My cheese skirt was perfection the first time I had it. The second time, the cheese was too burnt to me. The third time was acceptable. Maybe the first time was the best because I added mushrooms? I keep forgetting to add them now. If you love mushrooms, add them for $0.99. The extra topping fees are very affordable, ranging from $0.59-$2.00 as of 11/17/22. Mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle are complimentary. Onions are raw, but you can pay for an upgrade to grilled onions. Pickles are cut into long slices, not round pickle chips. I've also had the Squeeze Dog, which is a most beautifully dressed grilled 8 inch, 1/4 pound all beef hot dog. Toppings are a perfectly balanced amount of everything: lettuce, tomato, diced red onion, pickle slices, mayo, mustard, and relish. I believe it qualifies as a Chicago-style dog. Overall flavor wise - it's a solid homemade burger. The miss for me as the assembly. The thin meat patty kept sliding back, I don't think I actually got any till I was 1/3rd in the burger. Saw this place on Triple D and decided to try it. Very unique as far as the cheese skirt goes. The decor is typical burger joint; cars and license plate decor. There are video games for the kids.
