After eating, we were enjoying our beverages and collecting our stuff on the tray to deposit it in the barrel on the way out and one of the staff members stopped over and took the tray and handled it for us. What I have noticed by being observant, is the manager on duty makes or breaks the quality of service and product, and knows how to make the customer happy. They pay attention to what's going on and make sure things are going out correctly! I eat here ALOT, I love In and Out and its the closest to me. I eat there once a week. I do roll the dice each time I go, which baffles me because In and Out is famous for being consistent no matter where you go. I have had my ordered screwed up before, sometimes they remake it which doubles the time you spend in there, other times I have had my order remade and get a gift card for a free meal next visit.
