When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

Jimmy is so kind and truly wants to do his part to make your special day as seamless as possible. He understands budget concerns and is very realistic with you about what stuff you could cut to save money -- he doesn't try to sell you on everything just to make more money for himself! I also love that he can plan well enough to not have any waste. We had a bit of entrees leftover at the end of the night but nothing crazy. And pro-tip: his appetizers WILL run out because they're so delicious so make sure someone grabs appetizer plates for the bride and groom ahead of time. His staff was so friendly and helpful, we hired a bartender through him as well to help pour wine for our guests. The wait staff also helped move all of our ceremony chairs to the dinner tables and setup our donut bar in the middle of dinner so they didn't sit out for too long.
