So came in today after work with my husband to pick up a late lunch I got the garlic roast beef footlong sandwich with no cheese extra veggies but there was hardly no meat on my sandwich and the bell pepper tasted bitter and we also found out that now not all sandwiches can be use with a coupon like we had and tried to use. The service was good like always and the staff are nice but sometimes hard to understand, but everything is always fresh when we come in every time. The restaurant was clean. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant besides us when we came in a little bit before 2pm today. We have been going to this subway for many years and will continue to go to it. read more

This Subway's owner/manager is rude, unprofessional and provides horrible customer service. I avoid coming here now and will drive out of my way to a different location to avoid him. All the female employees have been nice and helpful but If you dine here try avoid thier manager, he is rude and unsanitary! read more

Great location in Roseville! I come here for lunch quite often and they never disappoint! This location is clean! The customer service is great... Very friendly and professional! I believe the owner or boss is an older Indian gentleman and he's a cool dude! He smiles and greets customers and make sure they are happy! We hadn't had Subway in quite a while, but my husband and I were wanting some sandwiches to take to the park with us, and based on location and reviews we picked this Subway location. We ordered online, and my husband went inside to pick up the sandwiches. When he came out, he RAVED about how nice it was in there! He said it was hands down the cleanest, nicest Subway he'd ever been in, and I was kind of sad I'd waited in the car, lol! He also said the man working, whom he thought was the manager/owner, was super nice and friendly; basically, he had a really good experience inside! Now, on to the food! Both sandwiches were made exactly as we ordered and were fresh and delicious. I had a Veggie Delight, with pretty much ALL the vegetables, pepper jack, mustard, oil and vinegar, on Honey Oat. It was yummy! Husband had a turkey and ham with a bunch of veg and oil and vinegar, and he loved it! We were very satisfied with our meal, which we ate in the park after walking the trails. Horrendous customer service. If you're in the area, Safeway deli is going to have exponentially better service as well as be a better value. If you can travel a few miles up the road and insist on Subway, hit the one at "The Brickyard Shopping Center" it's at Foothills and Baseline. I ordered via DoorDash, got a signature wrap the Caesar chicken one, add bacon. Besides my doordash driver being incompetent and was 25 minutes late (I live 2-3 minutes away, but I had some beers, won't drink and drive) Ordered 3 white chocolate cookies, paid $2.69, I got ONE, ordered bacon for $0.75 more, got NONE, doordash refunded me for this debacle..also asked for sauce on the side..so I can eat it later on and not be soggy, put it right in the special instructions, instead they put it in the wrap. I'll never go to this subway again, yet alone order from them. Like how do you mess up a detailed order? It's a 50/50 fault, I texted the driver specific directions to my apartment, I even had to drive and find her in a totally different complex across the street and locate her there follow me to my apartment. Also the subway didn't answer the phone after 3 phone calls, it just went to voicemail. When I came in the staff seemed to be engrossed in resolving some sort of issue with their registers. The manager was on the phone with a technician but didnt hesitate to look up and greet me in a sincere way. When I went to pay he asked if I had cash because the registers were down. I didnt unfortunately. He told me it was alright and told me that the meal was on the house since he couldnt take my card at the moment. I was blown away by the service. I have been going to Subway for 25+ years. You can call me a "loyal" customer. I go to Subway before Toto's and most other "fast food" establishments. Today my wife and I went in for some sandwiches and got shorted on the "fixings." These were the "lightest" I have ever had at a Subway. They usually make great sandwiches with no skimping on the veggies. (Veggies are cheap, load it up.) Today, hardly any veggies. These were less than half the size we usually get. Very bad. Now I know you count the slices of meat that you put on the sandwiches, but if you're using end cuts vs. center cuts, you get 1/2 of the amount of meat. I mentioned it, but it got me nowhere.
