I was so impressed with their understanding of nutrition and how it impacts health, mood and wellbeing. When chef Chanda took over our kitchen, I could see that my autoimmune illness was better, my husband's cholesterol was lower and my kids were eating a more balanced and nutritious mix of whole foods. I could see that she listened and tailored to fit our needs at every step. The end result was restaurant quality meals every day with ingredients that were hand-picked by her and were guaranteed to be clean and wholesome.
