We ordered 2 bacon cheese burger 1 cajun fries and a shake. We were the only customers there. Our order is very simple. When we first got out order they forgotten the milkshake. We checked the fries and their "cajun fries" has no seasonings. The guy there said that they had given us old fries so he gave us new ones with seasoning. Im pretty sure they they just dipped old fries in oil and added seasoning. Got home and my bacon cheese burger is missing bacon and peppers. How do you mess up an order this simple with zero rush. Five Guys never disappoints, huge portions of French fries and the burgers are giant. I love that everything is fresh made to order. This location is nice has both outdoor and indoor seating. We were greeted enthusiastically and our food was served fast. The beef patties taste like fresh ground beef while most other cha hamburgers taste like rancid beef fat. The potato fries are fresh sliced and cooked. Even the bags of whole raw potatoes are piled high to display their commitment to serving at freshest point. They have no freezers, nor microwaves. Staff, also in contrast with other chains, exude friendliness. While others charge for additional custom toppings, custoners can choose several at no extra charge. I like Five Guys and my fav location for 10 years is Sierra College Blvd in Roseville. I received an enthusiastic welcome and ordered my standard - Double patty cheeseburger, small fries and large fountain drink (they have good unsweetened tea). They also have their self serve excellent whole roasted peanuts. My order was cooked fresh. Okay, this is not the absolute best burger in the universe but it's fresh, generous toppings and not a grease sponge. I love it. Fries were plentiful as always and were cooked perfectly. The entire place was spotless, including the nice restroom. The manager stopped by and asked if everything was good - nice touch for a fast food joint. Dinged a star as the ground beef could be tastier and a star for the constant rock music that was deafening (and I like rock music). The staff at this location are very good and this review is not for the personnel but for the actual product. The price point for the meal is very very expensive and the burger is quite basic. For the taste and quantity, it is definitely not worth a $22 price point for a meal. The burger does not have a special sauce!? I was expecting something more than individuated toppings. Although fresh, it lacks in pizzazz, it was like staring at a donkey eating hay. In my eyes, it is no contest, no competition; in n out destroys 5 guys. My first time here, and these are my thoughts: I got a full size bacon cheeseburger. Fresh bun, fresh tomato slice. The meat was tasty, but not outstanding. The bacon was probably the best part. It was cooked perfectly. Three full strips of bacon cut in half, nice and crispy but not over cooked. The unusual part was the bacon was on the bottom. Never experienced that before. $10.50 for a bacon cheeseburger was a little high, but not ridiculous. It comes with two patties, so probably a half pound burger, American cheese, and bacon. You do have to select each individual topping... Including sauces. I'm almost kind of glad because I don't like mayonnaise on my burger, so I could order it exactly the way I wanted it. I'm glad I got a chance to try this place. I'm not sure if I'll go back. It was good but not great. For the price I think I'm going to continue to try other places and see what I think. read more

Today I wanted a juicy burger with my pregnant wife. The staff was cool and place was very quiet and pleasant. However, I live 25 minutes away from this location, which is the closest to my home. Upon opening my bag , both of my orders were wrong and missing items. My wife loves grilled jalapeños and we don't not receive that and no bacon, which was an extra charge !!!! Very frustrating and annoyed I wanted to go back and get refund. Plus they didn't have my extra beef patty I ordered on my burger. This never happened to me or my family at any five guys I been . They fries are beyond the container, they spill into the bag. The fries are not the dinner wedge frie thickness, but the fair/carnival fat-like-thickness of deliciousness with a crisp outside and soft smooth inside served in a cup, and beyond the cup. IYKYK! They advertise where the potatoes come from. Now the burgers come with many toppings to choose. The burgers are juicy, fresh produce - not a wilt to be seen, my tomatoe slices never have that yucky stem, and the buns are grilled. I love that I can get sautéed mushrooms, onions, and A-1 steak sauce (I wish they'd offer blue cheese crumbles). Now with this said, we know cleanliness and service are a must! 5 Stars for 5 Guys! Personally I do owe this establishment a review but like a lot of people we do tend to forget. My recent experience reminded me that this review needs to happen. To me what matters most is what happens after a mess up, a lot of people that write reviews are very unforgiving and they treat their experiences as if they themselves never messed up. Give these places a second chance to rectify whatever situation it may be and you will be impressed. Remember that repeat business is good business. Brian and his team just did that. He welcomed the challenge of fixing an issue and went above and beyond, this ain't McDonalds, it's a place where you pay a lot of money to enjoy a good burger and as it should. I heard someone compare it to In-N-Out and they liked Five Guys better. I love a good burger so I had to try. This is the place to get a fresh, juicy burger with all the toppings you could stuff between fresh-baked buns. Five Guy's cooks everything to order with very generous portions, fresh fries and free of peanuts. *Cool fact* Five Guys refers to founder Jerry Murrell's five sons Jim, Matt, Chad, Ben, and Tyler (originally, they referred to Jerry and his first four sons, but then Tyler was born. Each has a distinct role in the company. I just happen to grab my daughter something at Vampire Penguin and saw FG across the street. I called in my order and they told me it would be ready in 7 minutes. I ordered a bacon burger, and holy moly, it comes with two hand formed-patties, 2 strips of crispy bacon and 2 slices of Kraft American cheese all on a soft sesame seed bun. My daughter got Little Cheeseburger, grilled to order hand crafted patty with cheese. We also ordered a side of fries to share. When we arrived, we wore our face masks as the sign on the door requested. We got in line to pay and only waited a few minutes for out food to arrive. As soon as they called our order number I picked it up at the counter and got ketchup with it. As you can see in the pictures, it was all gorgeous. It's hefty, juicy, easily doubled in weight compared to In-N-Out. However, I didn't like it and my daughter only took two bites bc she didn't like it as well. The bun was not too appealing, either. It felt like a cold bun was slapped onto 2 hot juicy burger patties. I think it should've been toasted. I did go up and requested some salt, but that didn't really help too much. I did find out when everything is cooked fresh, including fresh cut potatoes for French fries, they do not season anything. I tried seasoning the burger. The tomatoes. The fries... it didn't help. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste good to me. After spending $25 on two burgers and fries, my daughter was not going to eat it if I took it home. Neither was I. I did get back in line and the manager was absolutely understanding. The flavor just wasn't what I liked. The employees were really nice about it, too. I appreciated the time they took making my daughter & I a meal. You can tell everyone here works really hard and don't cut any corners. Almost smaller than an In and Out burger, for about half the price. But the fries!! Yes, crispy on the outside, buttery soft in the middle. Dare say best traditional French fries?! They had peanut shell remnants sprinkled all over the table outside. My kids are allergic to peanuts, so no bueno. The interesting part is they can eat peanut oil (which the fries are fried in). Shut the front door , I heard about five guys and so I had to go and experience there food for myself. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple employees which was extremely nice of them, I felt that the culture of the company was solid. So I stood in line and waited for my turn, I ordered a cheeseburger and some fries, one great thing about five guys burgers is that you can put multiple different toppings so I decided to add jalapeños raw onions and a few extra sauces on my burger which was included in the price of the burger. First bite into the burger and I knew that this was the one, the burger was so tasteful and so juicy and tender the raw onions and the jalapeños gave it that extra kick, I also ordered a Cajun fries and I have to say it was so good I don't think I ever tried fries that good. Also when you order and sit down to kill time they give you free peanuts, I thought that was kinda cool. The only thing I would change is maybe more comfortable chairs it would've made the experience a lot lot better I am definitely coming back read more

Crew is lazy and don't care food is never that good meat is under seasoned and I always ask for extra crispy fries and they always come out soggy and not crispy.
