Fresh and tasty food. Lots of variety; From vegetarian falafel to gyro to good ol' American burgers, there is something for everyone. Owner/operator was super nice and patient while answering all my my menu questions. Will definitely come back and HIGHLY Recommend.

Wow, the staff working here are some of of friendliest and most enthusiastic restaurant service workers I have seen in a long time. They were welcoming, helpful, and checked in on us several times while we enjoyed our meal. 5 star service for sure! The food was pretty good, too! The falafel were big, crispy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside. Great flavor. Our schwarma wraps were okay; the meat didn't have much flavor and was kind of spongy, but the sauces were bomb. My daughter loved hee kids meal of chicken strips and fries. This is fast food, but notched up a level. We would definitely come back, if for nothing else, for the service and falafel.

Finally got around to trying this place out. I was super excited to see gyro in Antelope and it did not disappoint. Ordered the chicken wrap which is one of their most popular. Will helped me out and did great. First impressions good size and wrapped well. Couldn't pick it up right away so I ate some out with a fork then grabbed it and was able to devour it in minutes. Sauce is good a little mix of sour cream I believe and something with mild sauce to give it a kick, chicken pieces are what hit the spot. Good flavor and large chunks. Prices are fair as well. My first ever gyro was at Sac State a few years ago, after that I was in love with all gyro wraps. Have been to another in downtown I believe on K st, this seems to be a franchise which is great I hope it sticks around. Overall nice clean restaurant, with multiple options for the whole family. Right now open till 8pm weekdays and seating available indoor/outside.

Falafel Corner is a welcomed sight in the neighborhood, a culinary wasteland that can use ethnic diversity. Middle-eastern food is working its way into mainstream in the greater Sacramento area and I'm glad that more and more are including it in their regular rotation. I went with two other people and we all had different dishes. I can easily say that all of us enjoyed our food. It was very competent, tasty and for those who love volume, they aren't stingy in their portions. Their pricing is reasonable. So if you're looking for a break from your usual burger or pizza joint, give these folks a try as I am confident they'll gain your favor.

So unfortunately this is a review that I don't want to make. In the last review i commended the one worker who tried to make my order on top of all orders and the food was still delicious. This review is updating the service I have received at least 3 times all of which have ended without food. The first time I tried to drop in and order food the establishment was closed but gave me the notion they were open with their lunch advertisement board out on the public pathway. The second time I tried to phone in when on Yelp at the time the hours said they were open at 1200, I had called and the staff member picked up agreed to take my order but then once I gave him my full order of a combo plate he then paused and said that they don't open until 1230, I proceeded to cancel my order and eat somewhere else. The third try happened today when I placed an order over the phone after 1230, the staff member took my order but the sound of his voice was not convincing that he was happy to be working but luckily said my order would be done in 10-15 mins. My husband who went to go pick up the order was told that they weren't open for another 15 mins, my husband annoyingly said that's what you told my wife 5 mins ago, the gentleman proceeded to say that "Well it will be another 15 mins.." my husband upsettingly told the guy to cancel the order. That would be the last time we try to order from them and get our combo plate from somewhere else or until there is new management. I'm sorry.

The food was delicious and the service was even better. It felt like everyone that came in was treated like family. We had 7 with us and enjoyed the Greek fries, a couple gyros, a bacon cheeseburger, the Philly gyro and a classic cheeseburger. And a ton of fries. Everything was super flavorful and fresh. Food was terrible. Order the Gyro platter, chicken tenders, & fries. The gyro meat had a unpleasant "sweet" flavor and the rice was sitting in a pool of grease. Chicken tenders were freezer burnt on top of being burnt in the fryer. Fries were soggy and saturated in grease. Only positive was the guy working was pleasant and the salad served with the platter was fresh. Definitely not worth the $50 I spent (tip included) I will not be returning. read more

I got a falafel platter delivered via DoorDash and it was simple and delicious. The falafel was tasty and good texture. I've been disappointed by dry falafel in other places so was happy with Falafel Corner's. Plenty of rice on the plate, and the hummus is a good portion with a large pita. Was sad I didn't get the Baklava I ordered but would eat here again. read more

