I am one unhappy customer!..well I'm not the only one. Anyway I placed a order online at 4pm., put in a 30 mins pick up time. Got there at 4:40 which gave them additional 15 mins and yet I still have to wait for about 45 mins more. The cash register has a bitch face. Didn't even tell me that it wasn't ready or apologize for the wait. There was another person in front of me that waited almost an hour. Which once again makes no sence since even with the "policy" it had already been 30 minutes after I had PAID and the order was still not processed. Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub are my favorites, but I didn't like how they screwed up my order by giving me 8 wings when I paid for 10. It's a busy location, but that's no excuse. The place is really small and only has about 10 tables. Hard to keep a place this busy clean on a consistent basis, but having paper towel laying on the floor in front of the customers is not a good look. I've always had good service and I've never been disappointed. Sometimes the wait is longer but that's dependent on the number of customers. The only downside is the parking which is terrible. So typical of these developers. They never think about the parking. It is why that restaurant spot will never be occupied long. But Louisiana rub and lemon pepper are my favs. read more

I love wingstop. I always get the wing combo. The wings for the price is great. However, it was ridiculous how long I had to wait. I've always had problems with the walk in wait time. But I never had a problem with the online order wait time. I made my order, expected time was 12:10pm for my order, I arrived at 12:25pm expecting my wings to be ready, but I had to wait about another 15 mins. There is no difference between ordering online or walking in at this location. I could understand if the store was busy but it wasn't busy in the slightest. So the wings are pretty good but my favorite are the lemon pepper. Surprisingly, the fries are exceptionally good. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining that they had to wait a long time but my order was ready on time and the people are really courteous. I've been to other Wingstop and this has got to be one of the cleanest ones. Definitely going to give them a 4-star rating because they deserve it. The management should really interview people thoroughly before hiring them. There should be high expectations for delivery of good customer service. I ate lunch at this location yesterday and the female employee there seemed kind of helpful at first but later when I wanted to return an unused and sealed ranch the male employee was completely thrown off and gave me a bit of attitude. I call and say I want to make an order for pick up, she replies with "it's going to take 25-30 minutes." Okay fine. I ask why ... her answer is "wait, did you want classic or boneless?" I say "classic" ... she replies with "then it will take 15-20 mins." Now we're getting somewhere, right? WRONG! She asks for my order. I say 5 lemon pepper, 5 original ... she interrupts and says that I have to order more than 5. I say "I'm ordering 15! if you will give me a chance" ... she says okay ... so I say "5 lemon pepper, 5 original hot, and 5 garlic parmesan"... she replies "you cant have more than TWO flavors." Now keep in mind I had ordered there the same exact order the THREE PREVIOUS WEEKS! Never a problem. Now I'm being told that of my 15 wings, I can only get two flavors, not three.
