Gyro platters were our most favorites. Quantity is unbelievable. We ordered the food from DoorDash previously. It was amazing how much food included in a combo order and we enjoyed every bite of them. Surprisingly there was still leftover for next day. The following week we went to the restaurant to check out and decided for a sit down dinner. Again we were given lots of food. This time we had personally welcomed with staff serving us. Each platter displayed very beautifully and also very delicious. Dolma was very tasty and c asked with very fresh and delicious salad. Beef lamb gyro with tasty pita bread are dolma are our most favorites dishes. The employees were treating us with courteous manner, respectful, friendly and understanding. They took good care of us and also accommodated my sick husband with Alzheimer's. Thank you for such a works class customer service and excellent food. read more

I really used to love this place. The food was to die for and man was there great customer service. Big factor is that is in the past. Me and my wife just went there not to long ago and man the food was disappointing. Edible enough but the rice was soggy and the chicken was rubber basically all the meat must have been frozen and refried cause it was pretty rubbery, bland , and dry. The pita bread was stale as hell and they are never consistent with what they serve. New management or whatever it's gone downhill. I saw one girl working there by herself and man I felt so bad she made the food really well and that was the last time I had a decent meal from there. I've had numerous other bad meals since and now I'm just done gambling. I hate to be one of those but unfortunately, me and my family will not be returning. read more

I have been to a few mediterranean restaurants I am in no means a expert on this style of food just a fan I saw this place was open and wanted to get something to eat before I went grocery shopping. First off it was not busy it was me and maybe two other folks in there, the meat was thin and like almost like bacon the Sauce on the gyro was kind of bitter like sour cream it was not like I have had at other places something was just not right and later on that night and the hole next day I knew something was not right with the gyro, Maybe I just caught them on a off day but I don't think I'll be back here any time again read more

We used to love this place when it had different owners. Those owners always greeted us and were personable. Now it seems to be a personal playground for a bunch of kids. The food quality has gone down, the customer service sucks, and they always have some loud obnoxious music on. Filter these comments to 'newest' and you'll see the difference in the last few months. Locally owned with very nice people. The food is very good for quick food (I wouldn't call it fast food). Delicious flavors and more food than I could eat. The falafel plate was delicious and appear to be very healthy with tri-colored rice, tahini, hummus, and flatbread. Of course there were several large falafels. Nice presentation. The food isnt horrible, my fries didn't get salted, the bacon on my burger was chewy and impossible to bite through. but otherwise its what you expect for a chain restaurant. The reason for one star was because of the staff. The girl that was wiping down tables with a chemical cleaner and sweeping the floor went straight to cooking on the grill with same gloves on. She also used a huge mezzaluna knife on uncooked chicken on the grill then started to cut other meats and vegetables on other orders with the same knife. This seem like poor training on the part of management. These will probably not result in a sick customer but this is how you get a sick customer. Be careful and keep an eye on the how they cook your food. I will not be coming to this restaurant any longer. read more

The food is really good here and "the food" is always my primary purpose for searching restaurants on Yelp. I want to see the menu, read helpful reviews where certain dishes are recommended and get the address. Good or bad staff and service reviews are of secondary importance to me as they are only relative to that person's visit and sensitivity. I need to make an exception in this review because at this Falafel Corner, the service and staff are indeed exceptional. Owner Rahm greeted us at the door and upon finding out that this was our first time there and our unfamiliarity with Mediterranean food, his eyes lit up. "Don't order anything yet", he said, "I have something for you". As he walked to the kitchen he asked if we were vegetarian and our spice tolerance level. He quickly returned with a sampler platter of gyro meat, spicy chicken, a falafel, hummus and all their sauces including tzatziki, almost a meal in itself. We were blown away as he took the time to explain each one. I ordered the combo platter and my wife, the falafel platter. They were delicious and more that either of us could eat. Falafels were crunchy and flavorful (not greasy). Greek salad was great. Pita bread was soft and warm and the hummus pleasing. Chicken was tender and the Gyro meat (an 80/20% mix of lamb and beef) over basmati rice was wonderful. And I'm not a lamb fan. Rahm checked on us twice. The first time saying "I want you to try these" and set down a couple of Dolmas (vegetarian stuffed grape leaves). The next time he said, "you're going to love this", filling a cup of mango fresca and handing it to my wife. We loved the food. We, being so used to the usual auto-matron robots behind order counters, were completely caught off guard by Rahm's kindness and enthusiasm. Could it just be him catering to Mediterranean food newbies like us? Yes, but no! He didn't give free food to everyone who walked in, but he gave special attention to everyone in the restaurant, going so far as to introduce the staff and making sure that all customers were completely satisfied. Very friendly, but not over the top. He gave diners space and time to themselves to eat. The staff were all pleasant, courteous and caring too. I'm a good judge of people and I felt these people were genuine and not patronizing. The food and treatment will have us coming back. read more
