The flour tortillas were the perfect touch to a filling plate. Just the right amount of food There is minimal seating inside. The area was clean. There is a restroom inside as well. During this visit we noticed that there was a discrepancy with the charges. We asked a server because our server was busy attending to other tables and we needed to pay. We were told that it had to do with an automatic "service charge" and the other was if you paid cash you get a dollar off? For example, the Lido Shuffle on the menu says $16.95 but on the receipt we were charged $17.46 and then the burger stated $12.95 but on the receipt it was $13.34. We just think that there can be better transparency as to why there is an upcharge on items. Or they can perhaps update the menu?? When we asked the server, it appeared as though she did not know truly know the answer. While we like the food here, despite the decrease in portions, it's important for customers to know what they are paying instead of being misled.

I don't know if that is the process but that the best way I can describe the end product. I have one very small complaint about the meal - it could have used a bit more salt all around. And yet, when I put the rice, chicken, and salad into one bite I did not miss the salt at all! I came in around 5:45 pm on a Saturday evening and left about 7:40 and no one came in to dine or pick up take out. The meal totaled $21.53. The portion was enough for three. The entree was$14.99! I hope that they are doing well but I think they could do better if they kept the prices but cut their portions. I would like to see them remain in business. The food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. There was a TV on the wall but it was not on. There was no "background" music and I found that very relaxing. I find that I am in this area quite frequently and I will remind myself to stop here more frequently. Please, do yourself a favor when in this area and stop by for lunch or dinner.
