They were all delicious as well, I ordered the Quesabirra, the Carne Asada, and the Pork Belly. They were all good but my favorite was the carne asada, mainly because I like a simple taco and that hit the spot. The margarita's were good as well and our server was attentive throughout the entire meal. We capped off the meal with some churrros for dessert. They were a little crispy but still good. I like the ambiance of Nixtaco as well, it's dark and hip inside, and it doesn't feel like you are in a shopping mall while you are there. They also have a patio for outdoor dining. I saw a young man work hard cleaning tables, take orders and put dirty dishes away, while myself and other customers had long wait times to get our food. By the time your food is given to you, it's luke warm. I am not one to give reviews, so hopefully some positive changes are implemented so this place can thrive, but for now, it's overpriced for the overall experience.
