My daughter got food poisoning from here. She had chicken nuggets and her friend had chicken strips. Her friend got a stomach ache, but not full on food poisoning like she did. Her first time ever getting food poisoning. It was awful. She missed three days of school and then had to push through a weekend of dance competitions. When I called the manager (?) she was basically despondent. It was so weird. She barely responded and I was like "welp, okay bye" . But I did my part in trying to alert them. Hopefully they remedied the poisoned chicken. Don't think we'll go back to this location. read more

First off- as I've said on LinkedIn for their corporate site- the MOST professional and amazing employees of any quick food establishment. I don't know how each and every time I visit, the employees are respectful, detailed and efficient. (I go back a long way with Chick Fil-A because when I was a teen (decades ago) the company was in Virginia and only in the malls. Fast forward to this great stand alone location and I are both on California! The food is ALWAYS fresh hot and tasty and well prepared and delivered. My favs are the mini chic biscuits and the spicy chicken deluxe. Husband says that their sausage egg muffin puts McDonalds to shame! Stupid new system at the drive through no humans to talk to in the lane now, only through speaker. Except the speaker is located too far away from the vehicles. I had a loud engine truck behind me and the associate couldn't hear my order. Bought less than planned. Further delays payment because it does not take place in the lane; only when you reach the window. Vehicles were backed up in both lanes with no human to direct traffic, cars trying to get up to the window first. Insane traffic jam at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I did a mobile order for breakfast which ends at 10:30. I got in line for the drive through to pick up my order at 10:29, but finally made my way up to the speaker at 10:32. The person in the lane next to me was still ordering breakfast, but the girl taking my order told me that they unfortunately stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 and could not serve me. I first asked if she was serious, and then asked if she was going to cancel my mobile order. She said yes she would be. Totally get that breakfast ends at 10:30, and totally get that this is a first world problem. There's still a $14 charge pending for the meal I did not receive. Bummer and a waste of my time. We are moving to this area soon and this was a great first impression. This is everything a chick fil a should be. 1. Service was quick yet food was warm. My 2.5 year old actually ate 8 nuggets (a rarity, as he spends some of his days subsisting on air and berries). 2. Everyone was super friendly. 3. Lots of parking! No line indoors, a few cars at the drive thru on a Monday at lunch time. 4. They had a clean kids play area. My son loved it! It is for ages 3 and below. 5. Bathrooms were clean. Only one changing table in the women's restroom, however. All in all, a solid trip to CFA. Great location! read more

I like chick fil a... they serve tasty chicken sandwiches, are reasonably priced, and the drive thru moves fairly quickly. I like this particular location the most. It's easy for us to grab a quick bite when we're out and about, or if we are heading up the hill. This location has super sweet staff. They're always smiling, and you'll be greater with an authentic smile. The staff is also really helpful, and willing to make adjustments to an order if they can. The food is always made to order, so you're getting a hot sandwich, fries, etc. Good food, an easy drive thru, and great service! read more

The service was amazing, everyone is so kind and smiling, I felt welcomed here , it wasn't busy time Tuesday evening. Place is clean and they keep maintaining it , sow them walking around and cleaning and wiping. Also this location has kids play area for under 4. It's pretty big tunnel inside, I really liked it for my baby boy so I could eat peacefully while he's playing. The food is no need to say delicious just like other chick fil a locations, it's just the service and the place that is definitely worth to go!!! Hospitality/Service, the hiring manager lied to me. I revived a text and email saying I made it to the second rounds of interviews and had me select a day and time to come in but I never got a confirmation email. I called days prior and whoever answered the phone on Wednesday said that "someone will call me back and that my next interview is still scheduled" and never they called me back. I called again today and they said the hiring manager will get back to me since I'm scheduled to have a second interview today, then to get a text and email of them canceling and moving on. Managers don't need to lie to people and I never got an apology so I do not recommend supporting a store where management lies to people. read more

Ordered for catering a day in advance. Showed up on time for a breakfast pickup-waited 30mins from my setup time for the order to be ready. Not once did they ask me if I wanted coffee or oj while I waited. The order turned out wrong and was told by the team lead everything was in the bags. Later found out they were missing about 5 sandwiches, rushed back over 5-10mins later, put a priority on the order and I received them. Asked for a manager on duty that was higher on the totem pole but wasn't given info, only an email. Very upset that I was lied to and my order was wrong. Upon arrival I waited in the pickup are for 10 minutes as this young girl with red hair made eye contact with me about 6 times but failed to ask if I had a order or needed anything, I watched 3 people that had walked in and place orders receive theirs and the same young lady was more than happy to only be helping with refills. I eventually asked a back of house member and he helped me get in contact with the front of house staff to receive my order that was sitting on the shelf the whole time. There was a long line and it was very slow... But I understand they are always busy. The staff were all friendly and smiling. Food: I ordered the small chicken nugget meal with fries and a frozen lemonade. Almost $11.00 for fast food. Okay, if it's awesome. But it was not awesome. The nuggest are SOOOO SMALL. Truly nuggest. Maybe 1/3 the size of a McDonalds nugget for reference. Also they were cold and I'm thinking not cooked long enough because it was so busy. Fries also not cooked all the way and not salted at all. I asked for Polynesian sauce and Ketchup. I got one of each. It was drive thru and I should have looked before driving away, but ONE each? Seriously the ketchup lasted about four fries in. UGH. Terrible meal and way too pricey. I think it's important that even if you're very busy, that everything gets cooked properly and served hot. My husband and I eat at Chick-fil-A a lot, the only fast food place we have eaten at in years. We choose this one cause it's the closest to our house. I always order the Market salad with nuggets, but for some reason they always give me grilled chicken and this time it was grilled but shredded in tiny pieces, like this was at the bottom of the pan. I do always submit a complaint and they give me credit for another salad, which I used that credit for another market salad and it was incorrect. I guess we are going to have to find another further away. I don't want to give up eating here but how hard is it to double check the order. It was also a little smaller than normal. read more

An employee named ray is always yelling at us. He never helps us get the trays out of our way or even asking how our food was. He didn't seem to understand when there is a group of 15+ boys he thinks we should be quiet. He came by my table before when i was with just me and my friend. We came here on a Tuesday to dine-in since it's my daughters birthday and she wanted to dine somewhere with an indoor playground and her favorite meal. So we went to this location and the food is always good. But the service was even better than I'd ever expect in a fast food establishment. The location was very clean. They always kept coming up to our table to ask if we needed refills. They also had the cow mascot walking around which was a real treat for our kids. Their frozen lemonade and chicken sandwiches are always so delicious and never a bad moment for us. If you want to dine-in at this location, please do so. I order from this location fairly often through DoorDash and for a while it was a decent substitute to my preferred location on Pleasant Grove, but then the quality went down dramatically. Nine times out of ten the chicken nuggets are so dry I can't even chew them, I end up pulling them apart to see which ones are edible. Generally when I order grilled chicken they have grilled chicken on all the papers and receipts but I end up with breaded chicken instead. The soft drinks have very little fizz or flavor, and the frosted lemonade on both occasions was not blended at all, literally just lemonade sitting on top of ice cream. It's unfortunate because it was becoming a close contender for my favorite location but it just went downhill so drastically. read more
