I perused the menu and decided on a light lunch that included some miso soup, an order of smoked salmon nigiri, an order of hamachi (yellowtail) nigiri, and an unagi (eel) hand roll. Everything was very fresh and presented beautifully. It was a lovely solo lunch on a beautiful day. I can't imagine a nicer way to treat myself after a doctor's appointment.
