This review is specifically for the wonderful employees working at this location. My son and I came in to see a movie that was supposed to start at 2 PM. It was 1:20 already, so we had very little time and we asked at the front if it was possible to be in and out by then. We had never been to any of their restaurants before, so we didn't really know how it worked. The lovely hostess who checked us in and our waitress bustled around and really made an attempt to get us out in time for our movie, which was so sweet. Decided to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings location on a Tuesday afternoon while waiting for a movie at the AMC next door. Arrived around 3:30pm and the place was dead. The bar was empty but a polite young man named Fernando welcomed me. He gave me the menus, mentioned the Happy Hour options, and also that there was a BOGO 50% promotion for traditional wings on Tuesdays. I ordered one of the Happy Hour drafts, along with a 6-piece of dry Lemon Pepper rub and a free 6-piece with Honey BBQ sauce. The beer was tall, refreshing and very reasonably priced. The wings arrived within 10 minutes and were presented nicely on a silver serving tray. Overall the flavors were solid. The Lemon Pepper version was a bit dryer than the Honey BBQ, but crispy. The Honey BBQ was sweet (not too sweet) and tender. Overall, Fernando was extremely friendly and welcoming and made sure that I was taken care of as the bar and restaurant started to slowly trickle up in occupancy after 4pm. The location is great within a ton of free parking in nearby structures. The restroom was also clean and well-stocked during my visit. I came today to watch the NBA Play In Tournament with my wife and came during happy hour. We sat at the bar area and our server was Evan. He was attentive to us since the moment I sat down by taking my drinks and food order. I will always recommend sitting at the bar to get which service. I got the happy hour All American Burger that came with boneless wings and tater tots, which was the same price like 3 years ago. You cannot beat the price for that happy hour deal and I got a Mountain Dew for my drink. My wife got the Chicken Caesar Salad, Morozzolla Sticks, water and their black cherry limeade drink. I thought my food was good and it came out quick. My wife like her chicken salad and black cherry limeade drink since it wasn't too sweet. The Morozzolla stick was a miss tonight because some pieces had no cheese inside, I took pictures. When happy hour ended, we didn't see our waiter Evan at all and I needed refill so I just walk up to another waitress so she could fill up my cup instead of just waiting there. When my wife needed more water, I just walk to the bartender and he refill the drink. I saw our waiter in the regular dining room area and made eye contact so I was able to ask for the check to pay. I usually go to Buffalo location on Mondays. It is not that busy and it is easy to get a table within minutes. This is my go to place for burgers and wings. They have the best burgers and wings. Their fries are always so good. Service can be sometimes slow. It usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to bring out an order of wings or fries. Maybe they are understaffed that's why wait is long. They have TVs around the restaurant and playing different sport games. There are plenty of booths and tables. I prefer the booths cause they are comfortable. If you are a sport fan, I highly recommend this location. Since there are playing sports all the time and people are watching the games. Parking is easy. There are public parking spaces in walking distance or you can park in the mall. This BBW is located in walking distance of the mall. read more

There's a decent amount of ground-level parking and a couple of nearby parking structures, so parking wasn't a hassle. We went on a Tuesday and there was no wait at all -- seemed like they had some kind of special going on. Service was friendly, but food took around 25-30 minutes to come out. The vibe inside was what you'd expect -- a bunch of TVs playing different sports, good atmosphere for catching a game. Food-wise, it was hit or miss. The wings were warm, but not hot. Our server, Melina, at the Burbank location, had poor attitude and talked back when we asked questions, which felt unprofessional. I also ordered a kids meal: teriyaki boneless chicken and 2 fries ( Regular and Large). Upon getting our order, they gave me BBQ instead of Original Buffalo. Also the 2 order of fries, which looked both regular size. I brought it up to our server and she immediately talked back to me in a rude manner telling me: "I clearly heard you say Original BBQ and so I put it in as honey BBQ". I told her that I had written down my order and was reading it so I wouldn't forget what flavors I wanted. She then said again : "I know what you said and was Original BBQ not buffalo". I frequently order the same meal, and nearly every time, there is an issue that requires a credit or correction due to mistakes in the order. Last night was no exception. The chicken I received was dry and did not include the lemon sauce as specified. I explained to the manager that this has been a recurring issue with my orders. When I called to address the problem, I spoke with Melisa Moreno, who answered the phone with an unprofessional comment, stating, "You always call for credit." It is important to note that if my order were prepared correctly, there would be no need to call. The receipt reflects the correct order, but the food I receive often does not match. I also discovered that Melisa was the same employee who previously displayed a negative attitude toward my husband when he picked up our order. These 3 stars are only for our server Spencer, because without him this would've been a one-star experience. Spencer was doing the job of multiple people in the sports bar section taking orders, running food, and doing most of the bussing himself. I watched him stack huge towers of dirty dishes in his arms. At one point the stack fell, and the coworker standing right next to him? Too busy watching the game to lift a finger. Embarrassing. Spencer was sprinting around trying to keep everyone happy while his coworkers magically vanished. There were three other servers at one point... then suddenly none. No teamwork, no urgency, no accountability. Just Spencer holding the entire operation together. He stayed kind, professional, and on top of everything while being completely unsupported. On March 17,2026 my friend and I visited this establishment to celebrate Saint's Patrick's day, & we both sat at the bar at approximately 11:35 pm, as we were denied service by a heavy set, white male bartender behind the bar back. We had a previous encounter earlier in the evening which he suggested my friend come with proper age verification ID at 10:45 pm. When we returned he recognized us, and immediately humiliated us & made a loud, rude, unnecessary comment for heaving a green color dye on our lips from a green alcoholic beverage provided