I'm not too sure about other locations but, this one in particular seems to get worse and worse as the days go by. I downloaded the app so I could "order ahead" and at first it worked out well. These past few occasions have been disastrous. The app gives an approximate time that your order will be ready and it also says when your order is ready...wrong!! I showed up when my order was ready, had to wait 10 more minutes, no big deal. Second time, I figured I'd give it about 10 minutes after my order was ready, get there and ended up waiting about 15 minutes, 25 minutes after the fact...frustrating. This last time I gave it about 20 minutes after it was complete, show up and had to wait 25 more minutes for my order, total order time was 60+ minutes for a 10 piece order and when I got the food it was cold....absolutely ridiculous! Nobody behind the counter knows what's going on when you ask for an update and they also have no understanding of what service recovery is. I always give the benefit of the doubt but this one is absolutely ridiculous, how hard is it to fry up some chicken wings??? These are the same people that are going to be getting paid $15 an hour but they still give a minimum wage sub par performance. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever ! Not only did they forget to place my on line order, I had already waited 20 minutes for them to say that they forgot to put my order in. Now they rushed my order so that I don't have to wait as long , and when we get home to "enjoy" the food, the classic wings were VERY UNDER COOKED. The bone was red inside had traces of BLOOD still in the meat!! I couldn't believe that after they totally forgot about my order they turn around and completely give me the food RAW! Literally looked like they added habanero sauce to the raw chicken! When I contacted Wingstop, they told me to contact corporate for my refund. Then they called back and said not to call corporate, that they will resolve this issue. 3 days passed and NO ONE contacted me back. Today the manager called me ONLY because I contacted corporate other wise they still wouldn't of called me back. The manager had the nerve to tell me she called me the following day on a blocked number because she was calling from home. Which is a LIE! I never received a blocked call on Sunday. Took them for me to call corporate for a response. Wingstop is one of my favorite places and for this to happen Is very disappointing. Now I will never come back to this location. I will drive to a further location if I have to. The manager had the audacity to offer 10 free wings on my next visit. I spend over $25 on just 20 wings drums only. 10 free wings ? Really ? Come on ! Horrible service. My husband placed a phone order 45mins before he came. He then had to reorder the food because it wasnt placed correctly. He then had to wait another 30mins and watch people who came after him receive their food first. When asking about it his order AGAIN the team start gathering in back while one smirks back. I can only give one star because I didn't have an opportunity to enjoy anything. I came into this wing stop on a very slow Tuesday night. I walked in and there was a female employee doing something at the register, I waited and she looked up at me and walked to the back without saying a word. I can see her because the kitchen is open to view and there are 2 other employees at this time. All made eye contact. All turned away. Another male employee is approaching from another part of the restaurant and I'm thinking "ok maybe he is the cashier tonight". Just the same as his coworkers, looks at me and walks to the kitchen. If I could give a "0" for this particular restaurant I would. I placed an order sadly, 3 weeks ago for delivery on the wingstop app. I was able to track the driver on the app who picked up the food all the way up to our street. The app said the food was delivered and shortly after got an email from wingstop saying my order was cancelled. I immediately called the store just as the email instructed to do so if there were any issues. I was connected with the store supervisor who said he'd leave a message for the store manager "Sandi" to call me back as she is the only one who can process a refund. 48 hours go by and no call back from this manager or my refund. I call the store back and again was connected to a supervisor who confirmed my message was received days prior and assured me she would give "Sandi" another message. A whole week goes by with no call from this "Sandi" and no refund. I call the store again to follow up and was told "Sandi" just stepped out but was assured my messages were received and either the supervisor or "sandi" will call me back within the next 24 hours. I wait 3 more business days and no call back or refund. I was given Corporate's phone number. I called corporate to notify them of my frustration and their resolution was that they will submit the complaint to the store's management. I voiced my concern that, I've already left multiple messages for the store's manager and have yet to hear back. The order was placed on 6/21 and it wasn't till 7/08 that I called the store and finally got to speak to this Sandi. She was argumentative, dismissive and full of excuses. I explained the whole incident to her including the fact the driver picked up the order and within minutes from our home we received a cancellation email. She assured me that she issued me a refund. 