Location was overly packed inside and out and not ensuring customers were adhering to social distancing. Orders were a bit of a mess as they had trouble keeping track of orders and pickup. There really should be a limit of how many customers are allowed in the store at any given time such as other stores do. They should also text customers when there orders are ready if they are waiting outside as instructed so people don't pile up at the door or inside waiting. Food was decent though overly salty across the board. Sauces had good flavor and boneless wings were larger pieces than other establishments. I would give them another shot, though hopefully they cut back on the salt/seasoning a bit or change out their oil more often. read more

Came here on a busy Friday night after a day at Universal Studios. Right away they told me it was busy and to expect a 40-45 minute wait. I'm glad they told me ahead of time. I was cool with that so I went ahead and placed my order. I ended up only waiting 20 minutes and the food was fine. I got lemon pepper and regular hot wings. Everything was hot and tasty. My only complaint is that the soda machine ran out of ice. Other than that, everything was good. My wings were good, fries were good, and the service was fine. Went here last weekend and it was definitely a funny experience. My brother and I were cracking jokes with the cashier, who took it fairly well. Once we finally got our order in, we took a seat at the table and waited patiently for our food to be ready. There is a window to see into the kitchen on the side if you want to check on your food. When our food finally came out, we dug right in since we were super hungry. I have been an avid wingstop fan for many years. I remember in 2020 when I tried their Louisiana rub for the first time and it was amazing -- crispy, juicy on the inside, and packed with the seasoning. However, I don't know what changed over the years, but all the wingstop locations near me including this one completely plummeted in quality and service. I ordered 10 bone-in wings, 5 louisiana rub and 5 garlic parmesan. There was barely any seasoning on the wings. It was as if they tried their hardest to put as little seasoning as possible. As a result, the things had little to no flavor, and this isn't the first time I had this experience. Same thing happened at the Glendale/San Fernando location. In fact, I specifically called this location after placing my order to let them know that the other location completely skimped on the seasoning and I kindly asked if they could just make sure the seasoning was there. The female who answered was very rude and kept reiterating that they're different, and I was perfectly chill about it saying no worries, I just wanted to call and ask you guys to make sure the wings don't come basically empty. Maybe I angered them, because my wings arrived basically empty. I give up. As a customer, I called in the first place because I want my money's worth. I'm dropping an unnecessary amount of money on some damn wings so it better be good. It wasn't, unfortunately. I've come to realize that the food service/quality in the LA area has just gone considerably down since covid. I am honestly so upset that I have to leave a review like this because we've been customers here for years.We've always enjoyed the food and never had an issue. I called to place an order about 15 minutes ago. A lady answered she placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and dialed again. The same lady answered. Most of the time I read reviews for Wingstop they are usually negative. I finally decided to try it for the first time despite the reviews and boy I was glad I did. First off the cashiers were very attentive and very helpful when I told them it was my first visit. They broke down the menu for me and even recommend their favorite sauces. They also sold me on sweet potato fries (not a fan of sweet potatoes in general). I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and medium spiced bone in wings (not a fan of very spicy foods). They ensured me that the most spicy sauce they have is nothing to mess around with if I'm not ready haha. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. One thing I kept reading on reviews was the bad quality of wings so I was curious as to what my experience would be. I usually get wings from Buffalo Wild Wings so I had something to compare them to. I was amazed at the taste of the Medium wings. They were just the right amount of spicy and the juicy wing was a delicious pai. The lemon pepper wings went great with my ketchup addiction! I loved how crunchy and sour they were. The quality of these wings were amazing, I don't care what anyone says. Plus the price was so much cheaper than BWW! Always a plus for me. The time it took to receive my order was about 10-15 mins which for me is great. BWW usually takes 20-30 mins. For the same great quality taste I will not complain. Parking in this location was pretty fast and easy for the time I went. I am not a local so I could have just been there at a slower time. Overall my first experience at Wingstop was excellent. On two separate occasions they completely forgot my cheese sauces and one time they gave me mostly drums when I paid extra for only flats. Even though there wasn't many people in the store and there were several employees in the back cooking/one cleaning the table area, only one person was taking orders. Whether it's on the phone or in person... the staff overall could be better with communication, faster service, friendlier, be more informed about promotions, birthday rewards, etc. Also if you do have a birthday reward that's been sent to your email you have to print it out and bring it to be used in person. They won't allow you to simply show it on your phone or use it to order online. It's 2021 Wingstop.....please figure out a way to place a barcode, numerical code, etc. on your rewards so that people can utilize them in various ways. The person helping me was nice and knowledgable but really really slow and dense, she was kind of sincere but more dense. Anyway the wings itself were pretty good! I like the original hot and on the bone. The boneless wings are okay, it's a matter of preference but when I think of buffalo wings it's more satisfying holding an actual wing with a bone in it. They allow you to pick two flavors with your order, so I chose the Louisiana dry rub and the original hot. I wish I had just got all original hot on the bone and skipped the second flavor. Fries here are soggy, which was very surprising since there were a lot of people there, I'd think the turn around would've equated to fresh everything. Every table was filled, people were waiting for their to go orders and they just kept coming. I still prefer BUFFALO WILD WINGS spicy garlic wings over this any day. First time at the Burbank location... Immediately felt welcomed as my friend with his kids & I walked in. Both cashiers greeted us. I opted for 10 classic salt & pepper wings. My friend got boneless salt & pepper wings along with some bbq'd ones. The salt & pepper wings are my favorite & were just as good, if not, better than I remember. This store is smaller than the Glendale location but I like it better cause it has a bright, naturally lit space. The wings were great, so were the fries. The soda machine is the modern multi-flavor dispensing ones you see at the movie theaters these days. The fries were very good. All around good experience here.
