Yummy Slider
Wyatt N.

Just had Yummy Hot Chicken for the first time after they opened a month ago. Was pleasantly surprised at how good this meal was! The owners are incredibly nice, the store is super clean, and the food is bomb! The single slider meal was a ton of food. French fries were perfectly crispy, the sauce tastes great, and the chicken was nice and juicy. Excited to try the burger and wrap next time. Definitely come try this place.

Got the spicy level 3 slider and fries. Chicken had a nice spicy kick and was very juicy. Fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Delicious!!!!

Just opened on Thursday 9/4/2025. The owners are delightful and friendly. The food is delicious. The inside dining area is clean and spacious. Love the sliders, the smash burger, the wings, the fries, and the salad too. The Mac and cheese is tasty. The shakes are great!

To start, we split an order of one of their specials, which was a crostini that came with fresh tomatoes and cheese. The tomatoes were bursting with flavor and at their peak summer ripeness. Next, we split the endive salad, which had peaches and Bleu cheese. I'm not a big fan of Bleu cheese so we put it on the side. The salad was light and refreshing and the peaches were perfectly ripe. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken salad Panini and was absolutely blown away. I have had chicken salad before, but never in a warm pressed Panini and something about the combination was pure magic. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with my first visit to Farmhaus and look forward to coming back again very soon.

I left feeling hungry and uncomfortable after spending $80 on dinner. I was most disappointed in my "large plate" option of crab stuffed salmon. It was maybe a 3 oz filet with a half ounce of crab meat in a tiny dollop on top of the filet. It was on a bed of 1/4 cup of corn with a couple cherry tomatoes and shishito peppers. The cilantro lime crema was tasty. Again, meal was fine, but $44? Wine was $18 (typical bottle sells retail for $50), so they are making a killing there. My friends and I split the blue cheese stuffed dates. They were also good and I forget the price, but it only included 4. The benches outside were hard and a weird distance and height from the table. I don't want to be uncomfortable while eating an expensive meal. Service was fine. Nothing remarkable or unpleasant. She cleared out plates and silverware which had us eating the last of the potato side dish with our hands. If you don't mind overspending on food, try it out, but don't expect to be satisfied unless you order more food.

The weather was a little chilly so we sat inside at a little table by the window with a nice pond view. The menu has so many choices! Different avocado toasts, savory and sweet breakfast too. We both subbed potatoes for fruit and it was a great bowl with berries and pineapple. My poached eggs were perfect as was my bacon, and the sourdough toast was yummy. My friend enjoyed her Benedict as well. Service was friendly and not rushed. It's a great spot at Quarry Ponds with lots of parking. Definitely recommended!

This is the only good thing about this place. 1. The service was terrible from the time we sat down until we left. 2. My daughter, son-in-law and myself order the French toast, which was supposed to be made out of sourdough when they brought it out literally they toasted the sourdough and sprinkle powered sugar over it, we sent it back both me and my daughter ordered pancake instead they brought her two and me one. Then the waitress finally brought out the 2nd pancake and boxed it up. My son-in-law had his meal taken off the check. The staff here is odd, last time, they forgot my tomatoes and when I asked them if I could have some they said I asked for no tomatoes (not true, but my husband did, his correctly did not have tomatoes), I found it weird they felt the need to tell me I asked for no tomatoes, which was not even true. But also why try to give a person a hard time about something that is standard on a sandwich? Also they refused to give us more than one stamp on our sandwich reward card saying it's one stamp per order, while the card clearly states "buy 9 SANDWICHES get the 10th one free". I said "your card says buy nine sandwiches and get the 10th free not anything about 9 orders" and she said "well that's just the way it is per our owner". So, let me get this straight... a person could come in here and get 9 solo sandwiches over time and get their 10th one for free, but if someone buys their family of 4 sandwiches, they don't get a free sandwich until they have ordered 9 times, potentially meaning 35 sandwiches to get a free sandwich? Or what, you want them to place each sandwich order separately so they can get a stamp for each single sandwich? Would that be better? What sense does that make? You are penalizing the people who spend more money per order and buy more sandwiches overall! The cards are printed clearly wrong if that's really the way it works, but honestly I think they are just being cheap. Sorry for the rant, but I think it shows the staff there wants to die on the stupidest hill of not having customers in mind. "No tomatoes for you! No stamps for you!" Don't think we will be back.

It is always a gamble returning to a restaurant you previously enjoyed, as maintaining consistency…read morein the food industry is notoriously difficult. Fortunately, this establishment continues to prove that its high standards for both food and service are here to stay. From the moment you walk through the door, the pristine cleanliness of the dining area sets a welcoming tone. The staff mirrors this professionalism, delivering the same attentive, warm, and seamless service that made the first visit so memorable. It is clear that the team takes immense pride in hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued throughout the entire evening. The culinary execution remains a major highlight, starting with the crispy skin salmon served over asparagus risotto. The chef executed the salmon flawlessly, achieving a beautifully crackling, crispy skin while keeping the fish itself tender, moist, and perfectly cooked through. The accompanying risotto was a masterclass in texture, arriving buttery smooth and rich. The fresh tomatoes added a bright pop of color, though the dish would ultimately be improved by omitting the vine presentation. Leaving the tomatoes attached to the vine meant that dried bits of leaf and stem broke off and dispersed into the risotto, which slightly disrupted the otherwise velvety texture of the rice. To finish the meal, the tiramisu proved to be an absolute triumph and a worthy main event. The inclusion of rolled cookies on top was a brilliant addition, providing a delightful crunch that contrasted beautifully with the layers below. The cake itself was phenomenal expertly balanced, incredibly moist, and wonderfully creamy without being overly heavy. It delivered a deep, authentic flavor that lingered pleasantly. The bottom line is that this restaurant successfully avoids the second-visit slump, offering a reliable, high-quality dining experience that warrants a high recommendation.

Disappointing Experience Due to Food Safety Concern…read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch. This was actually my second time dining here. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.
