they had the robot take my order from the drive thru it didn't understand me and it took a couple minutes for an actual person to respond i waited about 20 minutes for my food in an empty line i got the wrong order i said what the heck ill just eat it i already waited this long but i couldn't it was inedible the chicken was extremely hot and filled with oil everytime i tried to take a bite i got a mouth full of oil and i tried to call the store and it sent me to automatic voicemail i called four more times it immediately sent me to voicemail so you know someone is on the other side not taking the call. i have never gotten such horrible food and service. read more

Whoever just made my fries is a homie on the cook station. Fries had a soft interior that was a hint of sweet yet had a crisp exterior like a M and M candy. Perfect amount salt. Fries were not skimp and amazingly each fry was vertical as if the person who did it was OCD. I eat a lot of fast food, this tasted better than a fancy restaurant. Mad skills. Customer service inside and out have been polite and efficient with orders and customer requests in my few visits here for both but they were at breakfast time. Noticed people reviews having trouble at night with orders. Best part the orders have been correct when switching something up like no cheese in a burrito, or no sauce. And even when switching out the American for some jack or swiss. They do have the green burrito salsa bar. If you like your pico or taco toppings on your breakfast or even burgers get some get some!! They even decorated the store for the fall theme. Plenty of parking around. read more

***Warning*** I went to this location around 11pm on Tuesday 9/7/2021. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger meal with crisscut fries. I was quoted $11 something, I don't remember the exact amount. I handed the guy at the window my card and he asked if I wanted a receipt. I made the mistake of saying no. I checked my bank account online a few hours later and saw a charge of $19.36. My first gripe is that there is a big sign with "HAND BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH" with pricing for sandwich only and combo - however in little letters next to the picture is "hand-breaded jalapeno chicken sandwich". This is THE WORST Carl's Jr. I have ever been to. I went to the drive-thru the other night and ordered a #2 Which according to their menu is a super star with cheese meal. When I got home and sat down to eat I realize they gave me a Western bacon cheeseburger. So I returned to the drive-through to have my order corrected. When I got to the drive-through I began telling the girl at the register about the mistake. I was told by the manager Jay Anthony Velez (as he told me his name was ) that they could replace my burger but could not replace my fries due to company policy. I was of course very upset because I now have ice cold fries due to the fact I had to return to have the order corrected. Even after explaining this to the manager he still refused to replace the fries. At this point I asked for my money back and he began to tell me that he could give me the money for the burger and the fries but not my drink which I had left at home thinking I would return with my correct order. I was out raged and became very upset and told him fine just give me my money. The manager at this point decides that I have an attitude and begins to refuse service to me. He told me to come back in the morning and deal with another manager I told him I'm not leaving till I get my money. I also told him I was going to contact corporate he said "good luck with that" and closed his window. So I sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes... in the meantime the manager made the girl at the register come out of the building and ask a man behind me to go around me to collect his order. About 30 minutes into me waiting the girl returns and says the manager told her to let me know if I don't leave they're going to call the cops. I stayed another five minutes ready to meet the cops till it dawned on me I had laundry in the apartment laundry room so I took off. Went back the next morning with the cold bag of food and my full soda and explained the situation to the morning manager. She was much nicer and did return my money however due to my experience I will never eat at this location again if I ever even eat Carl's Jr. again. I did contact corporate then out of the incident and leave two messages however I've never heard anything back. So this tells me even corporately they are not concerned with complaints of their customers or quality of staff and service. read more

Pathetic. I went through the drive thru to pick up a small salad for the wife. I gtot attitude from the cashier, for what I assumed was an order that was not worth her time. She took the monet and handed me the bag without looking at me. My opened up the salad and found it full of wilted and browning end pieces that all should have been thrown away. My bf and I got the $1 cinnamon donut holes (2 orders) and we got home excited to eat (it's our anniversary and cheat day) and we popped one in my mouth in the dark and I yacked my stomach started to hurt almost immediately.
