Ordered a special super bowl package the day before. Not only was my order not ready, when I finally got it 40 minutes waiting in my car, the wings were terrible. I believe they were not cooked fully they still had blood inside them, there was no breading on them and the sauce wasn't sticking at all. I've had wings from here before and I truly enjoyed them but these were definitely the worst wings I've ever ordered . 52 dollars for terrible uncooked wings. Stopped today for lunch. Ordered mozzarella cheese sticks as an appetizer. They were delivered to us still frozen inside. The waitress didn't come back to our table so I had to take it up to the hostess who apologized and took it back to the kitchen. They were brought back to our table within a minute. It was the exact same cheese sticks that we had taken bites out of! They dumped the cheese sticks that we had taken bites out of back into the fryer and brought them back to us. I used a delivery service to get ten boneless wings, with hot Garlic-Q sauce. I requested extra bleu cheese dip in the notes because there doesn't seem to be any way to buy it. The kitchen came through. The food was hot enough - as hot as I expect given the distance the driver had to come - and the wings were wet and tasty. The family and I had a taste for wings, so I went to Buffalo Wings and Rings. I had went here years before, and it was just..."eh" to average. This time, something had changed, and it was great. Menu: Buffalo Wings and Rings have a variety of wing sauces, salads, fries and other sides. The hardest part was trying to decide which sauces to choose from. Food: I had ordered 30 wings - (10 - Garlic Parmesan, 10 - Lemon Pepper and 10 - Teriyaki), well done. They were absolutely perfect! They were crispy, saucy, fresh and hot. Atmosphere: I ordered the wings to go and had a seat at a nearby both. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Even the glass doors were clean! The restaurant wasn't busy, but steady and not too loud. Service: The manager, cashier and runner were not only friendly, but very accommodating. They listened when I asked for "well done" wings and made sure I checked them. Because of this (and the quality of the food), I'm looking forward to the next time I order wings from here. This used to be one of my favorite places to go to but it just seems as of late their service and management have just been going more and more downhill. Constant order mess ups and then level of customer service to correct their mistakes and mess ups is absolutely horrible. Not sure if because this is a family owned business with their kids running the place that they just haven't had the proper training to do the job of manger and rather just placed in the position but they really need to look at their level of service and how they treat customers who spend a lot of money with their establishment. I for sure will not be returning as it seems every time I try and give them a second chance they always disappoint and just seem to be getting worse. Well this is kind of two reviews in one. Yesterday, I ordered and had my food delivered. They they use doordash for delivery and I was told that my food would be to me by 5:03 pm. It arrived at almost 5:20 p.m. lukewarm and with soggy onion rings. Generally I prefer dry rub lemon pepper so that's what I ordered. There was hardly any rub on my chicken wings and I had to season them myself out of my cabinet. I know that part of my experience had to do with the delivery service so I tried again today. I ordered online, which is so easy to do, and I picked my food up within 15 minutes. Today I tried the regular lemon pepper sauce when I ordered and was so pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect down to my sweet tea. When I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with a smiling face and my hot food. Worst experience that I had here. Service was bad. I only saw her once and I asked for a refill. Had to find someone else 10 minutes later and then she came by with my refill that I originally asked for. My wings were good but the fries were lacking for 3 bucks and my wife gyro quesadilla was burnt and lacking meat. For the amount that I paid without alcohol, I could have had a great dinner. In a nutshell: Consistently good wings and service = great addition to this neighborhood! I also recommend the mac n cheese and the sloppy fries. Garlic-Q is probably my favorite flavor, but they're all pretty good. Inevitably people will compare this to Buffalo Wild Wings (including myself). Thin place isn't too shabby, but there are some better ones out there. I tried there bacon mac and cheese, and was fairly excited, but my expectations were no met - it was a white cheese which is cool, but it lacked overall flavor. I do love the wing option. Unlike other places where you choose from a list, here you can choose your flavor (i.e. garlic, BBQ, Parmesan) and then your spice (I.e. hot, med, mild) - giving you many more options. Service was fine. Not great, not bad, just fine. The bar tender was extremely nice, but not super attentive. It seemed slow, but I guess you never know how busy bartenders get. I liked Buffalo Wings & Rings. Stopped by for lunch and was torn between which buffalo chicken item to order. I went for the buffalo chicken caesar salad with hot buffalo sauce. I was wary about this decision and asked the waitress, who told me it was one of her favorites. It was really really good! We had children with us, who ordered the dino nuggets and were so excited that they were shaped into little dinosaurs. I had never been to a Wings & Rings before. I'm much more of a BW3 fan. However, we went here for a work party and I was pretty impressed. The service was great, even though we had a rather large party. They kept our drinks full and our order came quickly. I like that they have a diverse menu. It's more than just wings. The table shared a few appetizers: the mac & cheese, spinach artichoke dip, and fried pickles. Both the mac & cheese and pickles were great, but the dip wasn't so good. It comes with overly seasoned pita pieces, and tastes like frozen dip which is heated. For dinner I got the chicken pita, which was also pretty good. I've had better chicken pitas at Greek places, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well they pulled it off here. I didn't get a chance to actually try the wings, but a lot of other people at the table ordered them and they looked very good and got rave reviews from everyone else. The drinks were a little pricey, but no worse than you would pay at another wings place. I'll definitely go back to try more of the menu. read more

A much needed addition to this part of town! I've been here 3 times and always had good, fast service. The owner even remembers the group I come with and always comes over and chats with us and asks how our experience is going. They are doing a great job trying to provide a cheap and quick lunch. They have a great salad selection which I highly recommend. I've not been there in the evening but I know they have a small patio with a TV and fans. It would probably be a great happy hour location. Buffalo Wings and Rings is quite similar to Buffalo Wild Wings but I would say that if given the choice, I might choose this location. A recent work lunch brought me to Wings and Rings and I found it relatively easy (only a few requests) to get something relatively healthy and buffalo-flavored. I got the Grilled Chicken Wrap and picked a wing sauce off the menu instead of Ranch dressing. I splurged on the potato wedges though. Both were very good and I was impressed. Sometimes wraps and bar/grills seem premade but this one was definitely wrapped by hand and was stuffed full of fresh ingredients. The wedges were also great and I was stuffed at the end of my meal (something that rarely happens for less than $20 at BWW's). One thing I liked was that Wings and Rings had HUGE cups which comes in handy when you are trying to counter spicy sauces. Wings and Rings also had a great lunch specials menu for under $7. I'm sure I will be back and this place is worth recommending. read more
