Stopped to get a burger while walking around with my baby girl. So glad we got to experience this- the customer service, quality of food, everything was so good. It was a relaxing stop and i feel great after eating a whole burger and onion rings which usually isn't the case. Will definitely stop by more. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who explained the menu and what made their burgers different. I have only ever been here twice and a year apart. It's always a positive experience (minus parking in the fountains in general). Service is great, LOVE their shakes, and it's always super clean inside! Definitely recommend their fries and milkshakes with Tillamook ice cream! My husband and I decided to go find a tasty burger place near the Roseville Galleria mall and I found the burger lounge. Walking in I wasn't sure what I was going to find but it looked like a nice clean place and found out the food is very clean as well. All beef and natural made products which is really cool. Very disappointed with how far this place has fallen. We used to love this spot when it first opened--great food and solid service. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. On multiple occasions, the meat has been undercooked, and we've even found hair--clearly beard or body hair--in our burgers. It's extremely off-putting. To make things worse, animals are allowed in the food area, which raises serious hygiene concerns. This is no longer a place we feel comfortable eating at. We will not be returning and can't recommend it to others. read more

Their service is great overall but at times depending on who works it can be just OK. Today as I'm leaving the review I noticed they have a new employee at the cashier! We came here with the family during the week for dinner . The inside was very clean and organized. You order at the counter and get a number the food gets brought to your table . They have a lot of drink options from like Mexican cokes to organic juices . They do offer some beers for the adults . On Tuesdays the kiddos eat free with an adult meal . We happen to be there on a Tuesday and my son got a free kids meal which it also comes with a scoop of ice cream. For food I got the Bacon Blue burger and the BBQ burger with a large side of half and half which is half fries and half onion rings . Hubby and I shared the food . It was delicious. This Burger Lounge is at The Fountains in Roseville at the corner of the dancing fountain roundabout. We placed our order at the front counter and food was served to our table. Drinks and beverages are self-serve. I opted to add bacon to my burger. The fries was yummy and crisp and the grass-fed beef on the burger was flavorful... the presentation was much better here too than the location in DoCo. I chose the housemade hibiscus lemonade. Can't go wrong with lemonade... I love all kinds of lemonade. This location is a bit small. The indoor dining room has limited seating but they have an outdoor patio as well. I heard the good things about this place from my wife and I was not prepared for it to be as good as it was. Walking in, the space is welcoming and gives off the feeling like you're going to someone's kitchen in the garage or the backyard where they souped it up to make it even cooler. The menu was easy to read and the customer service was knowledgeable and ready to serve. The whole area is clean. My wife and I had no problems finding a seat and finding a clean space. We enjoyed our burgers and drink and our time together. The noise level was not too loud and not super quiet. This is definitely a place that I would like to visit more often and makes me think that it was a Sunday on a Friday. The price is reasonable the food was served quick, at a good temperature, and absolutely delicious. I especially liked the impossible chicken nuggets and the dipping sauces. As we were about to finish up our meal, we were approached by one of the workers who had a QR code for us to fill out at our convenience.
