Four stars for this amazing place that serves up delicious, crunchy onion rings, and a wonderful tasting turkey burger. I don't eat red meat so it was refreshing to see how this place offers chicken or turkey in replacement of the burgers that they serve. When you go inside, you see a clean restaurant and are greeted by a kind staff member. You are seated in a reasonable time and the customer service is good. With plenty of parking space and their shared parking lot, and the great experience you get when coming here, there's no reason why you can't check this place out!

Really good burger, great service, and even place some nice music. I got the BBQ Burger and it was tasty. I added a fried egg on it too and that was next level delicious! The beer battered fries are the way to go! Those fries are so crispy and tasty. Also had a milkshake and that was great too!! Overall wonderful experience.

The options... are abundant. So many burger choices and they all sounds scrumptious. Went there on the recommendation of a great friend and the place lived up to the hype. Great service too.

A cute picture of darling, Chloe. She did a great job and she's so sweet.

The food was delicious and the garlic fries, with the homemade ranch dressing to dip them in, was the bomb! The music and atmosphere were very cozy. Chloe was very sweet and she did an excellent job! (my waitress) I'll be spreading the word and coming back.

Overall Experience: Moo Moo's Burger Barn delivers an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service set the tone for an enjoyable meal. Carlos, the manager who has been with the restaurant for an impressive 15 years, ensured that everything ran smoothly. His knowledge and care for the place were evident, and it's clear he takes pride in offering customers an excellent experience. Service: The service at Moo Moo's was impeccable. From the moment I was seated, the staff made sure I was comfortable and attended to without being intrusive. Carlos, the manager, went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He shared a bit about the restaurant's journey post-2020, mentioning that business has still been slow to return to pre-COVID levels. It's evident that despite these challenges, the team continues to deliver excellent service and maintain the quality of the food. The other staff members were also incredibly friendly, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. Food: I opted for the Barbecue Burger, which was a flavor-packed delight. The beef patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and complemented by the smoky bacon and barbecue sauce. What really took it over the top, though, were the crispy little onion strings that were sprinkled on top. They added a satisfying crunch and a burst of flavor. For sides, I chose the onion rings, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a light, airy batter that wasn't greasy. The portion was generous, and they were perfectly seasoned. I also couldn't resist the nacho fries appetizer, topped with jalapenos. The fries were crispy and covered in melted cheese, with just the right amount of heat from the jalapenos. The portion sizes were huge! They were enough for a meal on their own. Cleanliness: The cleanliness at Moo Moo's Burger Barn was impressive. Not only was the restaurant spotless, but the restrooms were also extremely clean, which is always a good sign of attention to detail. I noticed that the staff was consistently cleaning as they went, which created a tidy and inviting atmosphere. There were no dirty dishes left on any of the tables, further demonstrating the staff's commitment to maintaining a clean environment for customers. Parking: Parking was plentiful, with a large parking lot just outside the restaurant. Although it's a shared lot for multiple businesses, there was more than enough space available for Moo Moo's customers, so parking was not an issue. Breakfast: Moo Moo's also serves breakfast, and from the looks of the menu, it's just as hearty and satisfying as their lunch and dinner options. I'm definitely planning to return to try their breakfast offerings, especially after hearing from Carlos about their amazing breakfast menu. Desserts: Although I didn't have dessert this time, the dessert menu has a variety of indulgent options that I'll definitely be coming back to try. Given how well everything else was prepared, I have no doubt their desserts are just as delicious. Portion Size: The portion sizes at Moo Moo's are massive. I definitely did not leave hungry. The burger was piled high with toppings, and the sides were more than generous. It's clear that they prioritize giving customers great value for their money. Final Thoughts: Moo Moo's Burger Barn is a hidden treasure that's been serving up delicious food for years. Despite the challenges post-COVID, their commitment to quality and service hasn't wavered. Whether you're craving a juicy burger, crispy sides, or a delicious breakfast, Moo Moo's is the perfect burger place for me! Let's spread the reminder of this amazing Burger Barn to help the business start booming again.

We came here during lunch on a Wednesday. Very spacious for a party of 7. Service was fantastic! The gentlemen who served us was very friendly and kind. Great guy! I had the BBQ Moo and a salad. The burger was perfectly cooked and well put together. Definitely coming back when I'm in town for work!

To start our host was hometown hospitable, so nice. We ordered the Monster Moo Burger, delish!!! The meat and bacon were cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef. The star of the show was the lightly beer battered fries and blue cheese dressing to dip, Heaven!!! To end the meal, yes there was more, the brownie Sunday. Enough said, we totally recommend this establishment. 10 Stars

The service was off the chart! She was knowledgeable and very sweet! I had a moo bacon cheeseburger and. Onion rings, my wife had a small burger and fries dipped and was very satisfied. My cheeseburger was tasty, well cooked and the sauce on the burger was good, $42 later with tip, oh and a delicious strawberry shake topped off the meal. Food prices are off the charts these days ... I guess you all voted for it! Let not have another 3 1/2 year like we just have!!

