First of all I do want to say the employees I dealt with were wonderful people. However, I'm shocked at the price of fast food! I ordered a bean burrito with sour cream and a Crunchwrap with no tomatoes. No drink-- nothing else and it was $14! That wasn't even the biggest issue because if anything it now further deters me from buying poison on occasion. What really irritates me is that I took a couple of bites into my Crunchwrap and there was no meat. Normally I wouldn't do anything and just go about my life, but it was $8! So, I go back, tell the employee and he kindly had another one made. I go to eat it and then was BARELY any meat. I'm talking a lettuce and nacho cheese Crunchwrap with a tablespoon of meat in there. Ugh... I picked up my sweet, sweet lady's food 2 days ago. When I first walked in, I checked the front to see if her order was ready. When it wasn't, I got the bathroom code to do my business. Almost walked in on someone... the light system they have didn't work (if it blinks red, it is in use... and it wasn't blinking, so I entered the code, and someone had to shut the door). When I was done, I was still waiting for Terri's order. It was 5 minutes past the time for pick up, so I finally asked how much longer. First, he couldn't find her order. Then I showed him the pictures I took of Terri's order that confirmed her order should have been done by now at that location. When he went to the kitchen and checked, he lied and said they were making it, when it was actually someone else's order. That's when a woman walked in from just being in the drive thru. She was given Terri's order and was coming back for the order that the kitchen was actually working on. I'm assuming this man was the manager, was handed Terri's order, who then just handed it off to me. No apologies... I had to get the food to Terri. She was starving. We have been to this Taco Bell several times. Always through the drive through. Our order is always taken politely, reminded if we want any hot sauce and greeted at the window in a nice manner. Our orders have been correct 100% of the time and the service is what would be expected depending on the length of the line. This review is for this location only. I love Taco Bell and it's the only fast food I eat. One thing that's great about them as a chain is that you can pull into one anywhere in the country and they literally never screw up your order. This location though, has screwed up my order 3 times in a row. Two weeks ago they left 2 sides of guacamole out of the bag. Last Saturday they forgot the onions on my pintos and cheese even though I paid extra. Tonight the burrito supreme I ordered turned out to be something else that was not up my alley at all, in fact I threw it out. I called the store this time and talked to the manager, who kept telling me they could do a remake, like I'm going to head back up there at 10:00 at night after I'm already home. I explained that I just wanted to make them aware of the issue because if this has happened to me 3 times in a row, I can't be the only one. Then I come on here to Yelp and the store is full of negative reviews. Something is going on with this store. Almost every single time we have been to this specific location at night the service has not been good, at all. Talking about just last night specifically: Whoever was working the drive thru did not greet us, talked so quickly- like they were trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible, and before we even finished saying what we were ordering this person kept saying "anything else" literally in the middle of what we were trying to say. They kept interrupting us and did not go over the order before abruptly sending us to the window to pay. It felt incredibly rude. We felt like we were not welcome there. He was rushing so fast he got our order wrong because he didn't bother to take 5 seconds to repeat the order. They didn't ask if we wanted any sauce. And while we were waiting for the food we heard one of their alarms going off and them saying they were burning something. We have given this location too many chances and we won't be going back. On top of that, when we got home we opened the bag to find our food looking like this. The service here is absolutely horrible. I hate coming here but it's the only one open late. I came here for one thing. I didn't think it would cause the staff to literally talk crap in front of me in the drive thru! I had a free reward to get me a cheesy bean and rice burrito and then I ordered a taco when I got there. They weren't happy about it. The lady was talking to her co worker telling him I needed to "pay for the burrito", because it's bs I got it for free" he then tried to explain to her I used my free reward and that it was "paid for" so no need to pay. Then she kept complaining how it was so stupid... I don't understand why they had to make me feel like crap just for getting one thing.. and then my taco I received was broken in half. So I couldn't eat that. There have been many other times I'll come here to pickup a mobile order for my friends or roommates and majority of the time we do not receive what we ordered. Or they do not listen to the instructions when we add certain items or sides to our order. We pay extra and they either don't do it, or read it or they give us something completely different thats not what we asked for.
