I like this Panda Express. Anything with a drive-thru is a plus for me and this location has a 2-lane drive-thru, although 1 lane was blocked off yesterday when I last went. I've been here about 3 times and they've had good service each time. The interior was clean during the one time I went inside to order and the drive-thru area always looks good as well. It's in the same parking lot as Food Maxx I think, or next to it if not, and located near the street, making it easy to whip in and get to grubbing quickly! The last 2 visits, the same employee helped me and she was friendly and my order came out fast. The only negative thing that happened here was that one order of grilled chicken breast turned out to be thigh and I didn't discover the mistake until I got home but other than that, the food and portion size is on point. This location is actually a little farther than another location for me but it's better so I take the extra time to come up here. read more

I've visited this location many times. The food is okay. What you would expect at Panda Express. However, the dining room experience is horrible. Many times when dining random people will just come in and refill their cups with soda and ice that are not paying customers. They do not get turned away or stopped. During my most recent visit, a homeless man entered and sat next to us. He started then helping himself to the soda dispenser and ice. I politely asked the staff if they would address it and ask him to leave as he smelled very bad and was making it hard to enjoy my meal. The staff did nothing. Could care less. I do not think I will be back to this location as I do not want to support a business that does not prioritize their paying customers over thieves and homeless people that smell and deter people from eating there. read more

It's nice that Carmichael finally has a Panda Express that's been open a little over a year now. It's located in the FoodMaxx shopping center in its own stand alone building. The inside is nice it's had plenty of seating and very spacious. The customer service is extremely hit or miss. Some the staff should even be working public with the unnecessary rudeness. I get many Panda Express restaurants are super stingy with the portions for the prices they charge, but this one is crazy stingy. The food is always uber fresh and delicious. If they can work on the customer service and the portions without customers asking for more this would be a good location. read more

Stopped by this location since I was in the area. I ordered the two entree one side meal consisting of orange chicken, Cantonese brisket and half rice and chow mein. When I made it home and opened the container my order was incorrect. I did not get the brisket but received the beef with peppers which was horrible. The rice was dry and did not taste fresh. I was very disappointed. I lived too far to drive back and return my order. read more

Great place! Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, clean and well maintained. Convenient location with easy access -- simple to stop by and order quickly. The food is tasty and fully meets expectations. Everything is fresh, well prepared, and the service is great. I'm very happy that there is a place like this in Stockton where you can enjoy a good meal. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This is a brand new location, built from the ground up, and honestly -- it's one of the nicest Panda Express designs I've ever seen! The entryway, the décor, the layout of the tables, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together. It even seemed like they had a few more entrée selections than usual, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the mobile order station was very well organized and easy to navigate. Now, for the honest part: I almost gave this place a 2-star rating. When my partner and I came in for dinner, what we wanted was out, but they told us a new batch would be ready in "about 4 minutes." No problem, we agreed to wait and went up to pay. Unfortunately, the cashier had no idea what was going on. We had to repeat our order multiple times, and she kept messing up the total. Eventually, we got it sorted, paid, and sat down. After about 10 minutes, I noticed the customer behind us, who ordered the same thing, was already eating. When I asked about it, the cashier casually told me they had messed up our order, skipped over us, and that it would be another 10 minute wait. No real apology, no solution offered, just a shrug and a "sorry" that honestly felt like she didn't care at all. At that point, I was pretty frustrated. BUT, and this is important, one of the other team members stepped up. She came over, apologized sincerely, admitted the mistake, and not only corrected the order but also gave us the incorrect bowl that had been made by accident. She turned a really disappointing experience into a much better one, and I truly appreciated that. Mistakes happen, what matters is how you fix them, and she handled it with care and professionalism. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a proper thank you. So overall: the restaurant itself is beautiful, the food is what you expect from Panda (when it's done right), and while the initial service wasn't great, the way one staff member took ownership and fixed the situation made all the difference. read more

I came in today for a plate of Kung Pao chicken, and super greens. I still think this location needs to sell a small side of rice for single individuals who just want something to go with their entrée. Instead, I'm forced to get a plate or a bowl because they don't offer small sides for sale. Ridiculous. read more

Food was fine, but I felt like they were skimping on the orange chicken. I usually get a good amount of food. I've been to many locations before, however, this one really disappointed me. Not really worth the money for how little they give you.... read more

This location is absolutely beautiful, however the food was terrible. We just got a family meal and the Orange Chicken was super old and hard, the rice had zero flavor and the beef and broccoli also was old. For how busy they are, I would think the food would be fresh. It was a shame because I anticipated the grand opening and had high hopes for how close it is to my house. Major let down. read more