$17 dollars for a sandwich. Insane. It's cheaper to buy your own ground beef, and make a better burger at home. Peace, eaters.

We came in on a Saturday night with about 20 minutes until closing and were hoping to eat in the shop. Given the timing, I was fully prepared to be told that dining in wouldn't be possible or that the kitchen was closing early. Instead, Tim welcomed us in without hesitation. He enthusiastically shared his sandwich recommendations, let us sample the signature sauces, and explained where he sources his fresh ingredients and why that's important. During the meal, Tim treated us to extra chips, let us try their pasta salad authentically crafted by a 92-year-old Italian woman, and shared how he strives to make sandwiches with the same level of care his grandma showed when making them for Tim as a boy. I left the Sandwich Spot that night supercharge and thrilled knowing that there are still restaurants in my area operating the old-fashioned way. It's clear fresh sandwiches and excellent customer service are important to Tim and I can't wait to go back!

The Pastrami Shop was roughly 7 miles from home, so it was worth the short drive. The place is right off Sunset and Whitney Blvd in Rocklin. It's a very small place so ordering to go is popular. But if you find a seat, definitely enjoy the local vibe of the regulars and talk with the owners for a bit. They really are passionate about their business, and serving their customers. I really enjoyed my half hot pastrami classic sandwich. The bread was toasted, mustard, provolone, and a side of pickles and jalapeños. Boy was it good! I really should have had the full size. Give er a shot if you're in the neighborhood. You won't regret it. I'll definitely stop by again. Loved it.

Perhaps 'basic' might be most appropriate…read more Let's first say that when I walked inside I nearly immediately turned around to walk out. The general look and atmosphere is off-putting. It seems devoid of product, somewhat disheveled and disorganized and lacking any substantive character. The place appears very 'long in the tooth', and no food products were evident anywhere. Added to it, no customers, yet some came later. Yet, I was hungry and stayed. To be honest, glad I did. They sell essentially one thing-PASTRAMI, and that's it. Well, indeed true to the restaurant name. Again, everything is basic! I opted for a Classic Pastrami Sandwich and was given the option for bread, I chose a soft roll, and provolone for cheese, plus mustard. At $22. for a sandwich, well, I had some hesitation. The place is apparently owned and run by a charming older couple who really are out to please, very friendly and congenial. I felt like I fell into an old Russian Jewish deli on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, no frills. Basic, but good food! OK, the Pastrami and the entire sandwich were AMAZING! The quality of the meat was top notch and quite good, probably some of the best around. The sandwich was HUGE and enough for two meals. I was offered peppers on the side and it was perfect for me to add some. The sandwich was nicely warmed/toasted, the cheese melted perfectly and it wasn't a difficult messy thing to eat as are many more upscale sandwiches and burgers these days. So, in the end it was worth it. The sandwich was indeed a surprise and excellent. Plus, they checked after I bit into it to be certain I was satisfied, with a smile. I got some chips and a drink and ate it there. Plenty of napkins were provided. Located in a rather funky 1960s shopping mall it's small, not that easy to find yet parking seems OK. Albeit it somewhat pricey the food is very good and the value is there. If you want Pastrami then this is the place. They sell bulk packages of it too. Try it. You might be as surprised by it.

My initial visit I ordered from their "vintage" menu. I got Erik's B.L.A.S.T. with bacon, Arcadian lettuce, avocado, clover sprouts, Secret Goo and tomato on toasted sourdough. They accidentally forgot the clover sprouts on my order. I love sprouts, so I was a bit disappointed when I realized they were missing. However the sandwich was great so it didn't ruin the meal. I loved their special tuna sandwich, called the Ocean Avenue, which was a delicious concoction. Made with tuna salad, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, clover sprouts, and sweet hot mustard on swirl rye bread. The ingredients were all fresh & tasty. Another winner I just consumed was the Ciao Down, made with the softest Dutch Crunch I've ever eaten. I appreciated having the roof of my mouth intact! The combination of ingredients (salami, turkey, Swiss, tomato, onions, clover sprouts, basil pesto) gave me salty, vinegary, sour, and savory, with just a mild spicy kick from the hot cherry peppers. Whatever you do, don't skip the carrot cake! It is the best carrot cake I've ever had. I actually wondered if they outsourced it, but it turns out it's a proprietary family recipe. Made with carrots, pineapples, cream cheese frosting, and walnuts. It tastes homemade and perfectly balanced.
