There were lots of options, and the staff was patient while I decided.The tortillas were made fresh right in front of me. You could see them press and cook each one. That made a big difference. Costa Vida, counter service chain, specializing in Baja Mexican food popped up. Overall I had a good experience. Awesome customer service. Taco was not bad at all. Comfortable dining area. I ordered a single shredded beef taco ~$6. The flour tortilla is grilled slightly. The staff assembles the taco with the fixings right in front of you. Made your way. The taco is full size, not street taco size. The fixings were fresh looking and tasting. The shredded beef was ok, a bit bland. Not knock my socks off flavor wise but not bad at all. The dining area had a lot of seating. Chill place to eat and relax. No one rushing you out. They also have some outdoor tables. read more

And the kids meals are the best deal in town! Today, we tried their new chili lime shredded chicken- I hope it stays on the menu forever!! So juicy and flavorful. Pinto beans are my fav. And I love that they have a ton of options for toppings too- make sure to try the salsa Fresca and avocado ranch! Don't forget to check what their daily special is! On Sunday, you can pick any special. So worth it!! Okay so the food is great, service is good. But I will say the inside isn't the best. Usually people get food to go, or we chose to sit outside today. But the drink area and indoor tables needed some attention. But we will for sure come back! I absolutely love Costa Vida, so I really hate to be leaving a negative review--but my last visit here was full of issues. When we first walked up to the front door, there was a horrible smell outside. I'm not sure what it was, but it was very unpleasant. Inside, I noticed several tables with puddles of water underneath them--not just in one area, but throughout the restaurant. We proceeded to order at the counter. My teenage daughter went first and ordered the quesadilla special. I ordered my favorite, the sweet pork burrito (which, to be fair, was delicious as always). My husband ordered last, the daily special--sweet pork enchiladas. As we moved down the line, we realized my daughter's order hadn't been made at all. I brought it up, and only then did they start preparing it--but they ended up making her a kids quesadilla meal instead of the quesadilla special she had asked for. After paying, we found a table and went to fill our drinks. My husband poured iced tea from the separate tea container. When he took a sip, it tasted awful. He opened the lid and saw things floating in it that looked like mold. Checking the container, we saw the prep sticker--made on Tuesday 8/26, use by Friday 8/29--but this visit was on Tuesday 9/2. That's four days past the "use by" date and a full week since it was prepped. Finally, I tried to scan my receipt in the Costa Vida app for rewards. It kept saying "invalid." After trying multiple times, I asked an employee for help. She told me, "Oh, no problem, I'll add it in for you." But several days later, no rewards were ever added. Overall, the food itself (at least my burrito) was great, but everything else about this visit was disappointing--from cleanliness and order accuracy to expired tea and unhelpful rewards support. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because I normally love Costa Vida and want this location to succeed. read more

When we originally ordered our food I had called in and said I was going to be picking it up for my mom and our family visiting her in the hospital. We ordered four burritos and one was missing when I picked our order up and brought it back to the hospital. There was a woman that took care of us had an envelope with a refund for the missing burrito there for me when I was on my way home from the hospital and a burrito and a dessert in a bag.
