Last night was the worst yet. I ordered a 10 piece with voodoo fries online. Said 16-21 minutes. By the time I got there it had been 25 minutes. Spent another 5 in my car just in case, went in, they said another 3 or 4 minutes. So I sat down and waited.....45 minutes!! I asked did something happen? I've been here 45 minutes. He checked and they never dropped my food. He stabbed my ticket and then tried to say they gave it to someone else. I had to wait another 20 minutes. They didn't offer a refund, gift card, anything. This Wingstop has been hit and miss for me. Sometimes they get your order right and Sometimes they don't. They have always corrected their mistakes and they stay open late. Prices are a little high imo but then everything is going g up in this country which is a shame. read more

Service is mediocre! Apparently they have a new policy for dipping . I ordered wings with a side of celery and carrots, while checking the order I asked for a ranch dressing and was told that they don't give ranch for the veggies. I asked if this was new? I decided to head to my local wingstop in Carmichael off of Fair Oaks Blvd. I went in with a positive attitude and even asked the womanat the cashier how her day was to which she responded good and asked me for my order. She told me ten minutes so I went and sat in my car since all the tables were full of stacked chairs. After 15 mi went in and she just stared at me sitting there. At 10:36 she calls my name and grabbed a bag that was sitting on the online order rack! So of course my food was not even hot anymore and when I went to tell her that I wanted honey mustard she went over to the register to charge me and I told her I've never had to pay for it since it is supposed to come included with my combo. She then said NO. I then pointed at the sign where it says: CHOOSE YOUR DIP. Why would it say choose if it automatically was only with ranch? So then I said whatever again and just left. When I got home I went online on the website and looked at the price difference from ranch to honey mustard and they are exactly the same price! If she doesn't want to be working in customer service she shouldnt be at the front of the cashier! I was so upset with this whole encounter! So my grandson talked me into taking him to this Wing Stop, I had never been to one before. It was a disaster. Waited for over 50 minutes to get our food. Business does a pretty active delivery/ pick up service. Watched the employees come in from smoking in the parking lot right into the cooking area. They pulled two orders off the pick up shelf and threw the bags in the garbage, then five minutes later pulled one bag out and took food items out for some other order. My boyfriend & I ordered food from this establishment that came up to $40 dollars. They quoted us 25 minutes, we arrived, they read us back what we ordered very thing was correct. We got our order, left got home and found they gave us the complete wrong order. We contacted the store and spoke to the manager, they told us to bring the food back with the receipt and they would remake my food right now. When we got to the store a nice young man told me they were working on our order, I said "thank you" & proceeded to wait. I said " I thought they were remaking my food, that one has been sitting there before we came in." Me and my wife came in yesterday around 7:30 ish, we come in and order the 15pc meal for 2. the cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing, the meal comes with 2 drinks, but he looked at us n said it doesn't come with any drinks but i'll give you this for free and hands me a drink i paid for. i spent $34 on a meal and didn't even get my drinks. that's not even the worse part. a cook comes out from the back eating, gloves on still go up to the drink machine makes a drink and go back into the kitchen. the same cashier from the beginning of this, got a phone call and instead of going to the back of the store or outside he comes into the lobby answers the phone and then continues to walk BACK into the kitchen no hand washing nothing. we were never welcomed walking into the establishment, everything was just off the food was great but boy oh boy you gotta work on those workers. they made it clear they didn't care read more

We decided to call as we drove to place the order because it's a 15 minute drive and they close at 11 so we wanted to be out of their hair as soon as possible. We called around 10:35 to place an order and the guy on the phone wouldn't let us. He said he would only let us place an order if we got to the store before 10:45. Our ETA was 10:47 so we were SOL. My boyfriend pointed out "you guys close at 11 so don't you have to serve us until then? Those are pretty standard rules..." The guy on the phone said he's been working there for 3 years so he knows what the rules are and he stops making food at 10:45 so they can go home early. If you close at 11, you close at 11. If you want to stop taking care of your customers at 10:45, then close at 10:45. I can't stand when employees try to cut corners at the expense of customer service. I work in the service industry too so this is a huge pet peeve of mine. My store closes at 9pm. If a customer walks in at 8:59, they will still be served just as anyone else would. When we arrived the cashier rang us up individually, gave us our cups and let us know that our orders would be ready in five minutes. It didn't take long for us to get our food and everything was prepared perfectly. The restaurant was a decent size and it was clean. It started to get busy after we received our food. If i could rate this 0 and or even in the negatives. I WOULD! The workers are all so ignorant and lazy! I came in one time, and they were all in the back just making their orders and didn't even care to help me in the front. I WAS WAITING FOR 15 minutes+ just standing in the front. They knowingly ignored me at the front along with the other people waiting behind me as well. They gave me eye contact and quickly ignored me trying to just focus on the orders in the back forgetting about us in the ACTUAL STORE. They're also super rushed and lazy. By that, i mean that they try to get the orders out quick which makes the product of the order terrible. My order comes out being rarely seasoned and only flavored on half the wings. So it turns out half dry and then half flavored. They clearly don't take time to toss the wings to give flavor to both sides of the wings. These miserable employees are the laziest pieces of waste to invest in. I've gone a few times to this wingstop and each time it's something new and troublesome. This location is hands down the best location I've ever been to. Customer service wise they are always going above and beyond. Food wise, everything is always perfect and they are always generous. Cleanliness wise this place is always on top of it, I've never seen their lobby or bathrooms even a little bit dirty. The people are the best, the food is the best, everything at this wingstop is the best 11/10. Even when they are busy, they are still speedy, kind, and always generous. I usually come in at night- they are always so fast and the food is perfect every time. All the workers I've met at this location are awesome but I specifically wanted to shout out Shazyah. She's almost always there when I come in late at night and she always hooks me up with extra seasoning and sauce. She's the best and is always so kind.