7/12 still no refund. I call the store again and spoke to Sandi. I had to explain the incident again and now she tells me that I never told her that the driver actually picked up the order and that now it's a different story. She said she did her part in issuing the refund in which I told her I have yet to receive my $72 refund. She became argumentative and dismissive yet again and said she needs to call doordash and assured me again she'd call me back before she leaves for the day at 5pm. It's now 7:29p and no call. So I had a great experience ordering over the phone, order was ready 15mins later when I picked it up. But unfortunately the wings were soggy and barely seasoned. I've been to a few different Wingstop locations and I've never been let down like I have tonite. I ended up throwing away 14 of the 20 wings I ordered for my wife and I . I give this place 3 stars because I hated the way they treated me. First the guy that took my order did not offer to help me on the menu even though I had questions. Then when I was finished ordering and waited over 30 min on my order, he repeated the order back and said I had only ordered 1 ranch when in fact I had ordered 2. He said "well I only charged you for 1!, and besides its a large order, you should be fine with just one!" I was tired and all I wanted was my food, so I said ok. I'm addicted to this place, I've eaten four times here in a single week and I need to stop but I can't! The food is great, but I can only speak for the way I order it. If you get original hot, all flats, it is so good! I don't like the drumettes because the meat always seems a little tough. I got boneless once and it was just gross to me, tasted like a hodge podge of dark meats processed and glued together, no thanks. I don't normally like fries but every time I come here, the fries are a MUST for me. They're super addictive and the fry seasoning they have on them is great. Service is okay, although the last time I went they got my order wrong, I ordered all flats and they gave me a mix. It's okay though because mistakes happen. I typically order online first and then drop by to pick them up. Every time I've been here, the wait has never been too bad so I can't complain in that regard. Although one night the manager was ringing me up, and she announced "your card got declined," which was really confusing because that has never happened to me. Afterwards she was like, "It's our system, we have to reboot the computer. I can try again after." That's a little rude if you ask me, there's a better way of saying that, and it can be embarrassing if other people around you really believed it was your card that got declined. Came here on a Sunday with my girlfriend and we ordered food. It took almost an hour for us to get it. People that ordered after us got their food before us. I even asked a worker about our food and he just said "oh it's not ready". No wonder this place is the official wing of the la Rams. This review is strictly for the traditional mango habanero wings. In the past I have not been a fan of wings here at all, but recently the Mango Habanero wings have changed in flavor. The taste is now rich and sweet although not unbearably spicy. The wings were fat and full of meat unlike Buffalo Wild Wings. I normally a huge fan a Wingstop wings. Usually very satisfied with everything. This was my first time at this location. Some of the wings were a bit dry but one thing for sure was that they were pretty damn stingy on the Rub on both my orders. This location has been up for about three months now. You figure they would have it down by now. Unless they're just intentionally being cheap on the flavoring. What a huge disappointment, especially after being sick from food poisoning and craving wing stop. Everyone else complains about the wait time but my bland wings were ready pretty much right on time. I normally don't like to give one star reviews unless it is absolutely necessary but to spend almost twenty bucks and to not consume half of the meal really sucks. At least I know that not all wing stops are created equal. Will definitely continue enjoying them at other locations. It's a shame because this one is only a 5 min walk from my place. This was one of the wingstop i'd always go to. Super loyal customer always came to this certain location but for some reason i always left unsatisfied. Either my order was completely wrong and in the same boxes when i said otherwise or my wings came completely dry. The last time I went I repeated myself to the cashier explained to her exactly how I wanted my order. I get home my wings are SUPER DRY my fries have NO SEASONING, I mean none. Now by that time it was already around 12 something and wingstop was about to close. So I decided to call and the manager Sandra she said for me to go pick up more sauce that she didnt know what else she could possibly do? Like are you serious i just got home? And my order was completely wrong. So the next day i went and demanded a refund she was very rude said she wasnt going to do anything that all she can give us was 5 wings out of the 25 dollars i spent that day.
