Revised review. Because of our first wonderful experience with KFC chicken tenders we went back tonight and ordered a meal. Totally different experience! Chicken looked, felt and tasted like it had been prepared and sitting there awhile, yuck. Pieces were small this go round and oddly shaped. Ordered chicken tenders but not sure if I received maybe a mixture of chicken tenders and nuggets? Either way, I seriously couldn't force myself to eat more than one. I enjoyed the coleslaw, it is always good. The mashed potatoes seem to be simply potato flakes mixed with water, not at all as I remembered them. Based on this experience, I do not recommend the chicken tenders or probably chicken at all if it's going to sit under heat lamps and not be served fresh. I don't know how they have the drive-through that they have. I recommend not driving through the drive-through. I almost messed my car up and I'm a good driver. I also asked for a certain sauce when I was leaving I did not get it. I came here quite some weeks ago, but I was disappointed when I had to use the restroom and went to go inside and they were closed on the inside or outside and it was super early so I had to go through the drive-through and I'm going to look for the photos to post. I got the chicken strips and let me tell you if you look at the pictures you were gonna be appalled because the price was absolutely ridiculous for the amount of food you get. I relocated to this area almost a year ago. I've been going to this location for its convenience to where my father lives and because he likes it. HOWEVER, they have yet to get ONE order correct. Everytime I come here the girls are always so nice and very helpful. They have amazing customer service and always make sure my order is perfect. Have to learn customer service and how closing works, I worked in fast food industry I get how frustrating it can get with customers coming within the last 2 hours of closing, but too say you are all sold out for the night is ridiculous. I put my order in at 9:45pm through the mobile app which was accepted and they don't close until 11pm... but wait the staff doesn't want to do their job until 11? So just went to get food got 2 chicken sandwich big box. Ordered one with no Mac sub mashed potatoes and gravy, and ordered the other no coleslaw sub mashed potatoes and gravy, and add extra extra pickles on the sandwich. So we get home only to realize they didn't give us one of the mashed potatoes and gravy. And the fries are cold, and the EXTRA pickles is literally one freakin pickle. So I call in to let them know what was messed up and the woman that answered decided she wanted to argue with me about the pickles. She swears she put TWO extra pickles. Like why the hell am I gonna lie about that?!?!!! But more importantly why is it a big deal to just replace what was messed up. So of course she tells me I can come back and they will replace the fries and the mashed potatoes but not the sandwich. Had a terrible experience, I've come here countless occasions throughout the years and have never had a bad experience until today. I was told that this is how their food is supposed to look like and it's how it's served. It looked extremely old and dry, the workers got mad at me and told me it's oil based. Sure it's oil based, but tell me why it hasn't looked like that before in the past few years I've been here? As I left I heard one of the workers shout, "It's oil based!" clearly it is, I can see that and I heard you guys the first few times. But why does it look so dried up as a thick paste with all the oil at the bottom marinating and making the food soggy? Food was warm and seemed fresh. Ordered the famous bowl & noticed on the menu there was a spicy option. Figured it was just seasoned chicken I went with it. Wasn't expecting what I actually got. There was a ton of grease from the spicy seasoning I'm assuming. Barely any gravy I'm guessing from the lack of space that the grease leaves.
