The chicken is always seasoned right and there's a good amount in every entree. Ordering is as simple as 1,2,3. Pick an entree, pick your heat level, pick your sides. Done. The restaurant shares their parking lot with a few businesses, so parking could be a challenge. Their staff are always friendly not matter the time of day and there's good amount of seating inside as well as on the side "patio". Overall a great choice for a quick delicious meal. I loved it! The food was very clearly made hot and fresh to order. Reasonable price with filling portions. Medium spice was not actually very spicy, so I'd say err on the side of spicier. We came here because of the high reviews, but honestly, we left really disappointed. My husband's chicken was served cold, which was already not a great start. As for my meal, I specifically asked for no spice at all since I'm breastfeeding, and I wanted to be careful. Unfortunately, my plate still ended up spicy because even the fries were seasoned. What was frustrating is that when I brought it up, the staff told me that's just how they make it and that they couldn't remake it unless I reordered and paid again. I've been a huge fan of Angry Chicken for years, and it used to be a weekly go-to spot for our family. Unfortunately, the overall value has gone down. They removed the self-serve sauce station, which was a big part of the experience, and the crinkle fries--which we loved--are no longer on the menu. The Yelp lunch special was a great deal for a big family is also gone free tender . These small changes have really affected the appeal and convenience we used to enjoy. Now, instead of coming weekly, we only visit every few months. I hope they consider bringing back some of what made this place special. read more

I ordered the Angry Mac, and unfortunately everything was cold when it arrived--the mac and cheese, the chicken, and even the fries. I spoke with one of the employees about the issue, and he told me that everything was hot. However, the mac and cheese was clearly cold, and then I was told it would take another 20 minutes to heat it up. What disappointed me most was the customer service. The employee was rude and gave inconsistent information instead of addressing the problem honestly. Honestly it's good if ur willing to spend about 20$ for 2 sliders and fries but it won't fill you up. It's better of course than canes. I just went today around 8 pm on a Friday. I don't know if it cause it's late. But I went into there and the first thing they did was looked at me for a bit and quietly said hi welcome in. I get it though, they are probably teenagers who are new to working. I feel like the customer service can definitely improve.
