I came to their new element eatery location and I would say that the food was okay-good, but not amazing from what I recalled a couple of years ago at the Asian food fest. The Cha Cha fries had too much queso sauce to my liking... It was drowning the fries which made it very soggy. There also wasn't a lot of pork.. I could barely taste it too.. again way too much sauce. I also ordered the Asian buffalo wings and they were good - I liked their pickled carrots because it would cut the heaviness of the Asian buffalo sauce. For those of you that dont know, SEA stands for Southeast Asian Cuisine! I had a decent experience with this food truck by ordering ahead online and arriving for pickup. I started with the Cha Cha fries, which were listed on the menu as waffle fries, but turned out to be regular thick cut. This was disappointing to me. Other than that they were crispy, had super tender and flavorful pork, quite the kick from the sauce, and great queso. For my main dish I got the Shrimp Tacos. They were full of fresh shrimp and pico. For desert I got the Coconut creme donuts, which were my favorite part of the meal. They were a great way to cool down from the spiciness of the food. They were creamy and sweet. I could eat a million of them! The sauce was to die for! I would definitely dine with these guys again, so try them out! read more

Paid $20.00 for bowl of rice and burbon chicken paid for Xtra chicken. Got a small amount of chicken 3 pieces of broccoli and a bunch of bland rice. Took 40 min and there were only 2 ppl waiting. Over priced and no flavor. This was a waste of time and money. No flavor at all to the bourbon chicken. I will try one of the other restaurants in the place. Not good and way over priced. read more

We hosted SEA Cuisine in our neighborhood tonight and I can't say enough good things! The communication leading up to our event was excellent, the pre-order was seamless, and the staff was so nice. My husband had the tacos and cha-cha fries and hasn't stopped talking about how good they were! The cha-cha fries have a kick to them! I had the chicken bahn mi and egg roll. Both were excellent. Oh. My. Gawd! They were at my work place today and I got the beef bahn mi, and split egg rolls and donuts with a friend. The bahn mi was out of this world and the egg rolls were stuffed full of juicy meat and delicious. I haven't even started on the donut - the rest of my meal was so delicious I had to interrupt it to tell you how incredible this place is. I now need to find out how to stalk them. Very reasonable prices for the quantity and quality of food. I mean, I could eat another two sandwiches right now but that speak more to my gluttony. Have to get pork, the spicy kimchi was such a great side and brought me right back to Korea. The spicy pickled cucumbers were another great side to mix with the pork. One word: OUTSTANDING. I have been wanting to try SEA Cuisine for some time. The stars aligned tonight and they were parked at West Side brewing. And even better, my son's friend, Clinton, is working the truck right now. We had taco combo meals (2 tacos and an egg roll). My husband did chicken tacos with kimchi spicy (sriracha) and I did 1 fish taco (fried), and - shrimp taco. It was spicy and perfect. Don't love spice? Do the pineapple pico. As others have said - SEA is for Southeast Asia, not seafood So the menu includes some Korean food, some Vietnamese food, some Chinese, etc etc; and it looks like the menu can vary a bit from day to day I found the beef bulgogi dish (10.00) I got there to be very good and a reasonable portion for lunch, but it was not without its problems - the beef was very flavorful and tender, but lacked any sauce, and I usually see bulgogi with sauce. The lack of sauce mean you end up with dry and tasteless white rice as well. You get an eggroll and pickles and kimchi with this dish, which helps round it out, and I appreciated that. But the eggroll you get is a 2 bite affair about the size of the average adult thumb, and somehow they are able to sell these 3 for 5 dollars when one can commonly get 3 normal-sized eggrolls for that same place pretty much anywhere else I think the dish I was served would have been a decent value at around 6 dollars, maybe 6.50 Bottom line - I liked the food but do not consider it a good value, and I dont see myself returning unless someone else is paying read more

