Turkey and provolone sandwich . And it had no cheese on it.
    Priscilla E.

Was expecting more out of my sandwiches. Drove almost 15 miles round-trip and was expecting good hearty sandwiches. I got a block of meat and mayonnaise. And then my spouses large sandwich came with maybe a half a spoonful of gravy for dipping.

Good sandwich but terrible value this was $15
    Rich B.

January 2025, paid $15 for a "medium" sub and barely even got a 6 inch sandwich for the price of $15. C'mon people it doesn't matter how good the sandwich is, that is ridiculous for a turkey sandwich with a slice of cheese and one tomato. The sandwich wasn't bad but again to pay $15 and not even get a 6 inch sandwich. This was small it did not even fill me up. Yea at some point we can't just keep blaming "inflation" for this ridiculousness. Firehouse subs: "Pay a lot get a little"

Worst Firehouse Subs location ever been to out of the 1.215 locations. First the hours are wrong - they close at 8 instead of 9. Went in to get my order at 7:40 and was told I could not eat inside the interior seating closes at 7:30 PM. Had to sit outside and finish my sandwich by 7:50 but they had already locked the doors by 7:48 PM. Could not hear the person behind the counter because the restaurant plays very loud Hispanic music so had to keep yelling. Find another restaurant plenty in the area if you want to eat inside at 7:30 on the weekend!!

Don't eat here. Initially I was told that a restroom was closed when it absolutely wasn't. After I used the restroom I went to order and the guy huffed and puffed before taking my order. I should have left when he seemed annoyed but I wanted to order because 1 I had already used the businesses restroom and 2 I was hungry. My sandwich was scrawny. Definitely not what I have come to expect from firehouse subs. This was definitely the worst sub that I have had all year.... Please get this corrected. You should not be known for this

Bowl of soup $5.59 next to the free small cup of water. The soup is expensive.

Don't bother requesting anything slightly off from how they list it. It's too much work and too confusing.

Wow! The Engineer is a really good sandwich. Their fries are hot and crispy too. The service is fast and friendly.

Prices have climbed so far at this place, it no longer fits my definition of a lunch spot. $18 for just the sandwich? Ahhh...no thanks!

That being said, we moved along at a decent pace similar to other busy locations. It took about 8 minutes after entering the line until we could place our order, another 7 minutes to pay, & 3 more minutes to get our food. We ordered 2 Double-Doubles plain, a Cheeseburger plain, a Double-Double with grilled onions & sauce, & 2 orders of Fries extra well done. I always seek a fry with crunch from In-N-Out & request they be "extra well done". I would say these were just a well done level of crisp. Food was assembled & packaged well. Workers were friendly & helpful even with how busy they were. The kiddo was given cute stickers. A solid experience.

We stopped by in the evening and while there was a line at the drive through, we were able to get a parking spot pretty easily. We placed our orders and found a seat outside while we waited for our food to be ready. The tacos are seriously good: packed with flavor, well put together, and exactly what you want when the craving hits. Now, is the service a little slow? Yeah... but let's be honest--it's Tuesday, tacos are $1.50, and everyone within a 5-mile radius had the same idea. You're not ordering fast food here, you're participating in a taco event. And really, at $1.50 a taco, what are we expecting--white glove service and a personal mariachi band? I'll gladly wait a few extra minutes when the end result is this good. Bottom line: great tacos, unbeatable price, and totally worth it. Taco Express proves that sometimes the best things in life are cheap... and come on a tortilla.

The downside is that they don't offer much in the way of salsas...they have a basic green and red and traditional pico. I LOVE flavorful and especially HOT salsas and sauce. They offer very mid flavored options. They also have a hard time making a breakfast burrito without eggs. I don't eat eggs. We have tried 6 times now to get an asada breakfast but with no eggs....just meat, cheese and potatoes. We have gotten eggs with it twice, once a folded quesadilla with french fries on top(?) and 3x now where it's meat cheese and dried out french fries instead of the potatoes that normally comes in the breakfast burrito. My husband loves eggs and breakfast burritos so it's always great for him. They're consistent and have value with their specials. They're just a very basic place in terms of cookery (pretty dry) and flavor. It's good for what it is; but definitely doesn't satisfy when you want that real taco truck craving.

I guess the chicken fingers and their special dipping sauce is there main attraction. The chicken fingers are basically like chicken tenders. The batter was 3.5/5 the chicken itself was not bad. Tasted better than the chicken in the tenders from other fast food restaurants. The sauce was kind of like a semi spicy blend of mayo and something else ketchup not sure. It was like a thousand island salad dressing type of flavor. Not bad tasted good with the chicken. I'm sure most people have tried Cane's I'm just late to the game. Give it a try if you haven't.

The decor of Raising Cane's is always head scratching. A bass fish, Elvis, Smiley face, "One Love" sign, disco balls.... I'm not hating. It's obviously working for em. We ordered the Box (4 chicken strips, omitting the Texas Toast for double fries and cole slaw and a lemonade) to split. Look, I've had a gastric sleeve so I can't hurt em like I used to. I would've killed this myself and ate half of my girlfriend's back in the day. My appetite was ferocious. You could've been bit had you gotten too close. But I digress.... Before we sat down, this helpful employee, thin black guy named Jahmal zipped past us and said. "Lemme wipe that table down for you." He wiped it down and then came back to dry it. We sat down awaiting to be called when our food was ready. Instead, Jahmal brought our food to our table and brought two paper plates. Good lookin' out! Food was hittin'. Hot crispy chicken with that signature Cane's sauce, streaming crinkle cut fries and tangy crisp Cole saw. Yeah, buddy! The restaurant is clean. They play a nice mix of music from R&B to country to reggae. Food was on point. And the service was impeccable. We were getting ready to leave when Jahmal appeared at our tackle to take our trash. I've never had this happen at any other Raising Cane's. This is the spot. Will be back!