This is my seconded time coming here and wow!! This burger(badmash or gangster burger)was one of the most fire and juicy of my life.My server name was Uly and he made this burger with a lil sauce he called the gangster sauce for me and grilled my onions for me. You know I have not always left this place satisfied but when I come back it seems to get better. The product is what I came initially for. I started dining "in" on their patio when they put these nice palms outside. Piam and Chris are the first names that come to my mind. Piam does what he can and doesnt get salty when has been put under pressure. I like that. Chris is very considerate to peoples food being prepared right that is surely needed and I think he passes that down by example to everybody there. Some other team members here I could go on and on about but I want to see who will stay a little longer first before giving my final judgement lol Reya was a favorite and they moved her very inconveniently, to her and to me because she knew how I liked my food, and because she lived closer to this one. So not sure what they doing with staffing but they keep kicking out favs it aint finna be pretty lololollol read more

This place is awesome! The falafel platter is a generous portion, everything was hot and fresh and tasted so good! The hummus is really tasty and the pita was warm...yummy! This place was recommended by one of my co-workers, and everything turned out to be really good and I would recommend as well! When I called to place the order, I had no idea what is good, so I just told the person who was on the phone with me our budget and some of our guests' diet restrictions, and he did his magic. I got a combo platter, chicken and gyro and the only guy there was just awesome! He rang me up and started making it for me, and even gave me a baklava on the house to try. He said they make them fresh at home, and it tasted fresh and homemade! Service is awesome, ambiance is nice, place is clean and smells good. Cant recommend this place enough! read more

Under new management and they sucks big time frozen lamb at 4 pm? The servers seem like they could give a shit if they have customers or not. Literally my favorite spot to go to in Antelope. Never had a bad experience and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The owner/manager even knows me by name and knows my order by heart! Greek salad platter add spicy chicken, extra olives, and extra peppers!! I recommend this place to everyone! The customer service here has been the BEST customer service I've had in a restaurant! The man who I believe is the owner, was extremely kind. He gave me and my sister a sample of their meats/ sauces and provides a delicious mango drink for us as well. The lady working with him was also very kind. Located in a large outdoor strip mall on busy Watt Ave in North Highlands, 812 Grill is tucked smack dab in between Freedom Park Dr and Karl Dr. Parking was easy to find as there aren't a whole lot of businesses close to where they are located. I came here during the afternoon on Sunday 1/18/2026 at around 4:30pm. For those wondering, they are open for business Tuesday through Sunday from 11am-9pm and closed on Monday. You also have the option of placing your order online for pickup or delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, & Postmates). Since I did neither, I ordered my food the old fashioned way and that was at the ordering station area of the truck. I went with what was arguably their most popular item, the "Chicken Shawarma". They carry these in chicken as well as beef while you can also opt fora complete meal with fries. In addition to the Shawarma, they also specialize in a Halal-style cheeseburger as well as raptor fries (available in chicken or beef), wings, chopped cheese, and several lemonade flavors. And when my shawarma was ready, the pager they provide you sets off a chirping beep. Total time it took from when I ordered to when I got my food was about 10 minutes. After making the 15-minute drive back home, I unwrapped this thing and was ready to judge how good this was. As you can see from the photo, the size of this thing is massive as it is roughly about a foot long. And after the first bite, I enjoyed the seasoned and tender pieces of grilled chicken as they definitely did not disappoint. This wrap also included lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and the signature sauce. The only reason for a deduction in the rating is that it was a little soggy which probably tastes a LOT better as soon as it is handed to you but nonetheless, it was above average. All in all, "812 Grill" was well worth the price and at $11.99 for a ton of food, you can't go wrong. The young man that took my order was polite while the truck was easy to identify, even from busy Watt Ave. With excellent tasting food, reasonable prices, above average service, and generous hours of operation, I am giving 812 Grill a respectable four star rating.

As much as it pains me to write these types of reviews, seems like people don't have basic manners anymore. The Mexican guy working there is a ride POS, he said they are about to close when I showed up 1.5 hours before closing time and what does he do tells me to basically kick rocks and get lost in a much more ruder way.
