I've always been a fan of Habit Burger so when I was given the chance to check out a new location, I looked forward to it. I'm happy to report that the quality and customer service here was on par with every other location I went to. I came here for a friend's son's fundraiser and despite the location being extra crowded, the staff was welcoming and friendly, quick to take orders, and able to get orders out as if it was just a normal day at the restaurant. They did an excellent job managing workload. The location generally feels a little smaller than other Habbits I've been to so it can be tough to find a place to eat. Even the outside patio is small so just be prepared to possibly have to wait a bit for a table to open up. Same with the parking lot. it's smaller than I would personally like so it can be tough to find parking between a busy burger joint and the other businesses in this corner shopping center. I will say, however, Habit uses fresh ingredients and is made to order. That means prices are going to be higher than other burger chains. If you want something quick and cheap, this isn't the place for you. But if you want something you know isn't preprocessed or frozen, then Habit is a perfect burger fix. To avoid wasted gas, called the corporate number to verify and told yes they have it. Go to Burbank restaurant on Alameda, see the sandwich highlighted with picture on their menu at $11+. Upon ordering, cashier informed us they don't have it. Asked when they'll get it, "I don't know". Left there, called corporate to clarify and informed by rep #2 they don't have a fish sandwich. Informed of prior corporate call, customer rep informed they only relay what is on their screens. THERE ARE FIVE OR SIX DAYS A YEAR ALL PRACTICING CATHOLICS HAVE DIET RESTRICTIONS. Recommend: Habit Corporate should be more sensitive by promptly addressing their system-wide logistics to avoid recurrence rest of the Lenten season. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for this specific location for a while, as both the quality of the food and the service have noticeably declined. Today (1/25/26), I ordered a double char burger, two fries (extra crispy with no salt), and a Santa Barbara Cobb salad. Let's start with the food. Before leaving the store, I asked for a ranch dressing. The woman who handed me my order was unpleasant and immediately said it would cost extra, without even checking the bag first. That was already frustrating. When I got home--only a five-minute drive--the fries were soggy, despite specifically requesting them extra crispy with no salt. Additionally, the dressing that came with my Cobb salad was supposed to be their signature ranch, but instead I received Caesar dressing. If the staff had simply taken a moment to check the bag and ensure the correct sauces were included, these issues could have been avoided. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing problem at this location. They seem more focused on telling customers they need to pay extra for sauces, yet they don't even include the correct ones to begin with. The quality of the food is no longer up to par, and the customer service is equally disappointing. The ladies working the front were mean, unhelpful, and snappy when asked simple questions. Came in to use an offer. Order at kiosk easy. Nice to see lettuce wrap is finally an option. Half hour before closing. Maybe because it's getting late but the music was loud and annoying. It was like a rave in there. The condiment area was so messy and dirty. They need to attend to that more frequently. Noticed a .60 cent charge for sauces now. I guess that happens everywhere. Food is ok. Used to love the patty melt but it was Sooooo salty. Chicken nuggets are a hard pass, all hard breading. For the cost of the food, they need to clean the condiment area. There should be zero tolerance for employees taking a break inside AND on the patio with their phones blaring. Was pleasantly surprised by how hospitable the manager was with all patrons at this location given the nature of fast food joints. Parking was easy to get, though going into and out of this plaza can be a pain sometimes, so beware. The inside was well kept and clean, with trash bins properly labeled and the condiment station was well stocked. Food wise, there was nothing impressive about the meal I ordered: a Charburger with American Cheese with a side of half fries and half tempura green beans. Unfortunately, during this visit the cashier gave me a hard time over a simple request that I know is normally allowed. It was frustrating enough that I had no choice but to ask to speak with the manager. I like this restaurant and come here regularly, but experiences like this take away from it. At 5:33pm my wife I placed an order. prior to entering the location We looked for a handicapped parking space, as I am an amputee and we have an up to date placard. A late model Infiniti with no placard or handicapped plates was parked in the handicapped space directly In front of the establishment. We saw a young lady (in no hurry) placing packages in the front and back seats. I took a photo of the license plate before we entered. After placing our order I asked for the manager. I was told that she was busy and I saw a female in a grey Habit burger uniform run past my wife and I and leave in the Infiniti. I asked the cashier if that person was handicapped. He reported that she was not and she was the manager. I asked for her name and the corporate office number. I saw the cashier speak to another young lady dressed in grey. At 5:49 after complaining twice, I finally received the corporate number. I asked for the managers name and the young lady said she didn't know her. I took a picture of the woman whom I was speaking withs name tag and exited the location. Food was good. As expected. what is awful there is the manager. I was shocked last time I placed a pick up order to have to pay 50 cents for BBQ sauce. I did. Today, as I was about to place that same order again on the app i tried to edit the order and include the bbq sauce. There was no where to do that. non that I could find. In trying to figure it a=out and giving up i left without my wallet. I arrived and asked fro bbq sauce. "Instead of ranch she said?" no id like it was well. I stopped by this Habit Burger to take advantage of my free Charbuger for my birthday deal and since this location is across the street from where I was working. I been to this location before when my company was in Burbank but since we moved I haven't been back until now. I was able to find parking easily on a Saturday during lunch time but it can get busy in the small lot it's in. I was able to order right away when I got inside and also added fries as well to my order. They have the option for tips here before you pay so that's something new they added. The inside has less seating than before, they used to have some high top tables but that been replaced for a mobile pickup rack. My food took about 10 minutes to be ready and I took it to eat at home. My char burger was delicious as already but I thought the fries were too well done. My score: Food: 4.5 star, the charburger was delicious but the fries were too well done to my liking. Service: 5 star, I didn't have any issues during my visit today and the staff were nice. Parking: 4.5 star, the plaza can be difficult to find parking during the rush time and it's also hard to get on at the light. read more

We got the free char burger with cheese for a birthday and we also get another free burger with drink if we register an account via app. We ended up buying a drink, a Santa Barbara Cobb salad, and half-half fries onion ring. Came out to $18. So that's were they get you! We ordered via app for eat in while in the parking lot and the food was ready five minutes later. The Cobb salad was pretty generous for the price point ($9.99). We forgot to select a dressing in the app but we were satisfied. It was quite filling for us both. We only got 5 onion rings for the half half fries onion ring order. It was fine but perhaps we should have just stuck with all fries; we saw other people got big heaps of potatoes! I have been coming to this Habits for a few years and for the most part I have gotten really good customer service and very good food. This is the one spot you will always get the delicious charbroiled burgers. There was a period of time were the restaurant was a little messy and unorganized but I felt that once Maurice(supervisor) came and help change that. Now it's more clean and employees look more organized and showing a bit more of a smile. The food is great, but what sucks is that the restaurant states on their website and on the door that they close at 11. So, please explain to me why the employees are cleaning and putting away things. I walked into the restaurant at 940 and the napkins where already put away.
