Perhaps more breading on the outer layer but doesn't bother me. They hire high schoolers to cook these in the back so they don't always get the temperature right but rarely an occurrence for me. The Ranch: a great compliment, it's not wing stop ranch but it's damn close. The Waffle Fries & Cheese: pretty unique combo. I love the idea of using waffle fries instead of your standard French fry. Unfortunately the cheese hardens up and doesn't fill up a full layer on top, for both reasons I would stick to a standard size of these instead of a basket of them. Plenty of excellent beers on tap. I'd wanted the brisket and mac and cheese, but by the time there finally wasn't a line (hours later) they were SOLD OUT! I'm not complaining, that's how you know it was good! I was able to get the brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. I wish I'd gotten one to take home.
