This food truck was contacted early morning for a same day event when our other food truck had cancelled. This owner showed up and showed out truly saving the day for our community event! I was so hungry and the food was so good that I didn't even think to take a photo. I'd wanted the brisket and mac and cheese, but by the time there finally wasn't a line (hours later) they were SOLD OUT! I'm not complaining, that's how you know it was good! I was able to get the brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. I wish I'd gotten one to take home. me husband stopped by for lunch today and I tell you this was the best lunch we have had all month long. My husband got one of the beef Mets and I got the cheeseburger and fries and we also had the banana pudding as well as the porterhouse steak and I swear the state came from Jeff Rubys steakhouse. It was that delicious. The burger was very tender season the beef absolutely mouthwatering and tasty better than any . We would definitely recommend this place because the customer service was outstanding, the owner was absolutely awesome cook. My job provided us with this experience for lunch. Top tier service, despite there only being one cook in the food truck everything moved along seamlessly, the food was hot. The greens/cabbage 9/10 just missing a little heat for my taste buds. Someone had recommended Folks-N-Motion to me and showed me what they had purchased from their food truck. She had purchased a Brisket Sandwich with Fries and it looked so good, I decided to try it. The Folks-N-Motion food truck was clean with very good decoration. I told Robert who had recommended him, and what I wanted. One of the things I liked immediately, was how he stated everything was cooked to order, so it may take time. I was perfectly fine with this, and it paid off. My Brisket Sandwich was stacked, thick with bbq sauce, grilled onions and melted cheese. Absolute PERFECTION! The French fries were well seasoned with lemon pepper and had a great taste. The only thing I wish, was that the fries were a little crispier. I enjoyed what I had ordered and I'm hoping to try their wings soon. Outstanding! This man knows how to cook. The wings, burger, mac and cheese, greens, and fries were incredible.

Hello fellow Yelpers, I've been a lover of salmon croquettes since a child. My mother used to make them for our family and we Coyle never get enough of them. Mmmm that tender meaty center and crispy outer crunch, seasoned to perfection yummy . So it would be only right the first meal I try would be the salmon croquettes dinner with 2 sides. *Note I did try other sides as well listed below to help you choose. Now to start, the croquettes were packed with flavor and a nice little outer crunch... although I liked the flavor, I would have enjoyed a more meatier and tender salmon middle. The greens with cabbage mix very tender and fresh with a little kick . Made just right and not watery. Yams were not overly sweet, not canned, but they did have a lil too much butter. Mac n cheese different from how I'm used to it being made all I can say is I ate it. Home fries and potatoes not for me. Not only was the server/cook RUDE but they charged us $10 for terrible burnt food. The portions were ridiculously small for the amount that was charged, the grilled chicken sandwich was dry, and the side of fries consists of 6 potato wedges. The Owner of this 'establishment' inappropriately uses customer information to harass them when they leave a negative review. Kelly (see reviews) left a review and the Owner used her order info to find her cell number and REPEATEDLY text her about her review and defend the slow and hostile service she accused him of. The irony is his texts completely validate and reinforce her complaints. I attached the first few texts just to show how he rudely and inappropriately initiated engagement with a customer after the service was already (and apparently..poorly) complete. I will never eat here or recommend this place because no one deserves to be treated with a lack of consideration because of poor time and resource management or harrassed because they were dissatisfied. read more

I read the reviews & doubted coming here because of the poor reviews. I came anyways bc the food looked good. Upon my arrival, the owner was extremely rude to the employee standing outside in the cold waiting to take peoples orders. I made sure to emphasize what I wanted and made sure to repeat myself. I got told a 30 min wait. 30 minutes turned into an hour. An hour turned into 2 hours. after 2 hours of waiting they came and told us that the propane was out but i feel like that info was known way prior to 2 hours of us waiting. I ended up getting my food for it to be wrong and cold. 10/10 worse place to go. read more

I live in Erlanger, KY. Drove all the way over to Colerain to try this spot out. With the tip included I spent $34. I think the burger n fries was $8, but it was the bomb..he cooks the food "cook to order" so I got it the way I wanted it.. Next item was Chicken Alfredo. $16 for this item. Now, my son only does sauce n noodles and that is what we got. Do I think it was worth $16 (when I can go to places closer to my home for alot less), no I do not think it was worth it. HOWEVER, HE HAS THE ADD IN OPTION THAT WOULD MAKE IT WORTH THAT MEANING YOU CAN ADD SPINACH, ASPARAGUS, PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, SHRIMP, STEAK, ONIONS AND MORE. If you like adding in things, it's the place for you. The last item on the list was Cheese n Mac costing $4. Now, this was disappointing ONLY BECAUSE IT HAD SOMETHING SPICY ON IT.. THE FLAVOR WAS AMAZINGGGG... Unfortunately, I have a genetic disorder of the esophagus and can not handle ANY SPICE at all.. there is not description of the items.. pictures on the side of the food truck that you can't see cause the sun is blinding.. I took 1 bite then a 2nd and the heat hit my mouth and I paid , severely for eating it. I wish I could have ate it all because it had a really GREAT flavor. I see ppl talking about the time you wait. Service is awful. If you call, he will say text in your order, he will say it will be ready in 10 minutes. Rest assured, it absolutely will NOT be ready. In fact, you will have to wait in line and place the order again when you get there. Plan to wait at least 30-40 additional minutes...outside, while he yells and complains about the lack of patience from his paying customers who are standing outside in 90+ degree heat. He needs additional front of the house help, he has zero customer service skills and frankly seems overwhelmed. I found his behavior embarrassingly childish. What's makes it even worse is the food was not good. Everything was over cooked and bland. The Alfredo pasta had little sauce and no flavor. The Mac and cheese was dry, even the wings were bland. It takes real talent to mess up wings. Given the subpar quality of food he should really be a lot more polite to his customers. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Rasheedahs or No Pork on my Fork, the food and service are better at either. read more
