Had a great experience at the Subway on Dewey thanks to Davin and Tim. Davin provided excellent customer service patient, kind, and friendly. We had great conversation, yet he never lost sight of making sure the sandwiches were done right (and they turned out great). What stood out most was how Davin expressed genuine appreciation for his manager for instilling strong customer service values. You could tell he was truly proud of his job, and that pride showed in his work. Tim and I didn't chat much, but that was only because he was clearly focused on his closing procedures. Everything was neat, organized, and well cared for obviously setting the opening crew up for success. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, a really positive experience with a team that clearly cares about their work and their customers. I'll definitely be back. read more

The subway is ghetto. I waited 20 minutes to pay because the lady in front of me had a food stamp card that was not working when it was my turn to pay with my hard earned cash. They would not accept a coupon from the mail. This is absolutely ridiculous, you take food stamps, but you don't take coupons from hard-working people read more

I work in the area and there are a bunch of other Subways that are closer to me, but I picked this one because of the high ratings, even though it meant driving farther. And while it was a to-go order, I was impressed! The place looked clean. I was greeted and helped right away, even though I wasn't the only customer there. My order was ready on time, and they even offered me a free cookie! Which I sadly had to turn down because I am watching my waistline at the moment. My sandwich was made exactly as ordered! I've been coming to the subway for a long time, as I've lived in the neighborhood for 20 years. But recently with our very hot weather I've been coming in more often. I've been pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I've been receiving. They were always nice in the past. But I feel that they are really going above and beyond. The young man who took my order ( conversation with me simple and pleasant ) made sure that my sandwich was done to my liking. (I like my toasted extra crunchy) and the older gentleman always with a smile on his face rings me up and make sure that everything is the way I want it to be. I know that making my sandwich to order is the way Subway does their business. But lately when I go to other restaurants/fast food, I get terrible customer service and I just wanted give credit to those businesses and people who are striving to do better. read more

The best subway I've been to. The owner really cares about his establishment. It seems he hires employees that want to make you a good sandwich. My sub is always made well. No random bite of this here, and a bite of that there. It's consistent too even if he's not there. The employees are nice and they all collectively do a wonderful job. This gets a two star ONLY because the owner is nice every time I have came here BUT the girl with pink hair after messing up my online order, had the nerve to just tried to add avocado to the old sandwich . If it wasn't an upgrade and if they would've offered to just refunded me the $1.50 I wouldn't have came back into the store but no they made me come in and I even brought them the old sandwich.
