I gave 2 extra stars because the service was great, really the service was 5 stars but the taste of the sandwich wasn't what I was expecting. They greeted us as we came in and were very kind throughout our ordering and dining experience. It's very clean inside. The food however I am rating 1 star, it was very bland. The house sauce was almost non existent (usually it's lathered and borderline messy which I love). The veggies were warm and wilted, which I havnt experienced before and I always get the he hot sandwiches. The only way we could finish eating our sandwich was to take all the produce off. And this was AFTER being charged .25 extra for toppings like peperchini and .25 pickles (since when are pepporcini an upcharge? They gave us a complimentary soda with the purchase of an 8''.

The claim chowder was good. I've had better ones but for the price of what we paid for was good. The sandwich was yummy too but I felt like the sandwich was a little dry and lacking in the sauce. I usually grab my food to go, but whenever I do step inside, the atmosphere feels just like a good neighborhood sandwich shop should. Nothing overly fancy, just a casual setting and the delicious smell of fresh ingredients greeting you as soon as you walk through the door. The service has always been friendly and welcoming, and I honestly haven't had any complaints. They're helpful, quick, and make the whole experience easy, whether you're grabbing something to go or staying for a bite. Now, let's talk about the cheesesteak! It's flavorful, satisfying, and even better with their Dirty Sauce. I highly recommend adding bacon and getting it on a Dutch crunch roll. That combination gives you the perfect mix of savory, crispy, cheesy, and crunchy in every bite. The Dutch crunch really takes the sandwich up a notch! Overall, this is a solid spot when you're craving a hearty sandwich without any fuss. I'll definitely be back the next time that sandwich craving comes knocking!

I think the spicy taste I noticed actually came from the onions that were included as a topping on the sandwich. I'm glad I called and got everything clarified. This is still my favorite place of all time, and today's experience won't change that. - I always order the Garlic Pesto Turkey whenever I go to Sourdough & Co., and it's usually one of my favorites. Unfortunately, today's experience was a little different. I ordered an 8-inch sandwich, but the wrapping was much sloppier than usual, and there was way too much sauce in the sandwich. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but I also remember this sandwich not being spicy. This time, it had a spicy sauce in it, which made it unexpectedly spicy. Overall, today's order was a bit disappointing.

Food is great, as always…read more Thursday night ambiance leaves much to be desired. There is a guy doing karaoke from 5-9pm, so prime dinner hour. He plays the music WAY too LOUD. I'm not a musical softie - but it was so loud it was vibrating his speakers and almost squealing. The inside space is small and it does not need to be that loud. It was so loud I could not hear the people sitting at my table with me & my watch alerted me to a "loud environment" that could damage my hearing. Asked him to turn it down a bit, as I had my niece who had sensitive hearing and he told me it was "as low as he could make it", but every song vibrated in the restaurant. Would have eaten outside to decrease the sound a little bit, but it was 100°+ outside. Very disappointed. Won't be back on a Thursday night. If you go in Thursday night, beware.

I ordered a mocha and the sweet cheese crepes. My mocha was the perfect balance of sweetness and chocolatey! I savored every sip. The real star of the show though, were the crepes. They were perfectly soft but with a slight crisp on the outside just like I like them. The filling was sweet but not overly and was well balanced with the slight bitterness from the berry topping on the crepes. Overall the ambiance, food, and accessibility make this a great spot for brunch! Will definitely be coming back.