by yard house prior to our arrival. He asked us in an aggressive manner "are you good?" In a similar manner a bully would & that's when he made the comment of our green color dye lips loud enough and vulgar enough for the female guests to hear seated to our lefts, and made the initiative to deny us service based on the color dye presented on our lips that was being promoted throughout the day of Saint Patrick's day. What really bothered me was this bartender had the same color dye on his finger tips and used that against my friend & I to display a rudeness attitude & and chose the discriminate my friend and I based our on race, sexuality, & lastly our feelings. When we asked for a manager to serve us instead of the bartender who felt entitled to harass us. The manager defended his bartenders rude behavior in a statement saying, "if my bartender doesn't feel comfortable serving you I cannot make him serve you". I just wished after spending 50.00 it tasted like a 50.00 meal. At least 7/10 of my wings were hard as a rock. Yes, it's slathered in sauce but it didn't cover up the hard overcooked chicken. We had our standard order which was, 10 traditional garlic parm and 10 traditional buffalo mild. We would venture here and there but, we always got them. They were always, crispy, juicy, and drowned in sauce which we loved. This time we went, the wings were so small, dry and very over fried. I was surprised at how bad everything was. The only saving grace was the boneless wings we had. I got the honey garlic and my friend got the lemon pepper. The crisp was amazing, the sauce was glistening and the chicken wasn't dry at all. Where do I even begin? Let me start this off by DO NOT COME HERE. THERE IS A REASON IT IS REVIEWED SO BAD!!!!!!!! I try my absolute hardest to not write bad reviews to places, but this experience just absolutely had to be shared. First, my partner and I walk up to let them know we need a table for two, and the lady at the front tells us they're not doing regular seating. Like, if we want food, we can go to the bar and get food there. We told her we're not drinking, we're just here for food. She says, "Yeah, if you go to the bar, you can get food. It's fine." So we go and sit, and then the bartender comes and asks us for our IDs. We're like, "Oh, we're not drinking," and then he's like, "OK, well, if you're gonna eat, you have to go sit at the tables." OK, whatever -- little miscommunication, not the biggest deal. This is not where the story starts. So we sit down and we're looking at the menu, and our waitress comes, takes our drink orders, and then later on comes back for our food order. Our waitress also never checked up on us or was around much. Now I'm not just gonna talk about the service here, but what I was served honestly baffled me. I ordered the three tenders with no celery, but with carrots. And I will insert a photo of what I was served. Not to mention, one of the carrots my partner was given was just completely deformed in a way that it wasn't even edible. The mac & cheese was horrible. The cheese was piping hot, but the macaroni itself was cold, so I'm not sure if this was microwaved or not. Going back to the chicken I was served -- it looked and tasted so disgusting that I wouldn't even give it to my dogs. I took a couple bites out of that chicken I was given and a little bit of the mac & cheese, and immediately I had to rush to the restroom and throw up. Went home and threw up even more. My partner, who is also a very big foodie, took a bite out of the chicken I was given, and he just looked at me and apologized for taking me to this place. We had also ordered the all-you-can-eat wings, which is supposed to be, I think, $19, but we were charged $24 because if you order fries, it's five dollars extra. But we did not order fries -- they just came with it, so we were charged for it. But we were just so over the place that we just didn't care at that point. He also was served boneless when he asked for bone in. We turned it back in because any wing lover knows the difference. He came for wings, not flavored chicken nuggets. Now let's talk about the restroom. After I went and threw up the horrible food that I was given, I went to the sink and did my little thing, and then when I went to get a paper towel, the paper towel dispenser was so close to the trash bin that when the paper dispensed, it hit the dirty, used towels already in there. The trash under it was so filled it was like a mountain, and when it dispensed, it would hit that mountain of dirty, used paper towels. Then, my boyfriend had to use the restroom, and when he went in, he told me there was a man pissing on the wall -- not in the designated area. Like, he was standing in front of the urinal, but he was just turned 90° away from it, pissing at the wall with his eyes closed as if he was doing a fentanyl fold. Then, when he went to go into a stall, the door and handles were sticky. Now let's go back to the actual restaurant itself. There was a couple making out at the bar -- full PDA. There was a woman singing very loudly to every single song. There was a woman at the edge of the bar who was approached by a man, and there was an altercation because this man was trying to do something. I have no idea what the conversation was about, but I did witness him touch her, and she was visibly uncomfortable to the point the bartender and a waitress had to get involved and tell that man to back off. That lady ended up just leaving in general, but I don't know -- if it were me, I would've kicked that man and his party out. But no, he just went back to his seat like whatever he did was OK. Also, there was a male worker who was just eating his food on the job. Like, he's cleaning and eating, so I don't know what's up with that. Overall, for going to a Buffalo Wild Wings for the very first time, this was such an interesting experience that I don't know whether to be pissed or to just uncontrollably laugh. We were charged $53 for absolute bs, and not to mention -- when I attach the photo of the meal I was given, I just want you all to know that that was $17. Food was good when I finally was able to order. Waited 15 minutes to order this is after the server basically ran by through two menus on our table, said nothing. Then, when we tried to order, we were told I we were too late for the special, but we were ready when he threw the menus at us which was before the time of the special ended. So that we could pay so we could go. Ask the hostess if we could pay for our bill.She said that she was unable to look it up and had to go get the server. Server showed up gave us the bill. We asked to speak with the manager. Manager showed up with a major chip on his shoulder. We explain the situation. He then turns to me and says, well, you do this multiple times and you just want this for free. This not being a true statement. I am not 12 usually complain unless something is really poor i've let it show in my tip, not getting something for free. I have never encountered a p*** poor management.
