Had to check out this place and sure enough I'm glad I did. The food is so good that I'll come back for some more. Garlic soy glaze a must order with kimchi fried rice. Good combination when you're hungry. Service is friendly and helpful. Place is small w/ 5 tables. Capacity of 18-20 but theirs also outdoor seatings.just check out my pics. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area again.

Super cute shop when you first enter, there is not a whole Lotta room, but plenty of tables to sit down in. You placed your order and are given a small white buzzer that will light up when your food is ready . They have the most incredible selection of chicken and sides with a very delicious mango and guava slushy option I tried out the mango and it tasted incredible, super fresh and sweet You get a good amount of chicken for the price point $

Vons is a solid choice when you have a hankering for some good fried chicken wings with delicious flavors. On this visit we got the honey butter flavor and it was good and not too powdery sweet. You can get this flavor on their fries too. We also got kimmari which are fried seaweed rolls with thin noodles and veggies inside. They were good but I'm not a big seaweed person. If you are, definitely try it. The drinks gave me Capri Sun vibes but were so much better lol Try the muscat ade! The lady that helped us was super sweet and gave us great customer service.

Was craving fried chicken and it was delicious! I ordered the 5 wings combo and it came with kimchi fried rice and coleslaw. The workers there are super friendly and helpful with the menu items as it was my first time there. Cute little corner spot. Will definitely go back to try other items.

Came into Vons a few nights ago with my crew. We were served within 15min. Place ws quiet . We ordered the crispy garlic chicken. Came with pickled daikon and coleslaw. For the side , my daughter wanted kimchi rice and the cheese balls. Service was. great. My chicken, well... I thought it was going to be fried with garlic. The chicken is fried first and then its covered in a gravy like sauce of garlic. I had a couple and my tummy did not agree with it at all. My daughter also complained about the kimchi rice, she said it didn't taste the same as previous visits. I wouldn't know as I had always got plain rice. I need to recover for a month or two and will retry it one more time.

We were running errands and got hungry when we saw Vons Chicken nearby. We were surprised at all of the choices available. Not just baked or fried, but different sauces and an assortment of side dishes and other mains as well. We went for their fried chicken "A" medium size. It has 5 grains so I could pretend it's healthy . You get a choices of what pieces you want, all wings, boneless, or extra large drumsticks. We got a mix of 4 wings and 3 drumsticks. We each took a bite and were delighted. This was just what we were looking for. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. They served it with a small tasty coleslaw, l believe a pickled and cubed diamond radish (not positive) and they included a sauce normally included in menu item "B". Omg that sauace added another delicious dimension to our meal. My wife and I left completely full after sharing this meal. I am not supposed to eat fried food anymore, but Vons will be my go-to when I feel like cheating again.

Dine in was nice, not big but cozy. Friendly staff and attentive. Disposable gloves were provided. Ordered roasted oven chicken, crispy fried "padak" chicken, rice cake and cheese balls. The oven roasted Chicken was not bad but would prefer the crispy chicken. Will definitely come back to try other flavors.

Fire! Best wings ever!!!!!! Such a great deal and they even split the sauce out of the chicken on the side cause they noticed my kids and that was above and beyond because my kid can be super picky. We all loved it! Can't wait to go back for more!!!

Feeling like some fried chicken, but don't want the "common" KFC/Popeyes type? Try out Vons Chicken. It's a Korean chicken place. They have lots of variety here, so you should be able to find what you like. The place is small, maybe about 6 tables to sit. If you're in a hurry, try ordering online. We usually get the combo and always opt for the Kimchi Fried Rice. It's definitely worth the extra $1.

I got a takeout from here late December to celebrate a special occasion. I ordered the crispy fried chicken and it was delicious. I love Korean food in general and Korean fried chicken is one of my favorites. Highly recommend any of the Vons locations including this one. This particular location has plenty of parking. And the service was excellent.

Simply put, this place is DELISH! Located in the same parking lot as KP Market, near their Kareoke Bar. It's a small shop but the food packs a lot of flavor and the best part is it's super reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and patient. We got the Kimchi Fried Rice, Crispy 'Yang-Nyum', fries, and Man Doo (beef & veggie potstickers). The chicken in the Crispy 'Yang-Nyum' was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were tasty but you should definitely eat them fresh and the KimChi Fried Rice was yummy! Oh and don't forget about the Man Doo, it was good. It was crispy and packed with flavor. PARKING: There's a shared parking lot and not a lot of parking super close to the restaurant but you won't have any issues finding a spot. Overall, this place is great and worth trying!