SEA Cuisine is an Asian fusion food truck. Food is hot and fresh. As such, it does take food a bit of time to come out. Flavors in the food are vibrant. If you are not particularly fond of spice, make sure to say something when ordering. Many selection may be made without sriracha or peppers. Yay for the parade of food trucks my neighborhood has organized throughout the pandemic. Tonight, it was SEA Cuisine. I'm a planner, so I got anxious when SEA Cuisine didn't take advance orders and I had to wait until ordering opened at 5 p.m. Once I put my order in, it was pretty smooth sailing. My husband and I split the Banh Mi sandwich (I chose pork for my protein -- steak and chicken were the other options), the Pad Thai macaroni (he ordered chicken - steak, roast pork and shrimp were also available) and an order of egg rolls. My daughter had the tacos (she had fish - steak, chicken and shrimp were the other options). The Banh Mi sandwich was tasty and really packed some heat thanks to the sriracha and jalapeños that accompany pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and yum yum sauce. The Pad Thai was a little different given that it used macaroni but it was good and the chicken had a really nice flavor. I wish there had been a bit more chicken. My daughter said her tacos were spicy and flavorful, thanks to sriracha, mango pico de gallo, yum yum sauce and cilantro. The egg rolls were crunchy and delicious. Recommended! read more

We got the tacos at the Monkey bar and grill this weekend. One steak, one chicken and one fish. Wow, were they good. The meat wasn't overdone and the combination of the sweet and spicy was perfect. Sea Cuisine first cake on my radar when they started pairing up with West Side Brewing. I was sitting there watching a bunch of other patrons walk by with their meals and I couldn't hold back from running out and ordering for myself. This review is a little different because you can't exactly review the decor or atmosphere of a food truck! However, you can definitely review the service and food! And as far as I've experienced, every time I've ordered the service has been friendly, appreciative, and helpful when I've had questions about the menu. It's also been super fast, which is always appreciated! Now, for the food. It took me a while to convince my stubborn husband to try Sea Cuisine because... well, he's stubborn! But when I finally convinced him to try this we both ordered the Bulgogi and he was very uncertain. Long story short, he's been converted and will order any time now! The Bulgogi was amazing; the pork was tender and juicy and so flavorful while the kimchi was spicy and crisp! The egg roll was amazing. Just thinking about it right now makes me want to go find the food truck and implore the owners to make me something! If you're fortunate enough to be somewhere that Sea Cuisine is featured please do yourself a favor and order something! Oh and tip them, they deserve it! read more

For whatever reason I haven't gotten addicted to the food truck craze. We rolled up on SEA Cuisine at Sons of Toil Brewery today. This being day 2 of "opening after Covid 19" the place was not packed. We were able to step right up and order. The variety of food offered was awesome. I love that they offer shrimp tacos at the same price as chicken tacos. We ordered the fries and the egg rolls. Wasn't sure how they could make fries relate to Asian food but it worked. It really did- the fries were great. If I had to comment another way I would say they could use a touch more of the meat.....and sauce. But the touch of spice was spot on. The egg rolls--- 4 for $5. I thought that was a great deal! Until they came out. More the size of a tiny egg roll....not the deal I thought. For 4 of these puppies, I say $3.75 is more than reasonable. Like most food trucks I've tried, the delivery was slow. But slow delivery was made up in taste. Like I said, i don't follow the food trucks but this service was solid and would def. order from them again. read more

SEA Cuisine Foodtruck came by my work today, and I'm a fan! SEA stands for "South East Asian", so this isn't just a seafood truck! They have an Asian Fusion menu, covering everything from Teriyaki to Banh Mi to Pho to Tacos. The woman taking orders said the tacos were popular so I got shrimp tacos ($10.50 for 3 tacos). They were great! The shrimp was hot and well-seasoned, topped with spicy mayo, salsa, cilantro, and tons of sriracha for a nice kick. My only complaint is I think these would be better with corn tortillas instead of flour, but that's personal preference. My friend got the pho, which came with all of the ingredients separated so that you could make it on the go. The pho broth was very flavorful, and he said he liked it for a food truck but it still wasn't as good as other pho restaurants around town. Our food came out super fast (5 minutes or so). I was able to try the shrimp tacos during a tacos and trivia night at the westside brewery and was thrilled. They were super tasty with just enough spicy to make it a little exciting. The guy working the truck was also super friendly and genuinely interested in if we liked our food. They have a great thing going when they are at WestSide Brewery and even bring your food in for you when its ready so you don't have to wait outside. This truck stopped at my job one day for lunch and I ordered the steak tacos. They were good overall, but I was a disappointed with the mango pico de gallo. I think in all three tacos, I got two diced pieces of mango. I ended up having to pick some of the tomatoes off and then take the cilantro off the stem before eating it.
