me 15 minutes to get back home and the food was still hot and perfect, Service: Some guy was in there complaining about him not being able to get a free ranch, he was making a scene to the point he asked to talk to the manager, this beautiful light skinned woman came to speak with him and then he started yelling at her, she handled the situation very well and decided to give him a free one, she said: Sir, just cuz you been waiting doesn't mean we need to give you a free ranch but here you go Sir, After she gave it to him he was still talking and yelling as he was leaving she kept it real respectful, when I stepped up I asked her for a extra ranch, cuz the ranch here is so much gold, she said here you go sir and it's on the house no need to pay thanks for waiting, I told her I could pay for it but she said it's ok thanks for being patient, she is a wonderful person and has great customer service if she wasn't a manger she should be, and next time I go I'm here ima give her a compliment cuz I'm always here Overall: 10/10 Tip: couldn't leave one Would I come back: I will always come back read more

You wanna talk about the absolute worst customer service I have ever had..., where to start. Walk in there are 4 employees not one acknowledged our existence. Then one finally walks up and says are u ordering? Yep sure am. So let start with I order a bundle that is on their website stating that u can have 4 flavors, the shift leader said he can't do it he has to charge me for the it. I said no U should honor what is on ur website he just kept doing the order. We paid and I asked for the receipt. One of the staff members tells us we need to wait outside, he's very lucky his shift lead stepped in because he finally told everyone they had to step outside because otherwise he basically just singled us out because I expressed that it is ridiculous to advertise something and then tell the customer they would charge for it. Once outside I look at the receipt he still charged me for the damn sauce. So I go back inside to discuss why he charged me. He then proceeds to tell me his GM said it had to be done that way, even tho he manually added the charge. He said it's not a big deal, it's only 1.50. I told him if it's not a big deal then he can give me the refund out of his own pocket. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn't have to serve me. Ok so at this point this is not only horrible customer service but these staff members are down right rude with attitude. In which case we said we wanted a refund. I asked for the general managers name he said he didn't know it and couldn't give it to me. I said U can't give me the GM's name?!?!? He tells me it's Jon. I ask for a last name he says he can't give it to me. I'm sorry what?!?! So got the shift leads name deandre and the other rude employee is EJ. Now here is the kicker u make people wait outside due to covid but ur staff cooks the food without wearing their masks properly. Yea let's talk about that! Normally I do my best to say the good things but guarantee this is not one of those times, whelp corporate it is. read more

This has to be a joke. I got my money back from the last order they messed up so I decided to try again. Give them another chance. Got the food home and they didn't get the order right. Half Louisiana and half korean but I got all Louisiana rub. They missed the other half. Some of the boneless "wings" are literally pieces so small KFC would call them popcorn chicken. Make you order more fries. You get half these days compared to a year ago. Small chicken, smaller fries, long waits, and incorrect food. I've been coming here for a while and found it good and a good value. Even during the pandemic restrictions service and food quality was good. However, over the last few weeks the service has really taken a nosedive. Tonight, 8/30/22, I submitted my usual order via the Wingstop website and paid as required. My confirmation email arrived at 6:56 pm, with an estimated 16-21 minutes. I gave it about 15 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant. I gave my name to the guy at the counter who told me it wasn't yet ready. There were people waiting and more arrived as I waited. It didn't take long to see that the skeleton crew was getting overwhelmed. At 7:30 I stepped up to the counter to ask about my order. It took another 6-7 minutes before I finally got the guy's attention. Lo and behold, my order was sitting on a shelf. No one had bothered to call out my name when it was set there. Now for the kicker; the guy deliberately KEPT my receipt when he handed me my food. I didn't think much of it until I got home, microwaved my lukewarm wings, and decided I was going to leave feedback. Guess what? You need your receipt to leave feedback. The declining quality of service warranted feedback, but now it appears that there is some dishonesty at hand in trying to keep a customer(s) from reporting on this troubled location. I'll drive farther to another location and avoid this one now. read more