Food was delicious and quick. We were able to get our honey butter seasoning on the side since we felt like sometimes it can be overpowering. The staff was very friendly and quick. I also really appreciate when restaurants have self serving water stations! Only downside would be that it seems like the interior has no air conditioning so it was a rather warm dining experience. Would recommend if in the area!

Thursday, 6/13/2024 - quiet restaurant, cool inside, nice cashier, good sticky sweet chicken, self serve fountain drinks. Fountain drin is $2.49 a cup. Easy peasy. They do have a bathroom for customers. Sweet potato fries were on the drier side. I liked the little crispy ones tho. I won't get the sweet potato fries next time from here. I was a little disappointed. But chicken was on point. Yummy!

First off, who doesn't like and all you can eat sushi in Japanese spot? If you are one of these people, then we can't be friends. There are quite a few good all you can eat sushi in Japanese restaurants in Sacramento, but in my current experience Sake has been the best. Let's start with the food quality. Each dish is made to order so it hasn't been sitting around a buffet table exposed to the elements. We have tried almost every item on the menu, including hibachi, nigiri, rolls, sashimi, rice, noodles and a plethora of appetizers. Our favorites have been the smoked salmon nigiri, seared pepper tuna and salmon carpaccio, hamachi, and salmon, kama, grilled short ribs, shrimp fried rice, and agedashi tofu. I could go on and on, but you have to experience for yourself to truly appreciate the quality of their food. Next, let's talk about service. It doesn't matter what time we come whether it's early brunch or it's the middle of the dinner rush on Friday the service has always been exceptional. The staff are attentive and accommodating. We never have to wait for anything. Our drinks are refilled throughout our meal. Empty plates are bussed very quickly. Lastly, let's talk about the price. Unlike other restaurants where they have different tiers, sake is all inclusive in one price. You can order what you want without wondering if it's included.

Customer Service: 0/10 It was our first time here, and the staff did not greet us when we walked in. We ordered our food from a kiosk, and the young Asian lady working didn't even inform us that there was self-serve water or where to find to-go boxes; we had to figure it out ourselves and go ask. Worse, she completely ignored my daughter when she tried to ask a question, literally trying to make herself look busy even though she knew my daughter was speaking to her. During our meal, we noticed that while she completely ignored us, she actively greeted and thanked the other customers who came in after us. When we left, she was standing right at the cash register and completely ignored us again. It is incredibly disappointing to see an employee be so selective about who they want to greet and provide decent customer service to. Furthermore, whether she is part of the family that owns the place or not, her attire was entirely inappropriate for a work environment--she was wearing black-and-white checkered pajama pants with an oversized t-shirt. Professionalism and basic courtesy seem entirely missing here. Please do better. Food Review: * Cucumber Salad: Had no flavor. It was basically just sliced cucumber tossed with some sesame oil. I love cucumber salad, so this was a major disappointment. Rate: 0/10 * Chili Wonton: Super plain with literally no flavor. I love chili wontons, and these were completely tasteless. Imagine eating wontons with absolutely no seasoning. Rate: 0/10 * Chow Mein: This was okay--probably the best dish out of everything we ordered. Rate: 3/10 * Black & Gold Molten Lava Bun: It looked interesting with a sweet, glittering liquid gold filling inside, but it wasn't as good as it looked. While the bun was soft, the filling fell short. Rate: 2/10 * Shrimp & Pork Shaomai: Just okay. We've had much better elsewhere. The outside wraps were dried out and chewy. Rate: 3/10 Would I come again or recommend anyone who happens to be nearby: No. Go somewhere else.

We arrived around 5pm, ordered at the counter and found a table in the back. I loved seeing all of the mystery boxes, trinkets and snacks available for purchase! They also offered a nice drink selection and even ice creams - we purchased one of the way out! I loved the inside - there were lights strung throughout the ceiling and even some greenery as well - the bathroom even had fun murals painted throughout like Dragon Ball Z and One Piece! We ordered Truffle Garlic Edamame, Pan Fried Gyoza, Black Garlic Tonkotsu, Spicy Tonkotsu and a side of thick noodles and broth for my daughter! Everything was fresh and tasty! My only compliant was that I thought my Black Garlic Tonkotsu could have used some spice - that was my error though! The noodles were nice and chewy, the pork was tender and the jammy egg was perfect! We left full and satisfied! I would recommend checking out Umami Ramen if you're in the area or just in the mood for some really good food with a fun atmosphere! We'll be back again!