The problem I have with these establishments and the "penny issue" is that they don't round down they round up so they benefit from not dealing with pennies. I offered to give them pennies and the cashier said we don't deal with pennies anymore. But that's because it benefits greedy corporations & not the consumer. I got .60 back, not .63 as indicated on the receipt. WTF? Last time for rip off Panda! read more

I would give this location a zero star if I could. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. I normally love the food; however this location is one of the worst I have ever been to. Portion size super small, chow mein had absolutely no flavor and Looks like just heated up spaghetti noodles. Orange chicken looks like what you would find at the bottom of the bag of frozen chicken.Small and really heard. Honey walnut shrimp had no flavor as well. My springs rolls were actually pretty good, but they didn't give me the sweat n sour I asked for and didn't realize until I got home. I will never eat at this location again. Which is to bad because it is so close to my house. read more

We decided to order inside because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, even though the line inside wasn't too bad. I ordered a plate with super greens, string bean chicken, and chicken teriyaki. At the time, they were still cooking the super greens, so my husband and I waited. After 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed other customers getting plates with super greens, so I asked about our order. That's when the workers told us we were now waiting on the string bean chicken--which made no sense, because there was plenty of it available when we placed our order. Apparently, they don't start making your plate until the first item you're waiting on is ready, but that system is flawed because by the time that item is done, theres another item that is gone. It's completely backwards. We waited another 10 minutes before a worker finally brought out our food--but without a bag. I had to remind her that we also ordered cream cheese rangoons. She then went and found the bag our food was supposed to be jn with the missing rangoons inside. We got home, ready to finally eat, only to find out my teriyaki chicken was completely missing. At this point, I honestly don't know what the issue is with this Panda Express. Whether it's the drive-thru chaos or just poor management, something is seriously wrong here. The whole place is a mess during dinner rush and it absolutely shows. read more

Workers are definitely new, took a long time with someone training but also my plate was so disappointing how unportioned it was. One box the noodles were hanging down to the counter the other box was very empty . My kung pao chicken was half chili peppers . The inside is very new and great decor but seems like workers were super young and kinda messing around the whole time . read more

The hospitality here is top-notch! The food is solid and consistent. It's a reliable 4-star spot that I'd recommend to friends

I once again have been lured to this location by what appears to be a convenient drive-through, but it takes an absolute eternity to get through it. It's a two lane drive-through. The other lane has never been opened since the location opened and they basically take orders through the single lane almost one at a time. Another time about a month and a half ago I placed a mobile pick up order and it took nearly 40 minutes in total. They cleared my name off of the waiting board so it looked like they had completed it so it didn't mess up their numbers. They're still pretty brand new but they definitely have work to do to get it together. read more

Why do they not get my food ready until after I pay? I sat in line for five minutes with only one person in front of me and nobody got my food ready until after I paid so I sat there even longer. What the hell that's not drive-through customer service. read more

Pretty great food , fast service , and great management . Diego was very helpful I appreciate it!

Service good and food always fresh and good quality restaurant clean and i like their honey walnut shrimp

Good value for the price. The Beijing beef and fried rice were good, the Kung Pao chicken had plenty of heat but no flavor.

New location has huge, online order board so you can easily know when your order is ready. If it's not, they might offer a free drink as they did in my case. Kihn provided phenomenal customer service. Refreshing in these rushed, complaint-culture days we live in. So glad to have this as new option. Food was hot and fresh and tasty. Interior design is added bonus. Intended to just leave but motivated to stay. read more

I just ordered my food for take ou and when I picked it up for the time I ordered it my food was super cold and The portions were so small, I'm not sure why the employees are so greedy with their portions it's not even coming out of their pay check. The drive thru is EXTREMELY slow even when there are only one or two cars in line. I have been to several panda drive thrus and this is the worst. They have their own drive through section for food inside so I just don't understand why it takes 20-30 minutes to get food every time--especially seeing as when I drive around after finally getting my food and the inside is relatively calm! The food is sometimes really yummy and fresh... and other times not so much and the inside is beautiful... but they seriously need to work on their drive thru times. Sincerely, -- someone who has been in the drive thru for 20 minutes already read more

Prime accessible parking. Server Mayshell went above and beyond for our first experience. Food was hot and fresh.

We enjoyed checking out their newest location. Food tasted good and freshly made. Service was friendly and fast.

So happy this location is finally open! Today was opening day and this place was crazy busy but everything was running smoothly. Finally a Panda Express with a drive-thru! I ordered in the mobile app and was going to try the drive-thru but both lanes were super busy so I opted to park and go in to retrieve my order. This location is quite nice inside with plenty of seating. I love the light up board in the pick up order area that shows whether your order is being prepared or already ready and waiting. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Had to wait a few minutes for my order and manager was quick to greet me and offer me a free drink while I waited.
