I'm not sure why they couldn't have just made one of the other ones without the rice and just added some veggies or something but I thought ok, I'll try the one they pointed to which was the Soya Cheap Taco Bowl. I requested no cheese and the sour cream on the side. I also ordered one of the desserts in their counter. They told me the order came with two of them and I said that's fine but I only want one meaning If I still would have paid the same price but just take one but they insisted on putting two in the box. I can't remember the name of the dessert but it was a yellow ball the size of a donut roll and made with chickpeas. It was tasty although VERRRY sweet. After leaving with my order, I unfortunately discovered that the taco bowl was loaded with cheese and and quite honestly looked like dog food. I still tried a few bites - ummmm, bleach! It had waaaay too much sauce and the texture just was not good. Everything was mushy and given what it looked like and how it tasted, and there being no way to avoid all that cheese, I ended up throwing the rest away except for the two bites I took. I called a different Denny's location. Actually the one off of sunrise and spoke to the general manager there. I asked them for the contact information for this Denny so I can report them for a rude behavior and he didn't have it, but he did tell me that the owner of this specific location owns almost every single location in Sacramento minus the citrus Heights location, off of sunrise and a Lodi location I believe. I am honestly writing this to let everybody know not to come here as a customer or as a future employee. The last general manager that I spoke to from the sunrise, location did tell me that they are currently understaffed due to the structure of the franchise owners, that's what they are personally requesting is under staffed. The other thing that I would also like to add, I went into the store to speak to somebody about getting a number to complain about, and as I was walking in two customers walked out, upset and crying because of how rude the staff was. If you call to see if they're hiring and speak to a "Shift Lead" named Nicole. She is actually the general manager and is lying to people that she is not her position. She does not say hi. How are you? She does not try to get to know you as a customer she just says what do you want? What can I help you with and hangs up in your face so to the franchise owners that read this? This is the type of people that you hire when there are other people who have actual customer service skills and can't get a job.
